从单层和少层的石墨烯出发,利用透射电子显微镜中的高能电子束辐照,可控地制备了准二维完全无定形和半无定形碳结构.用高分辨成像和相干的纳米区域电子衍射技术表征了样品结构在高能电子束辐照前后的变化.基于实验记录的电子衍射花样得到了样品的原子对分布函数.分析表明,在所制备的准二维无定形结构中,六元环不再是碳原子的主要排列方式,碳原子的各阶最近邻间距相对于完美石墨烯中的值有所偏离并趋向无序;同时还发现,锯齿型的碳链结构不易被破坏,并使得准二维无定形碳结构中还保留了短程有序和可达0.5nm的中程有序.  相似文献

Let 𝔽 be a field, V a 6-dimensional 𝔽-vector space and f a nondegenerate alternating bilinear form on V. We consider a 14-dimensional module for the symplectic group Sp(V, f) ? Sp(6, 𝔽) associated with (V, f), and classify the orbits on vectors. For characteristic distinct from 2, this module is irreducible and isomorphic to the Weyl module of Sp(V, f) for the fundamental weight λ3. If the characteristic is 2, then the module is reducible as it contains an 8-dimensional submodule isomorphic to the spin module of Sp(V, f).  相似文献

A nonzero ideal I of D is called a *-cancellation ideal if (IA)* = (IB)* for nonzero ideals A and B of D implies A* =B*. Let X be an indeterminate over D and N * = {fD[X] | (c(f))* =D}. We show that I is a * w -cancellation ideal if and only if I is * f -locally principal, if and only if ID[X] N * is a cancellation ideal. As a corollary, we have that each nonzero ideal of D is a * w -cancellation ideal if and only if D P is a principal ideal domain for all P ∈ * f -Max(D), if and only if D[X] N * is an almost Dedekind domain. We also show that if I is a * w -cancellation ideal of D, then I * w  = I * f  = I t , and I is * w -invertible if and only if I * w  = J v for a nonzero finitely generated ideal J of D.  相似文献

为研究聚变堆氚增殖包层中液态金属湍流磁流体动力学(MHD)效应,开发了一种新的准二维单方程 MHD 湍流模型,并进行了相关数值模拟程序的编制及验证。对于矩形管道中的准二维 MHD 湍流流动,三维流 动主要发生在哈德曼层中,中心的主流区呈现出二维流动。为了反映这种特殊的流动特征,新湍流模型在标准 k-ε 模型的基础之上去掉了传统的耗散项,代之以电磁耗散项来模拟湍流 MHD 效应。同时,采用 Bradshaw 假设来对 湍流涡粘系数进行模化。为验证该湍流模型是否合理,编制了相关数值模拟程序,并利用直接数值模拟(DNS)结 果对该程序进行了校正,数值模拟结果与 DNS 结果吻合较好。计算结果表明,该湍流模型可应用于聚变堆液态 包层 MHD 湍流流动的数值模拟。  相似文献

In the early 1980s Dan Hughes wrote two papers on semi-symmetric 3-designs, which are closely related to quasi-3 designs. In 1973 Peter Cameron asked whether the dual design of any quasi-3 design must also be quasi-3. In this article, we answer that question. We give some general constructions of quasi-3 designs which enable us to give the answer. The answer is no. Dedicated to Dan Hughes on the occasion of his 80th birthday.  相似文献

A mixed organic(4-phenylbutylamine, 4-PBA) and inorganic(cesium, Cs) cations are used to deposit quasi-two-dimensional layered perovskites. This layered perovskites exhibit good film coverage as twodimensional perovskites and high emission performance close to three-dimensional organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites. Light-emitting diodes(LEDs) are fabricated by using solution process based on the quasi-two-dimensional layered perovskites. The perovskite LEDs exhibit a sky-blue emission with electroluminescence peak at 491 nm and a low turn on voltage at 2.9 V. The maximum external quantum efficiency reaches 0.015% at brightness of 186 cd/m~2.  相似文献

The paper describes the basic components of a turbomachinery blade design system in use within Rolls-Royce. A number of modelling aspects of the advanced computational methods in use and under development are reviewed together with areas for future research and development. A quasi-3D blade design system which is used for both compressors and turbines is described covering through-flow and blade-to-blade analysis. Various features of blade-to-blade analysis are discussed including the use of compatible design and analysis modes and coupled boundary layer analysis capable of handling attached and separated flow; examples are included to show capabilities. Advances being made in the development and application of Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes models are covered showing capabilities with regard to loss and heat transfer prediction. A fully coupled quasi-3D through-flow and blade-to-blade analysis system is described and results presented to show basic capabilities. The need for 3D flow analysis is discussed and the elements of a 3D blade design system presented showing how this links to the traditional quasi-3D system. Examples are given showing basic capabilities of the methods available and under development. Finally areas for future development are presented indicating the mathematical and numerical modelling problems to be addressed.  相似文献
