An industrial and economic carbonylation of amines with carbon monoxide and sulfur has been developed for the synthesis of S-alkyl thiocarbamate herbicides. In the presence of potassium carbonate and solvent DMSO, S-alkyl thiocarbamates, such as thiobencarb and orbencarb (herbicides) are synthesized in excellent yields from amines, carbon monoxide, sulfur, and alkyl halides under mild conditions (1 atm, 20 °C).  相似文献

采用长光程气体池结合傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测得了除草剂2-甲基|4|氯苯氧乙酸(MCPA)与·OH自由基在23 ℃时的反应速率常数为2.67×10-11  cm3/(s*mol), 以此估算了在大气中·OH自由基浓度为 7×105  mol/cm3时, MCPA与·OH自由基反应导致的大气寿命为14.9 h. 结果表明, 在大气环境中MCPA较容易降解, 不会通过大气输送对环境造成广泛和持久性污染.   相似文献

Herbicidal ionic liquid with dual functions has been synthesized and characterized (properties, chemical stability and biological activity). 2-Chloroethyltrimethylammonium (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)acetate prepared in an alkaline environment undergoes the reaction of dehydrochlorination by the E2 mechanism. This may be described as a specific instance of providing third generation ILs with high potential of application, which preserve both pesticidal properties: the herbicidal activity due to their anions and plant growth inhibition effect due to their cations.  相似文献

Trietazine was selectively separated from aqueous solution containing the competitor molecule cyanazine, which is similar in size and shape to the template molecule. Structural features of the molecularly imprinted column were figured out by SEM. The influence of the mobile‐phase composition, applied electrical field, and pH of the mobile phase on the recognition of trietazine by the imprinted monolithic polymer has been evaluated, and the imprint effect in the trietazine‐imprinted monolithic polymer was demonstrated by an imprinting factor. The optimized monolithic column resulted in separation of trietazine from a structurally related competitor molecule, cyanazine. In addition, fast separation was obtained within 6 min by applying higher electrical field, with the electrophoretic mobility of 2.97 × 10?8 m2V?1s?1 at pH 11.0.  相似文献

Summary A combinatorial library containing mixtures of amides and esters was prepared through solid-phase chemistry. The advantages of using solid-phase chemistry over solution-phase chemistry to prepare this library are discussed. The library was screened through a high-throughput whole organism herbicidal assay upon which a mixture containing amides was found to have herbicidal activity. Deconvolution of the mixture providedN-(3-benzoylphenyl)-3-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-1-methyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide as a herbicidal lead with broadleaf and narrowleaf pre-emergence herbicidal activity as low as 100 g/ha on some weed species. This study represents the first report of an agrochemical discovered using a combinatorial approach. Supplementary Material, comprising experimental procedures for the preparation of resin II and the reaction of II with nucleophiles, GC/MS and LC/MS data for the reaction ofII with morpholine, and a detailed experimental for the preparation of 2 with characterization data, is available upon request.  相似文献

A method based on solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with GC and ion trap tandem mass spectrometry has been developed for the analysis of nine herbicides and degradation products, among the most frequently found in natural water. A polydimethylsiloxane–divinylbenzene (PDMS–DVB)-coated fiber was selected to extract the analytes directly from the samples over the 0.01–1 μg L−1 concentration range. Optimization of manual and automated SPME was performed on the basis of desorbed amounts, via various factorial experiment designs. Of the two modes, the automated one was found to be the most efficient. Memory effect was avoided owing to the 10-min fiber desorption time. Limits of detection reached down to below 0.01 μg L−1 and repeatability ranged from 3 to 15% in natural water. A validation study was conducted involving the quantitation of the target compounds in Seine water with SPME/GC–MS-MS external calibration.  相似文献

Abstract

We have been interested in the synthesis of branched peptides, by grafting an amine, eg histamine, to the carboxylic group of aspartic acid side chain of Boc-β Ala-Trp-Met-Asp-Phe-NH2 also called Pentagastrin (or α-PG). Depending on the coupling conditions used, the main product obtained might be either the wanted derivative or a side-product identified a6 amino-succinyl-pentagastrin (or ASC-PG). Acid or base treatment of this product cleaved the amino-succinyl ring and yielded either α-PG or/and (β-Aspartyl)4-PC or β-PG. Amino-succinylation being a general problem in peptide synthesis of aspartyl residue containing peptides, synthesis of α-PG, β-PG, Asc-PG and their corresponding C-terminal dipeptide amides were performed to be analyzed by mass spectroscopy.

FAB mass spectra (PI in glycerol) of the free peptides, as well as of their N-Boc derivatives have been recorded and compared to the mono, di, tri and tetra peptide derivatives. The pseudo-molecular ions of Boc-peptides are usually not observed. However, the intense M+1-Boc (? 100 u) ions are present.

Several sequence ions have been identified and compared to the simulation of their spectra according to six fragmentation routes.

The identification of α, β or succinimide structures from FAB spectra has been proposed.  相似文献

A series of novel N-dichloroacetyl oxazolidine herbicide safeners was synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. The preliminary biological test shows that the compounds could protect maize against injury caused by chlorsulfuron to a certain extent.  相似文献

研究了扑草净-溴甲酚绿-Triton X-100体系的共振光散射光谱。加入经HCl酸化的扑草净后溴甲酚绿的共振光散射光谱有明显增强,表面活性剂TritonX-100的加入使光谱强度显著增加,产生最大散射波长为562 nm的共振散射光信号,且散射光强度与扑草净的质量浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为0.01~0.35μg/mL,检出限为7.8 ng/mL。该方法已用于实际样品中扑草净的测定。  相似文献
