One-dimensional ZnO materials have been promising for field-emission (FE) application, but how to facially control the alignment of ZnO emitters is still a great challenge especially for patterned display application. Here, we report the fabrication of novel ZnO nanowire (NW) line and bundle arrays for patterned field-electron emitters. The effects of PS template size and heating time on the resulted ZnO nanoarrays were systematically studied. The deformation degree of PS templates was controlled and hence utilized to adjust the alignment of electrochemically deposited ZnO arrays. It was found that the length of NW lines and the density of NW bundles can effectively tuned by the PS template heating time. The optimal FE performance with turn-on electric field as low as of 4.4 V μm−1 and the field-enhancement factor as high as of 1450 were achieved through decreasing the screening effect among the patterned field-electron emitters. 相似文献

A rectangular loop (thermosyphon) was used to measure the average heat transfer coefficients for water at atmospheric pressure under natural circulation conditions. A twenty-one tube bundle with tubes 1.65 m long and 9.55 mm in diameter, and a pitch-to-diameter ratio of 1.33, was used as a test heat exchanger in one of the vertical legs of the loop. A natural circulation flow in the loop developed due to buoyancy differences of the fluid in its two vertical legs. Flow visualization experiments were performed to determine the flow regimes associated with natural circulation flow longitudinal to a tube bundle. Empirical correlations for the average Nusselt number have been developed and are reported. Grid spacers arranged on tube bundles were shown to enhance heat transfer, especially for laminar flow, without any noticeable increase in pressure drop. 相似文献

AbstractThe main result of this paper is that tensor products of semiample vector bundles over compact complex manifolds are semiample. An easy proof yields the analogous result for direct sums. We also show that tensor products of semiample vector bundles with k-ample vector bundles in the sense of Sommese are k-ample. On the other hand, we show that it is not generally true that tensor products of nef and k-ample vector bundles for positive k are still k-ample. Results of Sommese on k-ampleness are consequently strengthened. As an application of our main theorem we extend to k-ample the vanishing theorem of Ein-Lazarsfeld. 相似文献

We consider a first order linear partial differential operator of principal type on a closed connected orientable two-dimensional manifold sending sections of one complex line bundle to sections of another. A hydrogen‐bonding interface between helical aromatic oligoamide foldamers has been designed to promote the folding of a helix‐turn‐helix motif with a head‐to‐tail arrangement of two helices of opposite handedness. This design complements an earlier helix‐turn‐helix motif with a head‐to‐head arrangement of two helices of identical handedness interface. The two motifs were shown to have comparable stability and were combined in a unimolecular tetra‐helix fold constituting the largest abiotic tertiary structure to date. 相似文献

The construction of needlet-type wavelets on sections of the spin line bundles over the sphere has been recently addressed in Geller and Marinucci (2008) [14], and Geller et al. (2008, 2009) [12] and [13]. Here we focus on an alternative proposal for needlets on this spin line bundle, in which needlet coefficients arise from the usual, rather than the spin, spherical harmonics, as in the previous constructions. We label this system mixed needlets and investigate in full their properties, including localization, the exact tight frame characterization, reconstruction formula, decomposition of functional spaces, and asymptotic uncorrelation in the stochastic case.
