A general and practical chemical route to the synthesis of Nsulfonylimines using montmorillonite K‐10 as the catalyst is described. This method provides several advantages such as operational simplicity, short reaction time, using of inexpensive materials, noncorrosivity, lack of pollution, and high yields.  相似文献

Amino acid‐derived chiral imidazolium salts, each bearing a pyridine ring, were developed as N‐heterocyclic carbene ligands. The copper‐catalyzed asymmetric alkylation of various Nsulfonylimines with dialkylzinc reagents in the presence of these chiral imidazolium salts afforded the corresponding alkylated products with high enantioselectivity (up to 99 % ee). The addition of HMPA to the reaction mixture as a co‐solvent is critical in terms of chemical yield and enantioselectivity. A wide range of Nsulfonylimines and dialkylzinc reagents were found to be applicable to this reaction.  相似文献

Methyl trifluoropyruvate benzene- and methanesulfonylimines react with hex-1-yne and phenylacetylene to give methyl N-sulfonyl-4-oxo-2-trifluoromethyl-4-R-but-2E-enimidates. The reaction mechanism includes the formation of a six-centered bipolar ion followed by its cascade rearrangement.  相似文献
