This article proposes a global, chaos-based procedure for the discretization of functionals of Brownian motion into functionals of a Poisson process with intensity . Under this discretization we study the weak convergence, as the intensity of the underlying Poisson process goes to infinity, of Poisson functionals and their corresponding Malliavin-type derivatives to their Wiener counterparts. In addition, we derive a convergence rate of for the Poisson discretization of Wiener functionals by combining the multivariate Chen–Stein method with the Malliavin calculus. Our proposed sufficient condition for establishing the mentioned convergence rate involves the kernel functions in the Wiener chaos, yet we provide examples, especially the discretization of some common path dependent Wiener functionals, to which our results apply without committing the explicit computations of such kernels. To the best our knowledge, these are the first results in the literature on the universal convergence rate of a global discretization of general Wiener functionals. 相似文献

建立了超声辅助结合离子液体双水相提取-高效液相色谱法测定三七中5种稀有人参皂苷20(S)-Rg_2,20(S)-Rh_1,Rk_3,20(S)-Rg_3及Rk_1含量的方法.考察了影响提取率的多种因素并确立了最佳提取条件,在该条件下,5种稀有人参皂苷加样回收率均在92.07%~110.55%之间,RSD值均5.43%.实验结果表明,该方法具有快速、高效、准确且环保等优点,为中药材及其制剂中微量化学成分的提取、富集与分析提供了参考. 相似文献

Constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) activation has found to ameliorate diabetes in animal models. However, no CAR agonists are available clinically. Therefore, a safe and effective CAR activator would be an alternative option. In this study, sixty courmarin derivatives either synthesized or purified from Artemisia capillaris were screened for CAR activation activity. Chemical modifications were on position 5,6,7,8 with mono-, di-, tri-, or tetra-substitutions. Among all the compounds subjected for in vitro CAR activation screening, 6,7-diprenoxycoumarin was the most effective and was selected for further preclinical studies. Chemical modification on the 6 position and unsaturated chains were generally beneficial. Electron-withdrawn groups as well as long unsaturated chains were hazardous to the activity. Mechanism of action studies showed that CAR activation of 6,7-diprenoxycoumarin might be through the inhibition of EGFR signaling and upregulating PP2Ac methylation. To sum up, modification mimicking natural occurring coumarins shed light on CAR studies and the established screening system provides a rapid method for the discovery and development of CAR activators. In this paper, time‐splitting spectral approximation technique has been proposed for Chen‐Lee‐Liu (CLL) equation involving Riesz fractional derivative. The proposed numerical technique is efficient, unconditionally stable, and of second‐order accuracy in time and of spectral accuracy in space. Moreover, it conserves the total density in the discretized level. In order to examine the results, with the aid of weighted shifted Grünwald‐Letnikov formula for approximating Riesz fractional derivative, Crank‐Nicolson weighted and shifted Grünwald difference (CN‐WSGD) method has been applied for Riesz fractional CLL equation. The comparison of results reveals that the proposed time‐splitting spectral method is very effective and simple for obtaining single soliton numerical solution of Riesz fractional CLL equation. 相似文献

New lower bounds on the total variation distance between the distribution of a sum of independent Bernoulli random variables and the Poisson random variable (with the same mean) are derived via the Chen–Stein method. Comparing to the Ch-~Ruan cohomology theory for the almost complex orbifolds, we study the orbifold cohomology theory for almost contact orbifolds. We define the Chen-Ruan cohomology group of any almost contact orbifold. Using the methods for almost complex orbifolds, we define the obstruction bundle for any 3-multisector of the almost contact orbifolds and the Chen~Ruan cup product for the Che-Ruan cohomology. We also prove that under this cup product the direct sum of all dimensional orbifold cohomology groups constitutes a cohomological ring. Finally we calculate two examples. 相似文献

Induced twisted-grain-boundary phases in the binary mixtures of a cholesteric and a nematic compound
Thermodynamical, optical-texture and dielectric studies have been performed to study the phase diagram of the binary system of 5-cholesten-3β-ol-octanoate and 4-n-nonyloxybenzoic acid. It is observed that low concentrations of 5-cholesten-3β-ol-octanoate (2–30?mol?%) in 4-n-nonyloxybenzoic acid induce a mean-field phase diagram derived by Renn within the framework of the chiral Chen–Lubenski model. Various optical textures of the twisted-grain-boundary (TGB) phases under different conditions of molecular anchoring have been observed. Weak transitions related to the TGB phases have been detected by temperature dependent dielectric spectroscopy. 相似文献
