A new xenicane diterpenoid, 15-deoxy-isoxeniolide-A (1) along with four known compounds 9-deoxy-isoxeniolide-A (2), isoxeniolide-A (3), xeniolide-A (4) and coraxeniolide-B (5) were isolated from the Bornean soft coral Xenia sp. The structures of these metabolites were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis, NMR and HRESIMS. Compound 5 showed cytotoxic activity against ATL cell line, S1T.  相似文献

One new compound, 12-epi-9-deacetoxyxenicin (1) along with a hydroperoxide product, 12-epi-9-deacetoxy-8-hydroperoxyxenicin (2) and two known sesquiterpenoids (34) were isolated from a population of Bornean soft coral Xenia sp. The structures of these secondary metabolites were elucidated based on their spectroscopic data. Compounds 1 and 2 showed cytotoxic activity against ATL cell line, S1T. In addition, compound 3 exhibited hyphal inhibition of Lagenidium thermophilum.  相似文献

为探讨锥栗不同授粉组合果实中矿质元素是否也存在花粉直感效应,应用全自动间断化学分析仪和原子吸收光谱法测定了“华栗1号”、“华栗2号”、“华栗3号”和“黄榛”四个锥栗主栽品种自交、异交以及自然授粉的子代坚果中主要矿质元素的含量。结果表明,锥栗不同授粉组合坚果的N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn和Mn八种矿质元素含量差异较为显著,其矿质元素具有明显的花粉直感效应,尤其是铁、锌元素受花粉直感作用的影响较大,“华栗2号”ד黄榛”授粉组合果实铁、锌元素含量最高,分别为162.13和41.79 μg·g-1;“黄榛”ד华栗1号”授粉组合果实中Mn元素含量最高为165.67 μg·g-1,为锰微肥的利用提供了参考;通过主成分分析,评价出19个组合中在矿质元素方面表现最优的授粉组合为“华栗2号”ד黄榛”。该研究结果可为锥栗生产上合理配置授粉树和改善果实品质提供科学的依据。  相似文献

Chromatographic investigation of an acetone extract of the octocoral Xenia puerto‐galerae afforded three new cadinene sesquiterpenes; 8‐epi‐xenitorin A ( 1 ), 10‐epi‐xenitorin C ( 2 ), and 7‐isopropenyl‐4,10‐dimethyl‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydronaphthalene ( 3 ), in addition to four known cadinene analogs ( 4 , 11–13 ) and six xenicanes ( 5–10 ). The structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis, especially 2D NMR. A biogenetic pathway of 1–3 and analogs was proposed.  相似文献

Members of the marine soft coral genus Xenia are rich in a diversity of diterpenes. A total of 199 terpenes consisting of 14 sesquiterpenes, 180 diterpenes, and 5 steroids have been reported to date. Xenicane diterpenes were reported to be the most common chemical skeleton biosynthesized by members of this genus. Most of the literature reported the chemical diversity of Xenia collected from the coral reefs in the South China Sea and the coastal waters of Taiwan. Although there was a brief review on the terpenoids of Xenia in 2015, the present review is a comprehensive overview of the structural diversity of secondary metabolites isolated from soft coral genus Xenia and their potent biological activity as reported between 1977 to 2019.  相似文献
