The host-guest interactions between cyclopentanocucurbit-[6]uril(CyP6Q[6]) as host and six alkyl imidazolium hydrochloride as guests(g1, g2, g3, g4, g5, and g6) have been studied by various techniques, such as 1H NMR spectroscopy, isothermal titration calorimetry, mass spectrometry, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The experimental results showed that CyP6Q[6] formed 1:1 inclusion complexes with each of guests g1-g6. The part of the guest entered the cavity of CyP6Q[6] changes as the alkyl chain increases in length. It can be seen that the length of the alkyl chain plays a key role in determining the mode of host-guest interactions.  相似文献

CB[n](n=6-8) is a family of synthetic macrocyclic host molecules composed of n glycoluril units, which can be employed as molecular reactor. N-phenyloxypropyl-N'-ethyl-4,4'-bipyridium (1) was designed to form a host-guest inclusion complex with CB[n](n=6-8), subsequently, the bromination reaction of 1 and its corresponding inclusion complexes was investigated in this work. In the case of 1/CB[8], the folded including mode is quite helpful to acquire 1-bormination product completely through intramolecular charge transfer (ICT), and CB[8] can provide a safe bromination environment for 1.  相似文献

葫芦脲(CB[n])的直接衍生化一直是一项难题。本文用臭氧氧化法将CB[6]衍生化,合成全羟基葫芦[6]脲((OH)12CB[6])。CB[6]与O3在20℃下反应 22h,生成(OH)12CB[6]的产率为44%,并探究了丙酮扩散法、柱层析法和DMSO提纯法三种去除无机盐的方法的可行性。臭氧由电解水制得,成本低,没有二次污染,且臭氧氧化能力强,在室温下即可氧化葫芦脲。本文为合成全羟基葫芦脲提供了新的方法。  相似文献

Abstract

[2]Rotaxanes with the macrocyclic ligand cucurbituril were prepared in yields between 10 and 90% from the reaction of the spermine complex with cucurbituril and different carboxylic acid chlorides in a two phase Schotten-Baumann reaction. This reaction type offers the possibility to synthesize a lot of different [2]rotaxanes. They are characterised by elemental analysis, 1H-NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.  相似文献

设计合成了2种不同碳链长度的客体分子1,1'-二甲基邻苯二甲酰亚胺基-4,4'-联吡啶溴化物 (G1)和1,1'-二丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺基-4,4'-联吡啶溴化物(G2). 利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、 核磁共振波谱和等温滴定量热等方法研究了客体分子G1和G2与六元(Q[6])和七元瓜环(Q[7])的超分子自组装方式. 结果表明, 在加热回流情况下G1与Q[6]利用滑移法能与紫精基团包结形成[2]轮烷结构, 而Q[7]在常温下就能滑过封端基团邻苯二甲酰亚胺与紫精基团包结形成[2]准轮烷结构.  相似文献

甘脲用作气相色谱固定相的色谱性能研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
甘脲具有双环双脲结构,既是质子给体,又是质子受体,能与溶质产生氢键作用等多种作用力。本文制备了以甘脲作为固定相的填充柱,并对它的色谱性能进行了研究。结果表明:甘脲固定相热稳定性高、柱性能稳定,是一种良好的气相色谱固定相。该固定相对烷烃、卤代烃、芳烃、醇、酯、酮、酸、胺等类物质具有良好的分离能力,尤其是对位置异构体(如二取代苯位置异构体)有较好的分离选择性。本文还初步探讨了甘脲固定相的分离机理。  相似文献

Supramolecular materials, in which small organic molecules are assembled into regular structures by non‐covalent interactions, attract tremendous interests because of their highly tunable functional groups and porous structure. Supramolecular adsorbents are expected to fully expose their abundant adsorptive sites in a dynamic framework. In this contribution, we introduced cucurbit[6]uril as a supramolecular capsule for reversible storage/delivery of mobile polysulfides in lithium‐sulfur (Li‐S) batteries to control undesirable polysulfide shuttle. The Li‐S battery equipped with the supramolecular capsules retains a high Coulombic efficiency and shows a large increase in capacity from 300 to 900 mAh g−1 at a sulfur loading of 4.2 mg cm−2. The implementation of supramolecular capsules offers insights into intricate multi‐electron‐conversion reactions and manifests as an effective and efficient strategy to enhance Li‐S batteries and analogous applications that involve complex transport phenomena and intermediate manipulation.  相似文献

Tunable protein assemblies not only hold a dominant position in vital biological events but are also a significant theme in supramolecular chemistry. Herein, we demonstrated that the intertubular aggregation of microtubules (MTs) could be efficiently regulated by a synergistic polypeptide–tubulin interaction and host–guest complexation. The benzylimidazolium‐modified antimitotic peptide (BP) could recognize the MTs and concurrently form stable inclusion complexes with avirulent cucurbit[7]uril (CB[7]) and cucurbit[8]uril (CB[8]) in different binding stoichiometries. The self‐assembling morphology of MTs was converted from fibrous to nanoparticulate aggregates via extensive BP?CB[8] cross‐linkage, leading to significant cell apoptosis and tumor ablation in vivo. The targeted (BP?CB[8])@MT ternary assembly provides a facile supramolecular method to enhance the protein–protein interactions, which may be developed as a therapy for degenerative diseases, such as cancer.  相似文献
