We research an efficient BER estimation method for 112-Gb/s polarization division multiplexing coherent optical OFDM (PDM CO-OFDM) with QPSK mapping over 800 km SSMF based on Eb/No algorithm in this paper. We first lay out the related formulas’ derivation to set up the theoretical basis for the feasibility of Eb/No algorithm and then we implement a series of simulations to illustrate the relationship of BER (and Q factor) versus OSNR, launch power of transmitter, chromatic dispersion and nonlinearity in optical fiber link via both Eb/No algorithm and Monte Carlo algorithm. The simulations demonstrate that BER estimated by Eb/No algorithm can achieve a precision up to 10−16 just with 105 bits while Monte Carlo algorithm needs at least 1018 bits to get the same level. Therefore, Eb/No allows a quick and reliable method for BER estimation instead of the time consuming Monte Carlo method, which can be used to support simulations with various conditions. 相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of 304-stainless steel in solutions with different pH values and chloride concentrations was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and a nonlinear Mott-Schottky analysis method. The results showed that the corrosion behavior of 304-stainless steel was affected by various factors, such as pH, chloride ion concentration, and dissolved oxygen. The pit initiation and propagation stage were observed in EIS plots through the addition of sodium chloride. In addition, the effect of pH on the passive film dominated one of the film growth kinetic reactions. The effect of chloride ion concentration was caused by the generation of more cation vacancies, leading the passive film more susceptible to pitting, which was also demonstrated by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy. Within the quantum topological energy partitioning method called Interacting Quantum Atoms (IQA) we transition from Møller-Plesset (MP4SDQ) to CCSD in calculating intra- and interatomic electron correlation energies for a set of hydrides, diatomics, a few simple molecules and non-covalently bonded complexes, using the uncontracted basis set 6-31++G(2d,2p). CCSD-IQA allows a more rigorous analysis of atomic electron correlation than that offered by Møller-Plesset, which returns IQA contributions that are identical to Hartree–Fock counterparts except for two-electron terms. The CCSD-IQA analysis returns bond and other interatomic correlation energies that are typically much larger in magnitude than the MP4SDQ values. Crisp patterns of energy transferability are detected in water clusters, both for intra-atomic and interatomic correlation energies. CCSD determines that the intra-atomic correlation energy of an oxygen drops by 15 kJ · mol–1 for donating a hydrogen and by 25 kJ · mol–1 for accepting a hydrogen. 相似文献

We provide a theoretical technique to study the occurrence of multistability and normal mode splitting in an optomechanical system driven by a single mode cavity field. For this purpose, we consider the position-dependent mass mechanical resonator (PDMR) which produces the nonlinearity in the system. This shifts the system from monostable to bistable regime and bistable to a multistable regime at different conditions of the nonlinearity. Further, we use the Fourier transform technique to find out the fluctuation in the position of the nano-mechanical resonator and their energy spectrum as well. Moreover, we used the input-output theory to analyze the transmitted field spectrum as well as x and y quadratures spectra of the output field. We explain the effect of the non-linearity on the normal mode splitting of the former and later spectra. In addition, we also explain the normal mode splitting as a function of cavity decay rate and laser power, respectively. 相似文献

建立了偏分复用(PDM)系统中信道串扰的数学模型,并提出了消除该串扰的方案,即用解复用端一路光信号的射频(RF)功率作为反馈信号以监测光信号在链路中偏振态的变化和在接收端的串扰情况,用粒子群优化(PSO)算法作为逻辑控制单元的算法,控制偏振控制器以消除信道间的串扰。数值仿真了RF功率与信道串扰大小之间的关系,并在2×50Gb/s偏分复用-差分正交移相键控(PDM-DQPSK)传输系统平台上仿真验证了消除串扰方案的效果。结果表明该方案能够大幅降低系统误码率,改善系统性能。 相似文献

The exact solvability and impressive pedagogical implementation of the harmonic oscillator's creation and annihilation operators make it a problem of great physical relevance and the most fundamental one in quantum mechanics. So would be the position-dependent mass (PDM) oscillator for the PDM quantum mechanics. We, hereby, construct the PDM creation and annihilation operators for the PDM oscillator via two different approaches. First, via von Roos PDM Hamiltonian and show that the commutation relation between the PDM creation and annihilation operators, , not only offers a unique PDM-Hamiltonian but also suggests a PDM-deformation in the coordinate system. Next, we use a PDM point canonical transformation of the textbook constant mass harmonic oscillator analog and obtain yet another set of PDM creation and annihilation operators, hence an “apparently new” PDM-Hamiltonian is obtained. The “new” PDM-Hamiltonian turned out to be not only correlated with but also represents an alternative and most simplistic user-friendly PDM-Hamiltonian, ; , that has never been reported before. 相似文献

The modern digital speckle pattern interferometry (DSPI) technique is applied for the accurate measurement of the full-field deflection distribution of a bent composite laminates. Two kinds of powerful phase-shifting methods, phase of differences method (PDM) and difference of phases method (DPM), are described briefly and employed in DSPI to quantitatively extract the phase information, respectively. A comparison of the deflection distributions measured by DPM and PDM indicates that the former has a better measurement accuracy than the latter in laminate's static test experiment. 相似文献

以螺杆钻具的作业载荷为依据,对传动轴上端接头螺纹进行断裂性能研究。首先,通过强度分析,确定接头螺纹易发生断裂的危险位置;然后,考虑材料的弹塑性以及螺纹升角,建立螺纹根部含横向半椭圆表面裂纹的外螺纹接头和相啮合水帽的有限元模型,定量评价弹塑性和螺纹升角对接头断裂性能的影响。结果表明,材料塑性变形和螺纹升角对裂纹前缘J积分的影响较大,忽略这两个因素得到的结果偏于不安全。最后,利用所建立的弹塑性有限元模型,对于上扣预紧力单独作用以及上扣预紧力和工作扭矩共同作用的两种载荷条件,得到螺纹根部裂纹前缘的临界形状比及其对应的量纲为一的J积分随裂纹扩展的变化,为进一步研究螺杆钻具传动轴接头螺纹的疲劳寿命提供依据。 相似文献
