The incorporation of single‐wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) in cadmium arachidate film by means of the Langmuir‐Blodgett (LB) technique was investigated as a function of arachidic acid/SWCNT mass ratio at the air/water interface and in Langmuir‐Blodgett films. The behaviour at the air/water interface shows that SWCNTs act as an independent phase with respect to the cadmium arachidate. Deposition conditions are optimized when the weight ratio between the arachidic acid (AA) and SWCNTs is in the range 0.018:1 to 1:1. The general order of the LB multilayered structure was destroyed by the progressive density increase in SWCNT quantity as evidenced by X‐ray reflectivity (XRR) analysis. Scanning electron microscopy images indicated that when a multilayered structure was formed its layers consisted of SWCNT bundles stacked one over the other. A new type of voltammetric sensor, Langmuir–Blodgett film of p‐tert‐butylthiacalix[4]arene modified glassy carbon electrode, was advanced and used for determining copper at trace levels by differential pulse stripping voltammetry. Calibration plot was found to be linear in the range of 2×10?8 M to 5×10?6 M; the detection limit was 2×10?9 M. Possible recognition mechanism was also discussed. From determination of Copper in real samples (river, lake and tap water) it can be concluded that the method is rapid, sensitive in determining of copper and can be used in the analysis of natural water samples.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法研究了血红素与脑磷脂混合Y型LB(Langmuir-Blodgett)膜在玻碳电极上的电化学行为,结果表明血红素LB膜有良好的电化学活性,在0.1mol/L KCl溶液中有一对氧化还原峰(-0.42V/-0.30V);将血红素LB膜转移到玻碳电极表面得到的血红素LB膜修饰电极(heme LB-GC)对溶液中溶解氧的电化学还原有良好的催化作用,其催化还原过程具有不可逆电荷传递特性。  相似文献

The effect is studied of the layer formation conditions on the molecular arrangement of copper tetra- tert-butyl phthalocyanine (CuPctBu4) and copper tetra- tert-butyl tetrabenzotriazaporphin (CuThptBu4) at the air–water interface. The decrease in initial surface concentration of these compounds is shown to affect the molecular orientation, as indicated by the increase in the area per molecule. The data are interpreted in terms of formation of CuPctBu4 and CuThptBu4 monolayers with a face-on molecular arrangement when the initial surface concentration is sufficiently small (N less than 1.6 × 10–7 mole/m2 for CuPctBu4 and N less than 4 × 10–7 mole/m2 for CuThptBu4) and changes in the molecular orientation to edge-on when the N values are higher. It is emphasized that the edge-on orientation on the water surface is not only a molecular but a collective property of the azaporphyrine supramolecular assembly.  相似文献

A new series of copolymer poly(N‐hexadecylmeth acrylamide‐co‐bis(anthracen‐9‐ylmethyl) 2‐allylmalonate) [poly(HDMA‐co‐DAnMAMA)]s containing swallow‐tailed double anthracenyl groups and long alkyl group are designed and synthesized. The main route of the photochemical reaction of the p(HDMA‐DAnMAMA)copolymer Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) films is dimerization reaction between the anthracenyl groups under the irradiation of both 365 and 248 nm for limiting irradiation time, resulting to a fine negative‐tone pattern. On the other hand, the anthracenyl groups act just as photodecomposition group under 248 nm for longer irradiation time, resulting to a fine positive‐tone pattern. Consequently, positive‐tone and negative‐tone pattern are obtained by choosing not only a suitable irradiation light wavelength, but the irradiation time at 248 nm. Moreover, it is found that the exposed and unexposed regions of copolymer LB films irradiated at 248 nm have solubility differentiation in gold etchant (I2/NH4I/C2H5OH/H2O), that is to say, the gold photopatterns with the maximal resolution of the used mask can be obtained easily without any development process. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Here we have investigated the influence of the antenna group position on both the formation of chiral amphiphilic EuIII‐based self‐assemblies in CH3CN solution and, on the ability to form monolayers on the surface of quartz substrates using the Langmuir–Blodgett technique, by changing from the 1‐naphthyl ( 2(R) , 2(S) ) to the 2‐naphthyl ( 1(R) , 1(S) ) position. The evaluation of binding constants of the self‐ assemblies in CH3CN solution was achieved using conventional techniques such as UV/Visible and luminescence spectroscopies along with more specific circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy. The binding constants obtained for EuL , EuL2 and EuL3 species in the case of 2‐naphthyl derivatives were comparable to those obtained for 1‐naphthyl derivatives. The analysis of the changes in the CD spectra of 1(R) and 1(S) upon addition of EuIII not only allowed us to evaluate the values of the binding constants but the resulting recalculated spectra may also be used as fingerprints for assignment of the chiral self‐assembly species formed in solution. The obtained monolayers were predominantly formed from EuL3 (≈85 %) with the minor species present in ≈15 % EuL2 .  相似文献

This communication reports the successful adsorption of a water-soluble cationic fluorescent dye Acridine Orange (AO) onto Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) films of a cationic amphiphile octadecylamine (ODA) in the presence of nano-clay platelets hectorite. Acridine orange (AO) has been widely used as a stainer for the characterization of biopolymers. But AO has a tendency to form non-florescent H-dimer even in the aqueous solution. Anionic nano-clay platelets hectorite played an important role in controlling the H-dimer formation of AO in the hybrid film. Effects of various parameters in the adsorption process were investigated in detail.  相似文献

Amphiphilic calix[4]arene derivatives with a nucleobase on the lower rim have been synthesized in good yields by the condensation of calix[4]arenediamine {5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,27-bis(2-aminoethoxy)-26,28-dihydroxycalix[4]arene} with uracilo-N-acetic acid, thymino-N-acetic acid and adenino-N-propionic acid in the presence of CDI in DMF. Monolayers of the amphiphilic calix[4]arene-nucleobase derivatives on the surface of pure water, the aqueous subphases containing complementary nucleosides, were studied by film balance measurement and relaxation experiments. LB films deposited from all subphases were investigated by UV spectra and FT-IR spectroscopy. All the results indicate that the interaction between the nucleobases in the headgroup of amphiphilic p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene derivatives and the complementary nucleosides in the subphase takes place through multiple hydrogen bonding and the nucleosides can be transferred to solid substrates along with their monolayers.  相似文献
