Regularity of minima: An invitation to the dark side of the calculus of variations

I am presenting a survey of regularity results for both minima of variational integrals, and solutions to non-linear elliptic, and sometimes parabolic, systems of partial differential equations. I will try to take the reader to the Dark Side... Rational Functions with Prescribed Global and Local Minimizers

A family of multivariate rational functions is constructed. It has strong local minimizers with prescribed function values at prescribed positions. While there might be additional local minima, such minima cannot be global. A second family of multivariate rational functions is given, having prescribed global minimizers and prescribed interpolating data.     

On the absolute matrix summability of Fourier series and some associated series

The object of the paper is to study the absolute matrix summability problem of Fourier series, conjugate series and some associated series under a new set of conditions on matrix methods, generalising many known results in the literature.     

On inclusion theorems for absolute matrix summability methods, corrections: [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 238 (1999) 82-90]

We modify some of the conditions of the theorem to make it more applicable.     

Multiple nontrivial solutions for nonlinear periodic problems with the p-Laplacian

We consider a nonlinear periodic problem driven by the scalar p-Laplacian with a nonsmooth potential (hemivariational inequality). Using the degree theory for multivalued perturbations of (S)₊-operators and the spectrum of a class of weighted eigenvalue problems for the scalar p-Laplacian, we prove the existence of at least three distinct nontrivial solutions, two of which have constant sign.     

蛋白质水解液中氨基酸组成的定量分析

以氯甲酸－9－芴基甲酯（FMOC－Cl）为柱前衍生化试剂在液相色谱上分离17种常见氨基酸的衍生物并测定其摩尔吸光系数。用绝对分析法和标准曲线法对标准氨基酸溶液进行了定量分析，除组氨酸外两种方法测定结果的相对偏差为5．00％以内。对氨基酸的稳定性进行了模拟水解实验，发现在110℃/24h的水解条件下，丝氨酸等不稳定氨基酸的降解较在150℃/1.5h条件下小。用绝对分析法测定测定了牛胰岛素不同水解条件下水解液中氨基酸的含量，大部分氨基酸的相对收率都接近100％。     

Total synthesis and absolute stereochemistry of (9R,10S)-epoxyheptadecan-4,6-diyn-3-one, a diacylglycerol acyltransferase inhibitor from Panax ginseng

Asymmetric synthesis of four possible stereoisomers of (9,10)-epoxyheptadecan-4,6-diyn-3-one was accomplished, and the absolute configuration of the naturally occurring (9R,10S)-epoxyheptadecan-4,6-diyn-3-one (1) was elucidated.     

石墨炉原子吸收光谱法绝对分析

石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)绝对分析近年来得到了较显著的发展,其主要原因是由于GFAAS中基体干扰问题获得了解决;用以描述GFAAS性能的特征质量MOE值相对稳定;以及用L’vov提出的计算MOT值的式子算出的32个元素的MOT值已比较接近其实验MOE值。大量数据表明完全有可能实现GFAAS绝对分析。
