Phytochemical investigations on Hypericum oblongifolium led to the isolation of a flavone named folicitin (1) and a bicyclic conjugated lactone, folenolide (2) from the ethyl acetate fraction of methanolic extract. Both metabolites were characterised as new compounds based on detailed spectroscopic analyses. In vitro anti-oxidant potential of both the compounds was evaluated by the DPPH radical scavenging assay. Compound 1 exhibited significant antioxidant activity while compound 2 was found inactive.  相似文献

Hyperinoids A (1) and B (2), two prenylated acylphloroglucinol related meroterpenoids, were isolated from Hypericum patulum. Compound 1 incorporates an unprecedented 11,12-dioxatetracyclo[5.4.3.01,7.04,14]tetradecane system, while 2 possesses a unique 10,11-dioxatetracyclo[5.3.3.01,7.04,13]tridecane system. Their structures were established by spectroscopic analysis and X-ray crystallographic data. Compounds 1 and 2 were identified as potent NF-κB inhibitors and suppressed the LPS-induced inflammatory responses in RAW 246.7 macrophages and primary mouse BMDM cells  相似文献

The whole herb of Hypericum subalatum Hayata contains three flavonoids, caffeic acid esters, a pyranoxanthone, and three xanthines, in addition to the previously reported xanthonolignoids. Among these compounds, 2,7-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethoxyxanthone has not been described in the literature before. The co-occurrence of xanthone derivatives and flavonoids in this plant is of chemotaxonomic significance.  相似文献

呫酮类化合物存在于很多藤黄科植物中,并具有多样的生物活性.为了进一步发现其活性成分,本文对藤黄科植物红厚壳根的化学成分进行了研究,从中分离得到11个呫酮类化合物,其中两个为新化合物.经多种光谱方法确定了各化合物的结构,两个新化合物分别命名为红厚壳呫酮C(Calophyllumin C)(1)和红厚壳呫酮M(Caloxanthone)(2).  相似文献

Summary Eight xanthones and a biphenyl have been isolated from the dichloromethane extract ofKielmeyera coriacea (Guttiferae) stem bark by a combination of centrifugal partition chromatography and gel filtration on Sephadex LH-20, with HPLC-UV monitoring of fractions.
