 The catalytic performance of Al-MCM-41 containing 5?5 wt% H3PO4 was studied for the vapor phase alkylation of phenol with tert-butyl alcohol (TBA) from 383 to 493 K. 4-Tert-butyl phenol was produced as the main product with moderate selectivity. The product distribution depends on the reaction temperature, number of acid sites, and the Br鰊sted to Lewis sites ratios. A lower molar ratio of reactants (TBA/phenol = 2) and a higher space velocity facilitated the production of 4-tert-butyl phenol. The influence of various parameters such as temperature, reactant feed molar ratio, feed rate, and time on stream were investigated for conversion yield and product selectivity.  相似文献

研究了H-ZSM-5、H-MCM-41和氢型脱铝Y分子筛(简称H-DAY)在对甲氧基苯酚和甲基叔丁基醚反应合成3-叔丁基羟基茴香醚中的催化性能.研究表明,催化性能主要和催化剂的酸量、酸强度以及孔大小有关.其中,H-DAY由于其相对较大的总酸量和可容纳产物分子的孔径,在所考察的分子筛中表现出最高的反应活性,因此进一步考察了H-DAY催化作用下反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量和原料配比等反应条件对反应活性和选择性的影响以及催化剂的重复使用性能.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and selective approach for the tert-butylation of phenol and p-cresol using two double SO3H-functionalized long-chain Brønsted acidic ionic liquids as recyclable catalysts is reported. Under optimum reaction conditions, 89.4% conversion of the phenol and 73.7% selectivity of 2,4-tert-butyl-phenol and 93.2% conversion of the p-cresol and 89.2% selectivity of 2-tert-butyl-p-cresol were obtained. Two ionic liquids could be recovered readily and their catalytic activity almost completely retained after five recycles.  相似文献

Bis[(perfluoroalkyl)sulfonyl]imides [HN(SO2Rf)2, and Rf represents the perfluorinated alkyl group] supported on MCM-41 were synthesized and characterized by XRD, FTIR, SEM, TGA and N2-adsorption techniques. The supported catalysts, HN(SO2Rf)2/MCM-41, were used as the catalysts for the tert-butylafion of hydroquinone (HQ) with tert-butyl alcohol (TBA) in the liquid phase. A high yield (52.0%) of 2-tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ) could be obtained in the presence of 5 tool% HN(SO2C4F9)2/MCM-41 under the optimized reaction conditions and the heterogeneous catalyst could be recycled at least 6 times without substantial loss of activity.  相似文献
