The energy dissipation in a gas of structured objects, e.g. molecules, is considered. It is shown that the macroscopic irreversibility of the kinetic processes can be considered as a consequence of the microscopic operator ordering. Our approach is free of any special assumptions on the space-time geometry, except for the general region causality assumptions [J.C. Christensen, L. Crane, J. Math. Phys. 46 (2005) 122502], it can be applied to a wide variety of processes, from the cosmological processes at Big Bang stage till the energy dissipation in molecular gases.  相似文献

Silicon carbide particles reinforced nickel-cobalt-phosphorus matrix composite coatings were prepared by two-step electroless plating process (pre-treatment of sensitizing and subsequent plating) for the application to lightweight microwave absorbers, which were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and vector network analyzer, respectively. The results show that Ni-Co-P deposits are uniform and mixture crystalline of α-Co and Ni3P and exhibit low-specific saturation magnetization and low coercivity. Due to the conductive and ferromagnetic behavior of the Ni-Co thin films, high dielectric constant and magnetic loss can be obtained in the microwave frequencies. The maximum microwave loss of the composite powder less than −32 dB was found at the frequency of 6.30 GHz with a thickness of 2.5 mm when the initial atomic ratio of Ni-Co in the plating bath is 1.5.  相似文献

We report AlGaN-based back-illuminated solar-blind Schottky-type ultraviolet photodetectors with the cutoff- wavelength from 280nm to 292nm without bias. The devices show low dark current of 2.1× 10^-6A/cm^2 at the reverse bias of 5 V. The specific detectivity D* is estimated to be 3.3 × 10^12cmHz^1/2 W^-1 . To guarantee the performance of the photodetectors, the optimization of AlGaN growth and annealing condition for Schottky contacts were performed. The results show that high-temperature annealing method for Ni/Pt Schottky contacts is effective for the reduction of leakage current.  相似文献

We develop a method for detecting the inhomogeneity of the pion-emitting sources produced in ultra-relativistic heavy ion collisions, through event-by-event two-pion Bose–Einstein correlations. The root-mean-square of the error-inverse-weighted fluctuations between the two-pion correlation functions of single and mixed events are useful observables for the detection. By investigating the root-mean-square of the weighted fluctuations for different impact parameter regions people may hopefully determine the inhomogeneity of the particle-emitting in the coming Large Hadron Collider (LHC) heavy ion experiments.  相似文献

Upconversion emission and energy transfer processes in singly, doubly and triply doped tellurite glasses have been studied under 798 and 980 nm laser excitations. Emissions have been observed at 482, 544, 584, 655 nm and at 477, 655, 698, 800 nm corresponding to Tb3+: 5D4 → 7F6, 7F5, 7F4, 7FJ (J = 0, 1, 2, 3) and Tm3+: 1G4 → 3H6, 1G4 → 3F4, 3F3 → 3H6, 3H4 → 3H6 transitions, respectively. Among Tm3+, Yb3+and Tb3+ ions only Tm3+ has a ground state absorption at 798 nm excitation due to 3H4 ← 3H6 transition. For 980 nm excitation only Yb3+ can absorb the incident radiation. However, for both types of excitations, emission from all the three ions Tb, Yb and Tm has been observed. Possible mechanisms are proposed as follows: under 798 nm excitation Tm3+ ions are excited which excite Yb3+ ions through energy transfer. Finally “cooperative energy transfer” from a pair of Yb3+ ions to Tm3+ and Tb3+ ions takes place. Under 980 nm excitation Yb3+ ions absorb the incident energy and excite Tm3+ and Tb3+ ions via cooperative energy transfer. Variation of emission intensity with the ion concentrations of Yb3+, Tm3+ and Tb3+ has been studied. The lifetime of the 1G4 level has also been measured.  相似文献

The fracture mechanisms of Hg0.8Cd0.2Te induced by pulsed TEA-CO2 laser have been investigated theoretically and experimentally in this paper. The Hg0.8Cd0.2Te target was irradiated by a TEA-CO2 laser with wavelength of 10.6 μm and spike width of 240 ns in an ambient atmosphere. The evident cracks can be found on the surface of the target from the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) photos, indicating that the severe breaks happened during the experiment. Theoretical analysis has also been carried out and the results show that the fracture of Hg0.8Cd0.2Te is mainly induced by thermal stresses, although there are three forces (thermal stress, evaporation wave and laser-supported detonation (LSD) wave) exerted on the target surface during the process.  相似文献

In access to optical spectroscopy of heavily underdoped detwinned YBa2Cu3Oy (YBCO) crystals, we re-examine the doping dependent evolution of infrared spectra in the CuO2 plane of underdoped YBCO in terms of two-component optical conductivity. The extended Drude model analysis is applied to the two-component conductivity, and the results are compared with experimental data in the pseudogap state. We demonstrate that a model consisting of a Drude and Lorentz oscillator components reproduces characteristics of infrared spectra in underdoped YBCO.  相似文献

ZnO thin films were prepared by thermal oxidation of metallic Zn films and nitrided by an inductively coupled rf plasma. The effects of successive plasma processing cyclic times on structural and optical properties as well as electrical resistivity were examined by different characterization techniques. A small amount of nitrogen was detected at the film-substrate interface. The grain size decreased slightly as the treatment time increased. The surface roughness of examined films increased while the thickness decreased with increasing plasma treatment time. The electrical resistivity decreased about four orders of magnitude when the sample nitrided for 15 min. However, the transmittance increased as the plasma treatment time increased. The optical band gap increased from 2.76 to 3.02 eV with increasing plasma treatment time from 0 to 15 min.  相似文献

Er2O3-doped TeO2-ZnO-La2O3 modified tellurite glasses were prepared by the conventional melt-quenching method, and the Er3+: 4I13/24I15/2 fluorescence properties have been studied for different Er3+ concentrations. Infrared spectra were measured in order to estimate the exact content of OH groups in samples. Based on the electric dipole-dipole interaction theory, the interaction parameter, CEr,Er, for the migration rate of Er3+: 4I13/24I13/2 in modified tellurite glass was calculated. Finally, the concentration quenching mechanism using a model based on energy transfer and quenching by hydroxyl (OH) groups was presented.  相似文献
