Two-dimensional van der Waals heterostructures (2D vdWHs) have recently gained widespread attention because of their abundant and exotic properties, which open up many new possibilities for next-generation nanoelectronics. However, practical applications remain challenging due to the lack of high-throughput techniques for fabricating high-quality vdWHs. Here, we demonstrate a general electrochemical strategy to prepare solution-processable high-quality vdWHs, in which electrostatic forces drive the stacking of electrochemically exfoliated individual assemblies with intact structures and clean interfaces into vdWHs with strong interlayer interactions. Thanks to the excellent combination of strong light absorption, interfacial charge transfer, and decent charge transport properties in individual layers, thin-film photodetectors based on graphene/In2Se3 vdWHs exhibit great promise for near-infrared (NIR) photodetection, owing to a high responsivity (267 mA W−1), fast rise (72 ms) and decay (426 ms) times under NIR illumination. This approach enables various hybrid systems, including graphene/In2Se3, graphene/MoS2 and graphene/MoSe2 vdWHs, providing a broad avenue for exploring emerging electronic, photonic, and exotic quantum phenomena.  相似文献

The complexation of the salophen-uranyl metallocleft 2 and of its half-cleft analogue 3 with enones and other carbonyl compounds was assessed in chloroform by UV-Vis titration and, occasionally, by FT-IR measurements. Complexes with receptors 2 and 3 are in all cases more stable than those with the control unsubstituted uranyl-salophen 1 , showing that in addition to the primary binding force provided by coordination of the carbonyl oxygen to the uranium, a significant driving force for complexation, typically in the range of 2-3 kcal/mol, results from van der Waals interactions of the guest with the aromatic walls. Replacement of the phenyl group in 3 with larger aromatic residues to give 4 and 5 , led to enhanced complex stabilities, due to more extended contact surfaces between host and guest.  相似文献

In this paper, homotopy perturbation method (HPM) and variational iteration method (VIM) are applied to solve nonlinear oscillator differential equations. Illustrative examples reveal that these methods are very effective and convenient for solving nonlinear differential equations. Moreover, the methods do not require linearization or small perturbation. Comparisons are also made between the exact solutions and the results of the homotopy perturbation method and variational iteration method in order to prove the precision of the results obtained from both methods mentioned.  相似文献

The collision efficiency in the Brownian coagulation is investigated. A new mechanical model of collision between two identical spherical particles is proposed, and a set of corresponding collision equations is established. The equations are solved numerically, thereby obtaining the collision efficiency for the monodisperse dioctyl phthalate spherical aerosols with diameters ranging from 100 to 760 nm in the presence of van der Waals force and the elastic deformation force. The calculated collision efficiency, in agreement with the experimental data qualitatively, decreases with the increase of particle diameter except a small peak appearing in the particles with a diameter of 510 nm. The results show that the interparticle elastic deformation force cannot be neglected in the computation of particle Brownian coagulation. Finally, a set of new expressions relating collision efficiency to particle diameter is established.  相似文献

通过3-含氧缩水甘油基-丙基-三甲氧基硅烷(GPTS)将二乙胺基乙基(DEAE)嫁接在介孔分子筛SBA-15的表面,制得弱阴离子交换层析剂DEAE-SBA-15,使其既具有分子筛作用,又具有离子交换作用的特点.经DEAE-SBA-15层析后,从粉尘螨代谢培养基中获得单一的洗脱峰,SDS-PAGE显示一条谱带,其相对分子质量为14000,表明经分离纯化所得到的蛋白质是粉尘螨主要变应原Derf2.对螨性哮喘患者皮肤点刺试验表明,所得Derf2仍具有变应原活性,且仅通过一次柱色谱即得Derf2,表明DEAE-SBA-15是一种较好的离子交换层析剂.  相似文献

Insertion/extraction of lithium ions into/from Bi2Se3 crystals was investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry. The process of insertion is reflected in the appearance of two bands on voltammograms at ∼1.7 and ∼1.5 V, corresponding to the insertion of Li+ ions into octahedral and tetrahedral sites of the van der Waals gap of these layered crystals. The process of extraction of Li+ ions from the gap results in the appearance of four bands on the voltammograms. The bands 1 and 2 at ∼2.1 and ∼2.3 V correspond to the extraction of a part of Li+ guest ions from the octahedral and tetrahedrals sites and this extraction has a character of a reversible intercalation/deintercalation process. A part of Li+ ions is bound firmly in the crystal due to the formation of negatively charged clusters of the (LiBiSe2.Bi3Se4) type. A further extraction of Li+ ions from the van der Waals gap is associated with the presence of bands 3 and 4 placed at ∼2.5 and ∼2.7 V on the voltammograms as their extraction needs higher voltage due to the influence of negative charges localized on these clusters.  相似文献
