A neighborhood search heuristic for pre-marshalling export containers

In a yard where export containers are piled up, only those on the top are directly accessible to the stacking equipment. As a result, extra rehandles may occur when lifting them up for loading onto ships. One way to improve operational efficiency is to pre-marshal the containers in such an order that it fits the loading sequence. This paper proposes a model to develop a movement plan to improve the layout of containers in a bay. The proposed heuristic consists of a neighborhood search process, an integer programming model, and three minor subroutines. Each of the components plays a different role in the heuristic. Several sets of testing results demonstrate the performance of the heuristic as well as the contributions of the components.     

出口食用甲鱼中有害元素As、Hg的同时测定

建立了微波消解-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)同时测定出口食用甲鱼中As、Hg残留量的方法,并对HG-AFS工作参数及条件进行了优化和选择。As检出限为0.056μg/L,Hg检出限为0.0071μg/L;相对标准偏差As为0.4%(n=11,ρAs=20μg/L),Hg为0.7%(n=11,ρHg=10μg/L);回收率范围为92%~99%。本法已用于出口食用水生活甲鱼中As、Hg残留量的检测。     

ICP—AES法测定出口镁砂

应用ICP-AES法对出口镁砂中硅、钙、铁、铝、钛等氧化物含量进行测定。文中对其测试方法、条件进行探讨;辅以灼烧减量的测定,从中可以求出高含量的氧化镁。方法准确,快速,优于化学法。     

我国大气碳排放量若干经济影响因素研究

影响大气碳排放量的因素众多。文章以出口、消费、投资为切入点,基于向量自回归模型,分析其与我国大气碳排放量的动态效应。结果显示,碳排放量和我国出口贸易、国内消费、国内投资存在长期协整关系,碳排放对出口贸易和国内投资呈正效应反馈,对国内消费呈现负效应反馈。     

Export diversification through resource-based industrialization: The case of natural gas

For small resource-rich developing economies, specialization in raw exports is usually considered to be detrimental to growth and Resource-Based Industrialization (RBI) is often advocated to promote export diversification. This paper develops a new methodology to assess the performance of these RBI policies. We first formulate an adapted mean-variance portfolio model that explicitly takes into consideration: (i) a technology-based representation of the set of feasible export combinations and (ii) the cost structure of the resource processing industries. Second, we provide a computationally tractable reformulation of the resulting mixed-integer nonlinear optimization problem. Finally, we present an application to the case of natural gas, comparing current and efficient export-oriented industrialization strategies of nine gas-rich developing countries.     

1981—2000年外商直接投资与出口对福建省经济增长影响的实证分析

福建省吸引外资在全国的份额比重较大,外资的引进解决了福建省的资金瓶颈,对经济增长有一定的促进作用,本文通过对福建省外商直接投资、出口与GDP增长之间的实证分析,得出了出口与福建省经济增长的关联度很大,而外商直接投资与福建省经济增长的波动关联不大的结论。
