研究玉米淀粉接枝聚丙烯酸酯共聚物的各级结构,主要探讨去除均聚物和玉米淀粉侧链的方法。发现以环己烷为溶剂,用索氏萃取法除去均聚物比用苯萃取法时间短、效果好;用HCl酸解法除去淀粉侧链比用HClO4氧化法简单实用。用红外光谱进一步验证了各级结构的官能团,证实了所合成的共聚物是玉米淀粉接枝聚丙烯酸酯共聚物。  相似文献

用ESR方法研究了红薯淀粉在γ射线预辐照下,产生的淀粉自由基特性及其室温下的自由基衰减动力学反应。结果表明在室温条件下,淀粉自由基的相对浓度随辐射剂量的增大而增加。自由基相对浓度的室温衰减用二级反应动力学处理,求得了衰减速率常数和淀粉自由基反应的半衰期。  相似文献

Summary Samples of native barley starch and six starch derivatives were suspended (0.1% sample concentration) in four different solvents: the eluent (pH 11 buffer), dimethylsulfoxide, 0.1 M NaOH or 0.5 M NaOH and kept in a boilling water bath for 5 to 60 minutes or shaken for 60 minutes. The average molecular weight values , and the polydispersity value were determined with a TSK PW-type column using narrow standard calibration. Only a small part of the samples dissolved in the eluent. The dissolution of sample in dimethylsulfoxide was dependent on sample type. Of the NaOH solutions, 0.5 M NaOH was the only one that dissolved all the samples. Therefore, 0.5 M NaOH appears to be the solvent of choice for starch molecules.  相似文献

A rapid and nondestructive near infrared (NIR) method using soft independent modeling of class analogy (SIMCA) for the classification of cultivation area (Korea and China) was evaluated and confirmed. Raw, first, and second derivative NIR spectra were compared to develop a robust classification rule. The chemical properties of ginseng samples were also investigated to find out the differences between Korean samples and Chinese samples. These differences make NIR spectroscopic method viable. The average value of each Korean and Chinese ginseng sample for crude fiber, crude protein, starch, and 10 inorganic constituents were measured and compared with F-test and t-test. The inorganic constituents were also measured by induced coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES). It could be found that the amount of starch and ten inorganic elements for example Na, Mg, P, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu and Zn in ginseng samples are considerably different based on cultivation area. SIMCA has been applied to the inorganic data to investigate the possibility of ICP-AES as classification tool. However, it was observed that the result was not equal to than NIR spectra data. The overall results showed the availability of NIR method using SIMCA would be adequate for classification of cultivation of ginseng, since NIR spectra includes useful and various information on chemical properties in spite of broad and overlapped bands.  相似文献

In this paper, the capabilities of grafting acrylonitrile (AN) onto starch initiatedby Fe(III)-TU, V(V)-TU, Cr(VI)-TU, Mn(VII)-TU redox systems were compared in thepresence of sulfuric acid of different concentrations. It was shown that the grafting capabili-ty of Mn(VII)-TU is the highest in these initiating systems. Using Mn (VII-TU as initia-tor, the effects of various acids (HClO_4, H_2SO_4, HNO_3, HCl) on the graft copolymerizationof acrylonitrile onto starch were discussed, and the capabilities of graft copolymerizationof methyl methacrylate (MMA), acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA) onto starch wereinvestigated. The experimental results show that the order of the influences of differentacids is HClO_4>H_2SO_4>HNO_3>HCl, and the order of grafting capabilities of differentmonomers grafted onto starch is MMA>AN>AM>AA. The structure and morphology ofgraft copolymers were studied with infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The size, shape and roughness of surface of the grafted starch granules are changed aftergrafting.  相似文献

双波长分光光度法同时测定浆料中的聚乙烯醇和淀粉   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文报道了用双波长分光光度法同时测定变性聚乙烯醇和淀粉醋酸酯的一种新方法。分别选择670.0~540.0nm以及590.0~730.0nm波长对测定变性聚乙烯醇和淀粉醋酸酯。变性聚乙烯醇)~32μg/ml,淀粉醋酸酯0~130μg/ml浓度范围内,吸光度差值△A遵循比耳定律。当淀粉醋酸酯与变性聚乙烯醇的浓度比在1.3~16范围内,变性聚乙烯醇和淀粉醋酸酯的样品回收率分别为99.5~105%和97~108%。所拟定的方法可测定浆料中变性聚乙烯醇和淀粉醋酸酯。本法与盐酸水解淀粉法测定的聚乙烯醇含量相吻合。本法简便快速。  相似文献

Silicone-coated starch/protein (human serum albumin, HSA) microparticles were prepared by precipitation of a starch/HSA/DMSO/water (water-in-oil) emulsion into acetone containing a silicone: the silicone polymer was either unfunctionalized (SiMe3 terminated, PDMS) or functionalized at its termini with Si(OEt)3 groups (TES-PDMS). The microparticles of approximate diameter 2–7 μm were highly hydrophobic with advancing contact angles 115°. Over several minutes, however, the contact angle decreased to ca. 40–70°. Soxhlet extraction with water led to degradation of the microparticles, irrespective of the nature of their silicone coating, as evidenced by release of the protein from them. Intraperitoneal (IP) or gastric administration of the two different particles to mice, however, showed a clear difference between the two silicones. The microparticles coated with either PDMS or TES-PDMS led to very different immune responses. Oral administration of the microparticles prepared with functionalized silicone elicited a significant production of antibodies, whereas the particles prepared with the unfunctionalized silicone (PDMS) were only weakly active. By contrast, the IP results demonstrated that particles coated with PDMS elicited an immune response that was established much more rapidly than with the particles modified with TES-PDMS. It is proposed that the TES-PDMS forms a physically adhering film or covalent bond to the protein molecules, which serves to protect the microparticle from biological degradation in the gut and/or facilitates the microparticle/protein interaction with the immune system.  相似文献
