The ionization process of B2+ by H+ impact is studied using the continuum-distorted-wave eikonal-initial-state (CDW-EIS) method and the modified free electron peak approximation (M-FEPA), respectively. Total, single-, and double- differential cross sections from 1s and 2s orbitals are presented for the energy range from 10 keV/u to 10 MeV/u. Comparison between the results from the two methods demonstrates that the total and single-differential cross sections for the high-energy incident projectile case can be well evaluated using the simple M-FEPA model. Moreover, the M-FEPA model reproduces the essential features of the binary-encounter (BE) bump in the double-differential cross sections. Thus, the BE ionization mechanism is discussed in detail by adopting the M-FEPA model. In particular, the double- and single-differential cross sections from the 2s orbital show a high-energy hip, which is different from those from the 1s orbital. Based on Ref. [1], the Compton profiles of B2+ for 1s and 2s orbitals are given, and the hips in DDCS and SDCS from the 2s orbital are explained. 相似文献

A water-in-oil (w/o) microemulsion was prepared with the zwitterionic surfactant dodecyl betaine (C12BE), n-pentanol (C5OH), n-heptane (C7H16) and water. Effects of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) with different molecular weight on the state of water in w/o microemulsions at a given water/C12BE molar ratio were investigated by FT-IR and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The experimental results showed that addition of PVP resulted in an increase of the content of the bound water in water pool of a w/o microemulsion, but a decrease of the amount of the bulky water. The higher the molecular weight of PVP, the more bound water; and the less bulk water. The change of the trapped water was not obvious due to the interference of C5OH. 相似文献

运用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)研究不同分子量的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)存在时,十二烷基甜菜碱(C12BE)/正庚烷 /正戊醇 /水(Ⅰ)及二(2 乙基)己基磺化琥珀酸钠(AOT)/正庚烷 /水(Ⅱ) 反相微乳液中水的存在状态.采用计算机分峰技术将微乳液中水分子的O-H伸缩振动进行曲线拟合, (Ⅰ)得到三个子峰,分别位于(3560±20)cm-1,(3430±10)cm-1,(3280±10)cm-1附近; (Ⅱ)得到四个子峰,分别位于3618 cm-1, 3550 cm-1, 3446 cm-1和3292 cm-1处.尽管PVP均增溶于W/O型微乳液中表面活性剂分子的极性基团附近,却没有引起长链间自由水的变化.但由于两体系的差异,PVP的存在,导致微乳液(Ⅰ)的本体水减少,结合水增多,却使体系(Ⅱ)的结合水减少,本体水增多.由于W/O型微乳液中水与生物膜中水相似,这些研究有助于理解生物膜界面上的生物化学和生物物理现象. 相似文献

The combination of capillary electrophoresis (CE) and mass spectrometry (MS) is particularly well adapted to bioanalysis due to its high separation efficiency, selectivity, and sensitivity; its short analytical time; and its low solvent and sample consumption. For clinical and forensic toxicology, a two-step analysis is usually performed: first, a screening step for compound identification, and second, confirmation and/or accurate quantitation in cases of presumed positive results. In this study, a fast and sensitive CE-MS workflow was developed for the screening and quantitation of drugs of abuse in urine samples. A CE with a time-of-flight MS (CE-TOF/MS) screening method was developed using a simple urine dilution and on-line sample preconcentration with pH-mediated stacking. The sample stacking allowed for a high loading capacity (20.5% of the capillary length), leading to limits of detection as low as 2 ng mL−1 for drugs of abuse. Compound quantitation of positive samples was performed by CE-MS/MS with a triple quadrupole MS equipped with an adapted triple-tube sprayer and an electrospray ionization (ESI) source. The CE-ESI-MS/MS method was validated for two model compounds, cocaine (COC) and methadone (MTD), according to the Guidance of the Food and Drug Administration. The quantitative performance was evaluated for selectivity, response function, the lower limit of quantitation, trueness, precision, and accuracy. COC and MTD detection in urine samples was determined to be accurate over the range of 10–1000 ng mL−1 and 21–1000 ng mL−1, respectively. 相似文献

以表面张力法研究了NaCMC与C14BE之间的相互作用。结果表明:在纯水介质中,NaCMC对C14BE的表面活性影响较小,但NaCl的存在对C14BE与NaCMC间的缔合有促进作用,混合体系的σ~C曲线出现两个转折点。二者开始缔合的浓度小于cmc,完成缔合的浓度大于cmc.pH=2时,形成C14BE/H-CMC复合物,使C14BE的表面活性降低,σ~C曲线亦出现两个转折点。 相似文献

常用的混合元法解变水深坝-库系统的耦振,需要对变水深部分的流场进行域离散,计算工作量大,该文利用Friedman的算子函数理论,构造了势流问题在无限长带形域中的Green函数,从而使流场的边界元剖分只限于变水深区域的边界,关于坝体仍采用有限元离散,最后借助所导出的有限元-边界元格式对坝-库系统的实例作了数值计算,结果证明了它的有效性。 相似文献
