甲基锍盐的合成

在四氟硼酸银存在下，分别以硫醚、硫醇、硫酚或过硫醚为原料与碘甲烷反应制备了相应的甲基锍盐。用１ＨＮＭＲ和１３ＣＮＭＲ表征产物的结构并提出了反应的机理。     

Poly(N‐Bromobenzene‐1,3‐Disulfonylamide), N,N,N′,N′‐Tetrabromobenzene‐1,3‐Disulfonylamide and DABCO‐Bromine Complex: As Novel Reagents for the Oxidative Coupling of Thiols to Disulfides

An efficient method for the oxidative coupling of thiols to their corresponding disulfides by new reagents poly(N‐bromobenzene‐1,3‐disulfonylamide) PBBS , N,N,N′,N′‐tetrabromobenzene‐1,3‐disulfonylamide TBBDA and DABCO‐bromine complex is described. The reaction was applicable to a variety of thiols with high chemoselectivity.     

Tribromoisocyanuric Acid (TBCA) and Oxone®‐MX Systems as Oxidizing Agents: Oxidative Coupling of Thiols to Their Corresponding Disulfides under Mild and Heterogeneous Conditions

Tribromoisocyanuric acid (TBCA) and Oxone^®‐MX systems were used as effective oxidizing agents for the oxidation of thiols to their corresponding disulfides under mild conditions at room temperature with good to excellent yields.     

Catalytic oxidation of thiols to disulfides using iodine and CeCl3·7H2O in graphite

A very simple procedure for the efficient oxidation of thiols to disulfides catalyzed by I₂/CeCl₃·7H₂O in graphite and ethyl acetate as the solvent, in an open system at room temperature is described. The reaction proceeds cleanly under mild conditions and was performed with aromatic, aliphatic, and heterocyclic thiols.

Silica Sulfuric Acid Catalysis the Oxidation of Organic Compounds with Sodium Bromate

Abstract

The oxidation of organic compounds by sodium bromate/silica sulfuric acid under solvent‐free conditions and in CH₂Cl₂ have been studied at room temperature.     

Oxidation of Thiols to the Corresponding Symmetric Disulfides with Benzyltriphenylphosphonium Peroxodisulfate (BTPPD) Under Nonaqueous Conditions

This article describes the preparation of benzyltriphenylphosphonium peroxodisulfate (BTPPD), an efficient and mild reagent for oxidation of a variety of aromatic and aliphatic thiols to the corresponding disulfides in refluxing acetonitrile. The experimental procedure is simple and the products are easily isolated in excellent yields.     

One-pot preparation of (RSe)2CF2 and (RS)2CF2 compounds via insertion of TMSCF3-derived difluorocarbene into diselenides and disulfides

A method for the first direct insertion of difluorcarbene, generated from TMSCF₃, into diselenides and disulfides is disclosed, producing novel difluoromethyl diselenoacetals and difluoromethyl dithioacetals. The reaction conditions tolerate a range of synthetically useful and biologically relevant functional groups. The process is scalable, with two representative compounds prepared at a gram-scale in good yields, and it utilizes cheap and available reagents.     

SILICA PHOSPHORIC ACID/NaNO2 AS A NOVEL HETEROGENEOUS SYSTEM FOR THE COUPLING OF THIOLS TO THEIR CORRESPONDING DISULFIDES

Silica phosphoric acid was prepared via reaction of silica chloride (I) and phosphoric acid. Thiols can be readily converted to their corresponding thionitrites with a combination of silica phosphoric acid (II), wet SiO ₂ , and sodium nitrite in dichloromethane at room temperature. Disulfides result from the homolytic cleavage of the sulfur–nitrogen bond of the unstable thionitrite and subsequent coupling of the resultant thiyl radicals.     

Trimethylphenylammonium Tribromide as a New and Efficient Oxidizing Agent for the Oxidative Coupling of Thiols into Disulfides and Chemoselective Oxidation of Sulfides into Sulfoxides

Abstract

Trimethylphenylammonium tribromide has been introduced as a versatile and new oxidizing agent for the preparation of disulfides and sulfoxides from thiols and sulfides, respectively. The reaction progress is simple, and proceeds under mild and homogenous conditions in ambient temperature.
