Here, we report a new strategy for rapid synthesis of branched peptide by side-chain hydrazide ligation at Asn. The hydrazide was converted to thioester at Asn side chain by NaNO2 and thiol reagent, and sequential ligation with an N-terminus Cys-peptide efficiently afforded the branched peptide. A branched cyclic peptide was successfully synthesized by side-chain ligation with a two-Cys-peptide and formation of a disulfide bond. This approach provides a new way for expeditious synthesis of branched peptides and facilitates the design of neopeptides as functional bio-mimics.  相似文献

The effect of tetramethylenedicarboxylic dibenzoylhydrazide (designated here as TMC) on the nonisothermal and isothermal crystallization behavior of PLA was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized optical microscopy (POM) and wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD). TMC shows excellent nucleating effect on PLA. With the addition of 0.05 wt% TMC, the crystallization half-time of PLA decreases from 26.06 to 6.13 min at 130 °C. The isothermal crystallization data were further analyzed by the Avrami model. The values of the Avrami exponent of the blends are comparable to that of neat PLA, indicating that the presence of TMC does not change the crystallization mechanism of the matrix. The observation from POM and WAXD measurements showed that the presence of TMC increases significantly the nuclei density of PLA but has no discernible effect on its crystalline structure.  相似文献

Abstract

Nitrite is determined by its reaction with a measured but excessive amount of pyridine-4-carboxylic acid hydrazide in acid medium (when the two substances react in a 1:1 molar ratio) and evaluation of the surplus hydrazide by titration with chloramine-T in the presence of acidified potassium bromide, the end-point being shown by the decolorization of the methyl red indicator. Nitrate, copper(II), mercury(II), etc. are found not to interfere, and the determination of nitrite in the presence of diazotized aromatic amines is demonstrated.  相似文献

The first stable compound containing both N2+BF4? and CON3 functional groups – 8-azidocarbonyl-3-(tert-butyl)-4-oxo-4,6-dihydropyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazine-7-diazonium tetrafluoroborate was synthesized, and its stability and reactivity discussed. The Curtius rearrangement of 7-azido-3-(tert-butyl)-4-oxo-4,6-dihydropyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazine-8-carbonylazide was investigated, and the synthesis of a novel heterocyclic system –pyrazino[2′,3′:3,4]pyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazin-4(6H)-one is described.  相似文献

Following the principles of green chemistry, cardanol derivatives have been used as renewable, low‐cost, and available natural starting materials to construct a variety of protected and unprotected amino acids derivatives. The reaction of cardanol derivatives with different phthaloylamino acids including glycine, alanine, phenylalanine, and valine in the presence N,N'‐ dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC ) as coupling reagent afforded high yields of the target compounds. Deprotection of phthaloylamino acids derivatives was achieved by heating with hydrazine hydrate. The chemical structures of all products were confirmed by spectral data (IR , MS , 1H NMR , 13C NMR ) and elemental analyses. Antibacterial evaluation of the synthesized products was performed, which exhibited potent to weak activity in comparison with a standard drug.  相似文献

Benzylation of 1,2-ditosylhydrazine in DMF under various basic conditions results in a benzyl sulfone via intermediary sulfinate formation, providing new insights and allowing practical conclusions to be drawn. The half-lives of 1,2-ditosylhydrazine and several monotosylated hydrazides with 1,1,3,3-tetramethylguanidine in DMSO have been determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy and are found to vary from a few minutes to several months. In the course of this work a benzylated, partly detosylated compound has been identified and a 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl guanidine-containing side-product characterized. A hydrazide-derived bis(meta-phenylene)-32-crown-10 host showed a dimeric structure via quadruple N-H?O hydrogen bonds, but a polymeric structure via two N-H?O hydrogen bonds and two C-H?O hydrogen bonds at each knot in the presence of paraquat in the solid state, which led to a novel poly(taco complex) and ordering arrangement of the guest molecules indirectly.  相似文献

A series of novel 1,3,5-thiadiazine-2-thione derivatives bearing a hydrazide moiety were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their biological activities against phytopathogenic fungi. The antifungal bioassays indicated that the title compound 5b impressively displayed the obvious selectivity and specificity aganist Rhizoctonia solani (Rs) in vitro and in vivo. The above researches provide a significant reference for the further structural optimization of 1,3,5-thiadiazine-2-thione derivatives bearing a hydrazide moiety as potential fungicides.  相似文献

The reaction between phosphoryl-containing reagents and hydrazides has been studied. The tetrahedral phosphoryl structure is transformed into a spiro-bicyclophosphorane system with trigonal bipyramidal geometry by the elimination of a β-amidic proton in the reaction between a hydrazide and phosphoryl reagents with at least two leaving groups (Cl) bound to the phosphorus atom, such as POCl3 or PhPOCl2. In the spiro-bicyclophosphorane structure, the CN imine bond is formed upon β-amidic proton elimination, leading to the conversion of the CO into a C-O bond and the formation of a P-O bond. All of these structural rearrangements are supported by X-ray crystallography data, and NMR and IR experiments.  相似文献

This paper describes an investigation of the structural and side-chain factors for the formation of vesicles and gels by hydrogen bonding-mediated aromatic hydrazide foldamers. Six foldamers and one straight analog that bear discrete side chains have been synthesized. SEM and AFM studies reveal that the molecules with the appended 2-(2-(dialkyl-amino)-2-oxoethylamino)-2-oxoethoxyl chains form vesicles, hydrogels or organogels, depending on the solvents. Both the inner amide units and the terminal N,N-dialkylamide units in the chains are revealed to play essential roles in controlling the self-assembly. The former facilitates it by forming the intermolecular hydrogen bonding, while the latter modulates it by providing solubility and balancing the hydrophobicity of the whole molecules in solvents of varying polarity.  相似文献
