A total of seven pesticides and eight alkylphenols were monitored using this method for the determination of their trace levels in human cord blood. The pesticides are lindane, diazinon, α-endosulfan, β-endosulfan, endosulfan sulfate, chlorpyrifos and endrin; while the alkylphenols are 4-n-butylphenol, 4-n-pentylphenol, 4-n-hexylphenol, 4-t-octylphenol, 4-n-heptylphenol, nonylphenol, 4-n-octylphenol and bisphenol A. The pesticides and alkylphenols in the cord blood samples were extracted with solid phase extraction IST C18 cartridges and analyzed by selected ion monitoring mode using quadrapole detector in Shimadzu QP-5000 gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. Trace levels of pesticide and alkylphenols in the range of non-detectable to 15.17 ng ml−1, were detected in the human cord blood samples. This technique of monitoring the levels of endocrine-disruptors in blood samples is consistent, reliable and cost effective while reducing wastage of time and solvents.  相似文献

Many nitrated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPAH) that are present in low concentrations in the environment and in emission sources have been shown to be mutagenic and/or carcinogenic. The essential oil from Filifolium sibiricum (L.) Kitam were extracted using hydrodistillation and GC-MS was used to analyse the essential oil. The main components were espatulenol (8.55%), geranyl acetate (8.03%), caryophyllene oxide (5.47%), calamenene (4.79%), geraniol (4.28%), calamenene (4.53%), geraniol (4.06%), cedrene epoxide (3.23%), myrtenol (3.18%), transgeranylgeranio (3.13%), etc. The essential oil showed intensive inhibitory effects against MCF-7 with IC50 level of 0.78 mg/mL, HepG-2 with IC50 level of 0.44 mg/mL, SKOV-3 with IC50 level of 0.27 mg/mL, BGC-823 with IC50 level of 0.34 mg/mL. In the antibacterial test, the essential oil showed the significant antibacterial activities. The MIC and MBC values were 5.20 and 5.20 mg/mL against Staphylococcus aureus.  相似文献

建立了固相微萃取(SPME)-气相色谱质谱法(GC-MS)测定土壤中13种挥发性芳香烃的方法.用SPME萃取土壤中的挥发性芳香烃,利用安捷伦5977A气相色谱-质谱进行分离检测,选用土壤基质修改液提高了目标化合物的回收率.13种芳香烃组分在5.0、10、20、40、50μg/kg土壤中质量浓度范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r2大于0.995,方法检测限小于1.0μg/kg,完全满足检测要求.  相似文献

The gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GCMS) with combination of Solid Phase Micro-extraction (SPME) was used to study the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) which emitted by the in-vitro cultured human cells and compared with documented volatile biomarker of lung cancer. For this purpose, the lung cancer cell (A549) and non-cancerous lung cell (WI38VA13) were cultured in identical growth medium, concurrently. The VOCs in the headspace of the cell cultures and the blank growth media (reference sample) were collected directly from the culture flask using SPME for 15minutes. The results show that two different volatile metabolites were screened out between A549 cells and Wi38VA13 cells. A549 cell found to emit 2 noticeable VOC which are decane and heneicosane. While for WI38VA13, the VOCs released were 1-Heptanol and heptadecane. The acquired VOCs were compared with the previous studies. The findings in this work conclude that the specific VOC of cells can be act as their odour signature and can be used to provide non-invasively screening of lung cancer using gas array sensor devices.  相似文献

A GC-MS method was developed for the determination of free fatty acids (FFAs) in the alcohol extract of Tie Bang Chui. Six major types of FFAs were identified. All the six FFAs identified in alcohol extract were quantified with nonadecanoic acid as an internal standard. The results showed that the alcohol extract was abundant in three types of FFAs, linoleic acid (38.14%, 8.49 ± 0.22 mg/g) was the predominant fatty acid, followed by palmitic acid and oleic acid, unsaturated FFAs amounted to 71.35% of the total FFA content, and there was no trans FFA present.  相似文献

本文对中国三种蒙旦树脂烃潦浒树脂烃(LHT),寻甸树脂烃(XDT),舒兰树脂烃(SLT)进行了GCMS分析,获取了树脂烃中单元化合物的组成和结构。结果表明,在这三种树脂烃中,主要是五环三萜烃类五环三萜烷,五环三萜烯,单环、二环、三环、四环芳构化五环三萜烷以及三环二萜烃类降松脂烷,降松香烷,降海松烷,松香烷,山达松脂烷,单环、二环芳构化三环萜烷。比较三种树脂的总离子色谱图,发现在寻甸蒙旦树脂烃和舒兰树脂烃中,五环二萜的各种化合物是该组分主要化学组成,尤其在舒兰蒙旦树脂烃中,具有四环芳构化的萜烷其含量占绝对优势。潦浒蒙旦树脂烃中,三环二萜的各种物质是其重要的化学组成。与此同时,阐述了中国蒙旦蜡精制漂白脱色不完全的原因。  相似文献

In order to evaluate vloatile compounds, especiallly sesquiter-penoids, in environmental and geological samples a method was penoids, in environmental and geological samples a method was required to characterize these components when they occur at low concentrations. After fractionation of the total sample extracts by TLC the aliphatic fractions were analyzed by HRGC AND THE kovats indices of all resolved peaks were calculated and comkpared with indices of all resolved peaks were calculated and compared with those obtained for commercial standards. As final step, the fractions were analyzed by HRGC-MS and structures confirmed by comparison of their mass spectra with those of certified sesuiterpene standards. Additionally sesquiterpenoids present in the dissolved phase in water samples were concentrated by solid phase extraction using XAD-2 resin. In this initial study, recovery tests with the resin were carried out in order to evaluate its performance rather than validating the methodology.  相似文献
