以FeCrA l合金薄片为基体,A l2O3为过渡载体,Ce1-xN ixO2(x=0.1-0.3)、CeO2和N iO为活性组分,制备了Ce1-xN ixO2/A l2O3/FeCrA l、CeO2/A l2O3/FeCrA l和N iO/A l2O3/FeCrA l金属基整体式催化剂,在固定床微型反应器中评价了催化剂的甲烷催化燃烧性能,用SEM、XRD、TPR等方法对催化剂的物相、表面形貌和氧化还原性进行了表征.结果表明,Ce1-xN ixO2在催化剂表面的分散性比CeO2和N iO要好;Ce1-xN ixO2/A l2O3/FeCrA l(x=0.1-0.3)催化剂具有好的催化活性和高温稳定性,CeO2/A l2O3/FeCrA l和N iO/A l2O3/FeCrA l催化剂有好的初活性但高温稳定性较差;活性组分与A l2O3和FeCrA l金属基体之间存在较强的相互作用.  相似文献

Ceria coatings were applied in order to improve the adherence of alumina scales developed on a model Fe–20Cr–5Al alloy during oxidation at high temperature. These coatings were performed by argon annealing of a ceria sol–gel coating at temperatures ranging between 600 and 1000 °C. The influence of these coatings on the alloy oxidation behaviour was studied at 1100 °C. In situ X-ray diffraction (XRD) was performed to characterize the coating crystallographic nature after annealing and during the oxidation process. The alumina scale morphologies were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The present work shows that the alumina scale morphology observed on cerium sol–gel coated alloy was very convoluted. On the cerium sol–gel coated alloy, argon annealing results in an increase of the oxidation rate in air, at 1100 °C. The 600 °C argon annealing temperature results in a good alumina scale adherence under thermal cycling conditions at 1100 °C.  相似文献

This work presents a study on the role of the additives over CuO-CeO2/Al2O3/FeCrAl monolithic catalysts for the preferential oxidation of CO. The monolithic catalysts were prepared by in situ combustion method and characterized using SEM, XRD and TPR techniques. The results show that the addition of neodymium or zirconium in the CuO-CeO2/Al2O3/FeCrAl catalysts influences the dispersion state of copper oxide and ceria, lowers the activity of hydrogen oxidation and broadens the temperature window for total CO-conversion.  相似文献

采用水热法制备FeCrAl丝网负载FAU沸石膜,考察了合成液老化、载体预涂晶种以及晶种液中添加聚乙烯醇(PVA)等因素的影响,评价了FeCrAl丝网负载FAU沸石膜对模型吸热燃料正辛烷裂解的催化活性。结果表明,载体表面预涂Y分子筛晶种后有助于增加载体表面分子筛负载量,采用老化后的合成液,效果更显著,并且更易在金属丝上生长出一层连续致密的FAU沸石膜。在相同水热合成条件下,载体表面用含PVA的晶种液预涂晶种后,可增加分子筛负载量。正辛烷在FeCrAl丝网负载FAU沸石膜上的初始裂解转化率(7.2%~13.2%,500 ℃)高于其在空白载体上的裂解转化率(4.4%),FAU沸石膜的初始催化活性不仅与载体表面分子筛负载量有关,也与分子筛膜的形貌有关。  相似文献

Al2O3/FeCrAl composite coatings were fabricated by atmosphere plasma spraying technique. Microstructure and dielectric properties in the frequency range from 8.2 to 12.4 GHz were investigated. The microstructure of composite coatings shows a uniform dispersion of metal particles with litter pores and microcracks in the composite coatings. The relaxation polarization and interfacial polarization in the coatings would contribute to enhance ?′ with rising FeCrAl content, and the associated loss could be considered as a dominating factor enhancing ?″. By calculating the microwave-absorption as a single-layer absorber, for the composite coatings with 41 wt.% FeCrAl content, the reflection loss values exceeding −10 dB are achieved in the frequency range of 9.1-10.6 GHz when the coating thickness is 1.3 mm.  相似文献
