Polycrystal Li2B4O7 (LBO) doped with Cu and In was prepared and then sintered at different temperatures. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was applied to get the parameters of the LBO structure, thermoluminescence (TL) and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) were measured, and a second-order exponential decay model was fitted to the OSL decay curves. The results indicate that the original number of OSL traps that have captured electroncs is linearly related with the sum of TL decay during the OSL process. Mean decay constant of OSL is related to the sintered temperature. The possible reason is that the sintered temperature affects the crystal sizes of the polycrystal, and consequently affects the stimulating lights’s intensity and the photoionization cross-section of the electrons, which have been captured by the traps. __________ Translated from Acta Scientiarum Naturalium Universitatis Sunyatseni, 2005, 44(4) (in Chinese)  相似文献

This paper reports the Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) and Thermoluminescence (TL) dosimetric and kinetic characteristics of commercial watch glass. Both of the ESR and TL response of the watch glass sample yielded linear behavior in the 0.5–135 Gy gamma dose range. ESR dosimetric properties of watch glass sample like dose-rate dependence, signal reproducibility and fading behavior have also been studied in detail. Kinetic behavior and activation energy of the radiation induced free radicals responsible from the ESR spectra of watch glass sample were determined. The TL kinetic parameters such as activation energy (E), frequency factor (s), order of kinetics (b) were also calculated by applying the methods of initial rise (IR), isothermal decay (ID), variable heating rate (VHR) and de-convolution.  相似文献

The nonlinear properties of lattice network-based(LNB) composite right-/left-handed transmission lines(CRLH TLs)with nonlinear capacitors are experimentally investigated.Harmonic generation,subharmonic generation,and parametric excitation are clearly observed in an unbalanced LNB CRLH TL separately.While the balanced design of the novel nonlinear TL shows that the subharmonic generation and parametric processes can be suppressed,and almost the same power level of the higher harmonics can be achieved over a wide bandwidth range,which are difficult to find in conventional CRLH TLs.  相似文献

The chain conformation and molecular packing of isotactic poly(p-fluorostyrene) have been examined using calculations made with semiempirical potential energy functions. Isolated chain conformational energies indicate no difference in conformation for the fluoropolymer from the conformation for isotactic polystyrene. The energy for packing poly(p-fluorostyrene) chains into a crystalline array as 31 or 41 helices was also compared with the energies for packing polystyrene in both of these helical forms. While not being the lowest energy mode of packing for poly(p-fluorostyrene), the packing of 41-helices does yield a local energy minimum. Such packing of 41 helical polystrene chains is considerably less energetically feasible. The results indicate the causes for the experimentally observed difference in the crystalline conformations of the two isotactic polymers as being due to intermolecular influences.  相似文献

LiF:Mg,Cu热释光(TL)磷光体在γ辐照后产生F0顺磁中心,其g因子为gxx=2.0030,gyy=2.0450,gzz=2.0251,裂分为Axx=511.04G,Ayy=505.42G,Azz=507.26G。F0中心的浓度随Mg++浓度的增加而下降。磷光体的ENDOR谱显示F0中心附近有铜核存在。照射前和照射后24h测量均未发现Cu++的ESR谱,表明铜是以Cu+形式掺入的,照射并未引起Cu+离子化合价的改变。LiF:Mg,Cu,P在γ辐照前具有轴对称的Cu++离子的ESR谱,辐照后产生了O-空穴中心和PO32-自由基,改变了Cu++的环境,使Cu++的谱发  相似文献

Thermoluminescence (TL) glow curves of LiF:Mg,Cu,Si were deconvoluted with the introduction of enhanced physical model which envisages that both electrons and holes, produced by ionization radiation and trapped at the respective traps, can be thermally released into the conduction and the valence band, respectively and the holes may also radiatively recombine with electrons at the electron recombination centers. The model is more generalized than the ordinary trap interaction model which only permits the traffic of electrons through the conduction band. An effective numerical analysis method was developed to calculate the glow curve to be compatible with the measured curves. The validity of the numerical method was verified through artificially generated TL glow curves for a wide range of trap parameters. In order to identify TL kinetics of LiF:Mg,Cu,Si with higher accuracy, its glow curves were deconvoluted for two more generalized models, namely, the Schön–Klasens model and the Chen–Pagonis–Lawless model as well as the ordinary trap interactive model. The parameters in the more generalized multi-trap multi-recombination center (MTMR) model were found to be consistent with the quasi-static approximation(QSA) method.  相似文献

 为了提高并且采用双束加速技术以进一步提高BEPCII正电子从直线加速器注入到储存环的速率,BEPCII(Beijing Electron Positron Collider Upgrade Project) 正在建造带有两个次谐波聚束腔的新预注入器。提出了使用光阴极注入器作为BEPCII预注入器的新方案,其性能优于次谐波聚束系统:发射度和能散至多为次谐波聚束系统的1/4,100%的传输效率,没有卫星束团的干扰,等。此外,还分别对光阴极注入器在高电荷量和低电荷量两种情况下的束流动力学进行了模拟计算和优化研究,并将其性能与正在建造的次谐波聚束系统和旧聚束系统的性能进行了比较和讨论。由此光阴极注入器产生的电子束还可以在将来用作激光-等离子体或激光-非传导性加速结构的尾场加速研究。  相似文献

Thermoluminescence (TL) response of h-BN micropowder, characterized by two peaks near 337 and 584 K, was studied in the 380-nm band after excitation with monochromatic ultraviolet radiation (UVR). On the basis of the obtained results and independent data analysis, assumptions were made on the mechanisms of donor–acceptor recombination with the participation of 1B, ON, and CN centers, responsible for the observed thermally activated emission. TL excitation spectra in the 200–380-nm range were analyzed. It was observed that the resolved maxima correspond quite to the characteristic wavelengths of 260 nm (maximum bactericidal efficiency) and 297 nm (maximum skin erythema). It is found that the dose dependence for an integral intensity of high-temperature peak is linear in the suberythemal range of 0.01–0.35 mJ/cm2.  相似文献

Efforts are aimed at finding a method that could serve TL dosimetric measurements in the range of low-dose but carried out in an environment with elevated temperature. The temperature at the position of the maximum intensity of LiF:Mg,Cu,P was about 280 °C when annealed at 460 °C. LiF:Mg,Cu,P with a maximum intensity at 280 °C should present good thermal stability. The TL intensity of LiF:Mg,Cu,P with a maximum intensity at 280 °C was about 54% of the standard LiF:Mg,Cu,P, it should have a minimum measurable dose in the range of micro-Gy. LiF:Mg,Cu,P with a maximum intensity at 280 °C could be re-used by the 660 °C/30 min annealing, followed by 270 °C/20 min, 240 °C/10 min and 460 °C/30 min. It's possible for LiF:Mg,Cu,P to be extended application for low dose test in an environment with elevated temperature.  相似文献
