Diffusion Model of a Non-Integer Order PIγ Controller with TCP/UDP Streams

In this article, a way to employ the diffusion approximation to model interplay between TCP and UDP flows is presented. In order to control traffic congestion, an environment of IP routers applying AQM (Active Queue Management) algorithms has been introduced. Furthermore, the impact of the fractional controller PIγ and its parameters on the transport protocols is investigated. The controller has been elaborated in accordance with the control theory. The TCP and UDP flows are transmitted simultaneously and are mutually independent. Only the TCP is controlled by the AQM algorithm. Our diffusion model allows a single TCP or UDP flow to start or end at any time, which distinguishes it from those previously described in the literature.     

Characterization and in vitro release kinetics of chitosan based biocomposites from Scotch Bonnets

The main aim of this study is to formulate the combination of the bioactive composite containing chitosan/β -tricalcium phosphate (CH/β-TCP) as potential drug delivery platforms for the sustained release of antibiotics. Herein the mode of amoxicillin (AMX) maintained in the β-TCP/chitosan composite was characterized using XRD, FT-IR to confirm the phase purity and functional groups. SEM was used to examine the size and shape of particles. The SEM images of the biocomposites after drug release confirmed that they are biodegradable. In vitro drug release experiments in PBS (pH 7.4) revealed a sustained release profile in a neutral medium. Drug release profiles were evaluated according to five different kinetic models including Zero Order, First Order, Higuchi, Hixon Crowel, and Korsmeyer-Peppas. The release profile was best expressed by the Korsmeyer Peppas model because the results showed high linearity. Overall, the positive effect of chitosan coating on the drug elution profile of β-TCP as carriers for the controlled delivery of antibiotics was regarded as biocompatible for the controlled drug delivery system.     

两种发电机励磁系统远程监测与控制方法研究

同步发电机励磁控制系统的监控是保证发电机良好运行的重要部分,远程监控技术能够有效的对发电机励磁控制系统进行监控,并为励磁控制系统维护人员提供方便.因此针对同步发电机励磁控制系统的典型监测和控制功能,给出了两种发电机励磁系统远程监控方法,首先基于AJAX技术,给出了一种基于web的励磁控制系统远程监测方法,所设计的监测系统能够在局域网或internet网络环境下,使用计算机或智能手机的浏览器进行励磁控制系统的监测,实际测试表明该方法是可行的.之后,为能实现励磁控制系统的远程实时控制,并解决internet网络环境下实时数据传输不稳定的情况,给出了一种基于TCP/IP和VPN技术的励磁控制系统远程监控方法,测试表明该方法能够实现励磁控制系统的实时监测和控制.     

Calibration of a multiple axes 3-D laser scanning system consisting of robot, portable laser scanner and turntable

A multiple axes 3-D laser scanning system consisting of a portable 3-D laser scanner, a industrial robot and a turntable is demonstrated. By using a criterion sphere, a robot tool center point (TCP) calibration approach is proposed to calibrate the relation between the laser 3-D scanner and the robot end-effector. In this approach, two different translational motions of robot are first made to determine the rotation part, and then at least three different rotational motions are made to determine the translation part. Meanwhile, by using the criterion sphere, a turntable approach is proposed to calibrate the pose of the turntable relative to the robot. In this approach, several rotational angles of turntable and two different heights of the sphere are made to determine the rotational axis of turntable. Experiment is performed on a portable laser scanner mounted on an industrial robot ABB IRB4400 with a turntable. The experiment results show that the two proposed calibration algorithms are stable and flexible. The application of 3-D measurement is also given to demonstrate the effectiveness and stability of the multiple axes 3-D laser scanning system.

聚乙烯醇及磷酸酯气相润滑下氮化硅的磨损特性研究

采用球－三盘磨损试验机在３７０℃，聚乙烯醇及磷酸三甲苯基酯气相润滑下研究了Ｓｉ３Ｎ４与Ｍ５０工具钢对磨时的磨损特性．结果表明：在气相润滑下聚乙烯醇可以有效地降低Ｓｉ３Ｎ４的磨损；在聚乙烯醇中添加少量的三甲苯基磷酸酯可以进一步降低Ｓｉ３Ｎ４的磨损．Ｘ射线光电子能谱分析发现，Ｓｉ３Ｎ４的摩擦表面形成了主要由元素碳、氧和磷组成的固体润滑膜，Ｓｉ３Ｎ４发生了氧化并生成了ＳｉＯ２和—ＳｉＮＯ等化合物，而三甲苯基磷酸酯则在摩擦过程中发生了降解．     

磁载光催化剂Fe3O4/C/TiO2的制备及对三氯苯酚的降解

以FeCl3为铁源,葡萄糖为碳源,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用水热法制备了磁载光催化剂Fe3O4/C/TiO2,用TEM、EDX、VSM、XRD和IR对Fe3O4/C/TiO2的粒径、形貌和物相等进行了表征。研究了该催化剂对三氯苯酚的降解性能,探讨了其重复使用的可能性,用荧光光谱法推测了可能的反应机理。结果表明该材料结合了光催化与可再生的优点,1 g·L-1 Fe3O4/C/TiO2在18 W紫外灯下,50 min内可将三氯苯酚降解97.9%以上,6次循环使用后降解率仍保持在95.1%,降解过程中有羟基自由基生成。     

Local Hopf bifurcation and global existence of periodic solutions in TCP system

This paper investigates the dynamics of a TCP system described by a first- order nonlinear delay differential equation. By analyzing the associated characteristic transcendental equation, it is shown that a Hopf bifurcation sequence occurs at the pos- itive equilibrium as the delay passes through a sequence of critical values. The explicit algorithms for determining the Hopf bifurcation direction and the stability of the bifur- cating periodic solutions are derived with the normal form theory and the center manifold theory. The global existence of periodic solutions is also established with the method of Wu （Wu, J. H. Symmetric functional differential equations and neural networks with memory. 基于模块化外包的项目调度问题研究——以三峡工程TCP/C1-3-1A-1项目为例

全球化下的市场竞争促使企业在全球范围进行资源整合,外包决策由此成为影响项目调度的重要因素。以三峡三期工程TCP/C1-3-1A-1项目为例,运用设计结构矩阵构建了模块化项目网络,并分两个层次对外包模块进行初选,在此基础上建立了基于模块化外包的项目调度模型。求解结果表明,由于模块化外包消除了承包商的资源瓶颈,降低了资源闲置率,并由此产生了良好的协同效应,因此可以有效地提高项目收益,并大大压缩项目工期。     

A piezoelectric immunosensor for the determination of pesticide residues and metabolites in fruit juices

A quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) immunosensor was developed for the determination of the insecticide carbaryl and 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinol (TCP), the main metabolite of the insecticide chlorpyrifos and of the herbicide triclopyr. The detection was based on a competitive conjugate-immobilized immunoassay format using monoclonal antibodies (MAbs). Hapten conjugates were covalently immobilized, via thioctic acid self-assembled monolayer (SAM), onto the gold electrode sensitive surface of the quartz crystal. This covalent immobilization allowed the reusability of the modified electrode surface for at least one hundred and fifty assays without significant loss of sensitivity. The piezoimmunosensor showed detection limits (analyte concentrations producing 10% inhibition of the maximum signal) of 11 and 7 μg l⁻¹ for carbaryl and TCP, respectively. The sensitivity attained (I₅₀ value) was around 30 μg l⁻¹ for both compounds. Linear working ranges were 15-53 μg l⁻¹ for carbaryl and 13-83 μg l⁻¹ for TCP. Each complete assay cycle took 20 min. The good sensitivity, specificity, and reusability achieved, together with the short response time, allowed the application of this immunosensor to the determination of carbaryl and TCP in fruits and vegetables at European regulatory levels, with high precision and accuracy.
