在对大量的套管全尺寸挤毁试验结果分析的基础上,提出套管外压失稳机理:实际工程中的套管截面不是理想圆,在外压作用下的非圆套管圆周方向上环向应力分布不均匀,有附加弯矩效应;随外压增加,在最大压缩环向应力处达到屈服;当屈服逸到一定程度时,材料由于强度承载力不足而失效,导致套管发生失稳挤毁。基于上述套管强度挤毁准则,分析了理想弹塑性套管在轴向载荷作用下的抗挤强度计算方法,得到较保守的套管挤毁压力计算公式。与试验结果对比表明:导出的计算公式偏差较小,计算精度满足工程要求,失稳强度准则是适用的。 相似文献

本文选择RANS方程和RNG k-ε湍流模型,采用有限体积法,在假定流动定常的前提下对离心泵中叶片与蜗舌不同相对位置时的流场进行数值模拟,总结分析了各性能参数的计算误差在不同的相对位置时的变化规律.通过叶片与蜗舌不同相对位置时对各性能参数计算误差的均方差进行比较,认为存在一个合适的相对位置使得对各性能参数的总体预测精度保持最高,为数值方法分析离心泵的性能提供了指导. 相似文献

利用模拟装置实现了卡瓦与套管在地面上的实验,使用电测的方法测量胀卡时套管外表面的应变.由实验数据获得计算网格节点处的应变,同时利用单位咬合力作用套管的有限元结果进行数值法计算,获得卡瓦各咬合齿对套管咬合力的分布,为卡瓦的优化设计提供了可靠数据. 相似文献

A single stage model turbine has been provided with a set of three special inlet sections which include backward facing steps to produce casing separations of varying size upstream of the stator blades. In addition each inlet section is equipped so as tc be able to emit a swirling jet which simulates the tip leakage jet from a preceeding stage. It is demonstrated that there is a substantial efficiency penalty associated with the stepped casing and its attendant separation and that a small mitigation is brought about by the tip leakage jet, by re-energising the fluid in the separation zone 相似文献

The prediction of the flow field in a novel spiral casing has been accomplished. Hydraulic turbine manufacturers are considering the potential of using a special type of spiral casing because of the easier manufacturing process involved in its fabrication. These special spiral casings are known as plate‐spirals. Numerical simulation of complex three‐dimensional flow through such spiral casings has been accomplished using a finite element method (FEM). An explicit Eulerian velocity correction scheme has been deployed to solve the Reynolds‐average Navier–Stokes equations. The simulation has been performed to describe the flow in high Reynolds number (106) regimes. For spatial discretization, a streamline upwind Petrov–Galerkin (SUPG) technique has been used. 海洋结构物主要包括海上钻井平台、油气开采平台、FPSO、海底输油管线及海上大型储油罐等大型海上结构物.海洋结构物总是处于波浪、海流、风暴、海冰等严峻海洋环境中,并受到海生物污损、海洋腐蚀、磨损等多方面因素相互作用的影响,摩擦学问题无处不在.论文针对海洋平台结构、流体处理及运输设备、定位设备及作业设备四方面的摩擦学问题进行论述,主要介绍了海洋平台结构、管道系统及海水泵、锚链及螺旋桨、钻井套管及电潜泵等海工设备的工作特点,概述了国内外关于这类海工设备的摩擦学问题的研究现状,并对海洋结构物的摩擦学研究重点进行了展望. 相似文献
