The escaped probability density of the photo-detached electron in an annular nanomicrocavity shows strong oscillations as a function of the length of the escape orbits. We present a semiclassical theory that describes theses oscillations in terms of bundles of escape orbits. Due to the interference effects of the electron waves travelling along different escaped orbits, oscillatory structures appear in the escaped probability density. In addition, the calculation results suggest that the escaped probability density of the photo-detached electron is not only related to the inner radius of the annular microcavity, but also related to the laser polarization. In order to show the correspondence between the escaped probability density and the detached electron’s escaped orbits clearly, we calculate the Fourier transformed semiclassical wave function and find that the peak positions agree well with the length of the detached electron’s orbits. We hope that our results will be useful in understanding the escape and propagation process of particles through semiconductor microjunctions or ballistic microstructure.  相似文献

Aiming at advancing storage‐ring‐based ultrafast X‐ray science, over the past few years many upgrades have been undertaken to continue improving beamline performance and photon flux at the Femtoslicing facility at BESSY II. In this article the particular design upgrade of one of the key optical components, the zone‐plate monochromator (ZPM) beamline, is reported. The beamline is devoted to optical pump/soft X‐ray probe applications with 100 fs (FWHM) X‐ray pulses in the soft X‐ray range at variable polarization. A novel approach consisting of an array of nine off‐axis reflection zone plates is used for a gapless coverage of the spectral range between 410 and 1333 eV at a designed resolution of EE = 500 and a pulse elongation of only 30 fs. With the upgrade of the ZPM the following was achieved: a smaller focus, an improved spectral resolution and bandwidth as well as excellent long‐term stability. The beamline will enable a new class of ultrafast applications with variable optical excitation wavelength and variable polarization.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of a functionally graded piezoelectric circular plate subjected to a uniform electric potential difference between the upper and lower surfaces. By assuming the generalized displacements in appropriate forms, five differential equations governing the generalized displacement functions are derived from the equilibrium equations. These displacement functions are then obtained in an explicit form, which still involve four undetermined integral constants, through a step-by-step integration which properly incorporates the boundary conditions at the upper and lower surfaces. The boundary conditions at the cylindrical surface are then used to determine the integral constants. Hence, three-dimensional analytical solutions for electrically loaded functionally graded piezoelectric circular plates with free or simply-supported edge are completely determined. These solutions can account for an arbitrary material variation along the thickness, and thus can be readily degenerated into those for a homogenous plate. A numerical example is finally given to show the validity of the analysis, and the effect of material inhomogeneity on the elastic and electric fields is discussed. This paper reveals the formation of annular lamellar body (ALB) in the ganglion of leech by means of in situ fixation and the lanthanum nitrate tracer technique. This formation involves both wrapping and internalization of the gap junctions between glial processes themselves, as well as between neuron and glial process. The results indicate that there is probably an active process of internalization of membrane structures involving gap junctions between neuron and glial cell in the central nervous system in leech. 发展了综合考虑气-固两相旋流流动,气相燃烧,颗粒相变与燃烧及两相辐射传热的旋流煤粉燃烧-维数学模型,给出了气-固两相能量方程中颗粒相就源项的计算表达式,应用这一模型对涡旋燃烧炉环形通道内多组工况的旋流气体燃烧和煤粉燃烧进行了数值模拟,计算得到的炉内温度分布和燃烧效率与实验数据基本相符,表明本文建立的模型可用于旋流煤粉燃烧的一维综合数值模拟。  相似文献

Atenolol and propranolol (the β-blocking agents) and salbutamol (broncho- and vasodilator) were resolved into their enantiomers by adopting different modes of loading/impregnating the Cu(II) complexes of l-proline (l-Pro), l-phenylalanine (l-Phe), l-histidine (l-His), N,N-dimethyl-l-phenylalanine (N,N-Me2-l-Phe), and l-tryptophan (l-Trp) on commercial precoated normal phase plates. The three different approaches were (A) using the Cu(II)-l-amino acid complex as chiral mobile phase additive, (B) ascending development of plain commercial plates in the solutions of Cu complex, and (C) using a solution of Cu(II) acetate as mobile phase additive for the commercial TLC plates impregnated with ascending development of plates in the solutions of amino acid. Spots were located using iodine vapour. The results obtained for the three methods have been compared for their efficiency and the issue of involvement of the Cu(II) cation for the best performance of the three methods has been discussed with respect to the same mobile phase. The detection limit is 0.18 μg for each enantiomer.  相似文献

In the present study, the geometrically non-linear dynamics of an axially moving plate is examined by constructing the bifurcation diagrams of Poincaré maps for the system in the sub and supercritical regimes. The von Kármán plate theory is employed to model the system by retaining in-plane displacements and inertia. The governing equations of motion of this gyroscopic system are obtained based on an energy method by means of the Lagrange equations which yields a set of second-order non-linear ordinary differential equations with coupled terms. A change of variables is employed to transform this set into a set of first-order non-linear ordinary differential equations. The resulting equations are solved using direct time integration, yielding time-varying generalized coordinates for the in-plane and out-of-plane motions. From these time histories, the bifurcation diagrams of Poincaré maps, phase-plane portraits, and Poincaré sections are constructed at points of interest in the parameter space for both the axial speed regimes.  相似文献

A quasistatic rate‐independent brittle delamination problem and also an adhesive unilateral contact problem is considered on a prescribed normally‐positioned surface in a plate with a finite thickness. By letting the thickness of the plate go to zero, two quasistatic rate‐independent crack models with prescribed path for Kirchhoff‐Love plates are obtained as limit of these quasistatic processes.  相似文献
