In this work the results of the statistical topometric analysis of fracture surfaces of soda-lime-silica glass with and without ionic exchange treatment are reported. In this case, the mechanism of substitution is K+-Na+. atomic force microscopy (AFM) was employed to record the topometric data from the fracture surface. The roughness exponent (ζ) and the correlation length (ξ) were calculated by the variable bandwidth method. The analysis for both glasses (subjected and non-subjected to ionic exchange) for ζ shows a value ∼0.8, this value agrees well with that reported in the literature for rapid crack propagation in a variety of materials. The correlation length shows different values for each condition. These results, along with those of microhardness indentations suggest that the self-affine correlation length is influenced by the complex interactions of the stress field of microcracks with that resulting from the collective behavior of the point defects introduced by the strengthening mechanism of ionic exchange.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to a detailed theoretical study of an ion pair SN2 reaction LiNCO+CH3F in the gas phase and in solution at the level of MP2(full)/6-31+G**//HF/6-31+G**. Two possible reaction mechanisms, inversion and retention, are discussed. There are eight possible reaction pathways. The inversion mechanism is more favorable no matter in the gas phase or in solution based on analyses of the transition structures. Methyl isocyanate should form preferentially in the gas phase and more stable methyl cyanate is the main product in solution. The retardation of the reaction in solvents was attributed to the difference in solvation in the separated reactants and in the transition state.  相似文献

针对等离子体浸没离子注入技术在绝缘体表面制备硅薄膜工艺,采用一维脉冲鞘层模型描述介质靶表面的充电效应对鞘层厚度、注入剂量及靶表面电位等物理量的影响.数值模拟结果表明:随着等离子体密度的增高,表面的充电效应将导致鞘层厚度变薄、表面电位下降以及注入剂量增加,而介质的厚度对鞘层特性的影响则相对较小. 关键词: 等离子体浸没离子注入 脉冲鞘层 绝缘介质 充电效应  相似文献

 用射频等离子体方法在玻璃基底上制备的类金刚石(DLC)薄膜,采用离子注入法掺氮,并对掺氮DLC薄膜紫外(UV)辐照前后的性能变化进行了研究。研究结果表明:随氮离子注入剂量及UV辐照时间的增加,位于2 930cm-1附近的SP 3C-H吸收峰明显变小,而位于1 580cm-1附近的SP2C-H吸收峰则明显增强,薄膜的电阻率明显呈下降趋势;随UV辐照时间的增加,位于1 078cm-1附近的Si-O-Si键数量及位于786cm-1附近的Si-C键数量明显增加。即氮离子注入和UV辐照明显改变了DLC薄膜的结构与特性。  相似文献

In the present study, proteins and glycoproteins of mouse embryos at 2-cell,morula and blastocyst stages were analyzed.The techniques of ~(35)S-Met incorporation,ConA antiserum-precipitating ConA-binding proteins, mini-2D-electrophoresis, fluorography,video densitometer scanning and the computer-lmage system were used for analyses.Results of the investigations indicated that proteins and glycoproteins were synthesized by the embryos in a gradual increase manner from 2-cell to blastocyst. A relatively large amount of glycoproteins was synthesized during the morula and blastocyst stages.Two specific small glycoproteins respectively with molecular weights about 6500 and 9000 and PIs at 5.0 and 6.5 were apparently synthesized in the blastocyst but not in the 2-cell or the morula.  相似文献

We have examined experimentally the motional spectrum of an electron cloud confined in a Penning trap. When the axial oscillation is excited by a radio frequency field the resonance exhibits a double structure. Both components depend differently on the number of trapped electrons and have different shape and width. We conclude that one of them corresponds to the excitation of the individual electrons while the other is the center-of-mass mode of the cloud. The threshold behaviour of the center-of-mass resonance suggests that it is a parametric instability of a Mathieu type equation of motion. High energy laser plasma-produced Cu ions have been implanted in silicon substrates placed at different distances and angles with respect to the normal to the surface of the ablated target. The implanted samples have been produced using the iodine high power Prague Asterix Laser System (PALS) using 438 nm wavelength irradiating in vacuum a Cu target. The high laser pulse energy (up to 230 J) and the short pulse duration (400 ps) produced a non-equilibrium plasma expanding mainly along the normal to the Cu target surface. Time-of-flight (TOF) technique was employed, through an electrostatic ion energy analyzer (IEA) placed along the target normal, in order to measure the ion energy, the ion charge state, the energy distribution and the charge state distribution. Ions had a Boltzmann energy distributions with an energy increasing with the charge state. At a laser fluence of the order of 6 × 106 J/cm2, the maximum ion energy was about 600 keV and the maximum charge state was about 27+.In order to investigate the implantation processes, Cu depth profiles have been performed with Rutherford backscattering spectrometry (RBS) of 1.5 MeV helium ions, Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) with 3 keV electron beam and 1 keV Ar sputtering ions in combination with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Surface analysis results indicate that Cu ions are implanted within the first surface layers and that the ion penetration ranges are in agreement with the ion energy measured with IEA analysis.  相似文献

Experiments in ion traps on the g factors for the free and the bound electron in low-Z, hydrogen-like ions have provided the most accurate tests of quantum-electrodynamics calculations. Moreover they have been used to determine new and precise values for fundamental constants. Extensions to more stringent tests using ions of higher values of the nuclear charge Z are on the way. Also other QED tests such as Lamb shifts or hyperfine structures in H-like ions using traps will be feasible in the near future. The tests in bound systems, however, will be limited by nuclear structure effects which are difficult to calculate. Assuming the QED calculations as correct, the experimental results may be used to determine nuclear contributions and thus support nuclear models. We report on the status of the LPCTrap experiment, devoted to measure the β–ν angular correlation in the pure Gamow–Teller decay of 6He. This measurement is motivated by the search for the presence of tensor type contributions to the weak interaction. The 6He ions are confined in a novel transparent Paul trap. The β particles and the recoil ions are detected in coincidence to deduce the angular correlation parameter. The commissioning run performed in 2005 has given the proof of principle of this experiment. Up to 105 coincidences were recorded during a second run in 2006.  相似文献
