Summary The application of capillary SFC for SIMDIST investigations of paraffins and waxes is reported. Pressure, density and temperature of the mobile phase are optimized to obtain high chromatographic resolution of complex mixtures of industrial products. Isothermal linear pressure programming and asymptotic pressure and density programming are used in the range from 15 to 35 MPa in the isothermic mode above 100°C. SFC chromatograms of natural and synthetic paraffins, microcrystalline wax and candle wax are compared. The retention behaviour of paraffin mixtures and waxes has been investigated on methyl/phenyl and biphenyl capillary columns. The polarity of the stationary phases influences the absolute retention time more than it influences the chromatographic resolution.  相似文献

运用化学计量学方法探索姜科植物温郁金不同药材的挥发油色谱指纹图谱中化学成分的异同.指纹图谱数据由高效液相色谱法获得,流动相为乙腈-0.20%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温20 ℃,光谱记录范围为200~340 nm.应用渐进子窗口比较法对中药温郁金、温莪术及片姜黄挥发油指纹图谱-光谱数据进行比较分析.经比较,温郁金和温莪术的色谱指纹图谱中,至少分别有15和6种单独的化学成分存在,两者的共有的化学成分有18种;温莪术与片姜黄的共有化学成分13种,而单独存在的化学成分至少分别有4和7种.  相似文献

Selective and efficient analytical methods for authentication and quality evaluation of herbal medicines are significant and necessary. An expeditious method combining multi-components determination and fingerprinting based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography-photo diode array-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-PDA -MS/MS) and chemometrics for authentication and quality evaluation of Cornus Officinalis Sieb. et Zucc was developed. Tandem mass spectrometer operating in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) was used for determination of three characteristic constituents (morroniside, sweroside, and loganin) in C. Officinalis. Meanwhile, UPLC fingerprint of C. Officinalis was established and the data set was submitted for classification to a suite of chemometrics method. Combing main biologically active components content level and chemometrics analysis, the effects of cultivation area, harvesting, and storage time on the quality of C. Officinalis were investigated. The study reveals that multi-components determination coupled with fingerprinting could be applied for authentication and quality evaluation of C. Officinalis which is accurate, efficient, and reliable.  相似文献

采用溶剂热法在水和乙二醇的混合溶剂中合成出了高质量的LaPO_4∶Ce,Tb纳米荧光粉末。然后通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱(FS)等表征手段分别对稀土纳米荧光粉末的微观形貌、晶体类型、荧光性能进行了表征,合成纳米荧光粉末的形貌为单分散的纳米棒,平均长度为700nm、平均直径为20nm,其晶体结构为单斜LaPO_4晶型,并且在254nm紫外光照射下能够产生较强的绿色荧光。最后将合成的纳米荧光粉末应用于光滑客体表面汗潜指纹的无损显现中,并详细考察了指纹显现的对比度、灵敏度、选择性、背景干扰等指标。实验结果表明,使用LaPO_4∶Ce,Tb纳米荧光粉末显现的指纹在254nm紫外光的激发下能够产生明亮的绿色荧光,指纹乳突纹线部位连贯清晰、细微特征反映明显,指纹与客体之间的对比反差强烈、客体产生的背景干扰较小,因此该显现方法具有较高的对比度、灵敏度和选择性。本显现方法具有操作方法简单、显现效果优良、适用范围广泛等优点。本研究的重要创新之处在于,经LaPO_4∶Ce,Tb纳米荧光粉末显现后的指纹还可以进行后续的DNA提取及检测,这是传统的指纹显现粉末所不能及的。本研究为指纹物证和生物物证这两大物证的同时利用提供了有益参考。  相似文献

A new method based upon data driven tool, principal component analysis (PCA), for fingerprint enhancement is proposed in this paper. PCA is a very useful statistical technique that has found application in many different fields like image compression, face recognition and is commonly used for finding patterns in data of high dimension. In the proposed method, the input image is first decomposed into directional images using decimation free Directional Filter Bank (DDFB). Then these directional images are normalized. A data driven technique PCA is applied to these normalized directional fingerprint images, which gives the PCA filtered images. These are basically directional images. Then these directional images are reconstructed into one image which is the enhanced one. Simulation results are included illustrating the capability of the proposed method.  相似文献

Red emissive carbon dots(CDs) powder was synthesized on a large scale from phloroglucinol and boric acid by a novel solid state reaction with yield up to 75%. This method is safe and convenient, for it needs neither high pressure reactors nor complicated post-treatment procedures. The as-prepared carbon dots powder exhibited strong red fluorescence with excitation-independent behavior. XPS measurement and PL spectra suggest that such red fluorescence arise from boron-doped structures in CDs, which increases along with the boron concentration on CDs surface but decreases when the concentration quenching effect takes place. To overcome the aggregation induced fluorescence quenching of the solid CDs powder,the conventional methods are dispersing CDs into a large amount of inert substrates. But our present work provides a new strategy to realize strong red fluorescence of CDs in solid state. As a result, such carbon dots powder works well for latent fingerprint identification on various material surfaces.  相似文献

Silica is one of the most functional metalloid oxides with a widespread application as semiconductor, fillers, silicone and ceramic primarily due to its structural versatility. In this work, a robust step-wise thermochemical treatment was successfully formulated for the controlled fabrication of high-purity mono-dispersed spherical silica nanoparticle from rice husk. The silica nanoparticle with the desired morphology was formed in two stages; thermal-assisted seed particle formation followed by particle growth through acidification of the solvent modified sodium silicate solution. The obtained powder was characterised, and the effectiveness of the powder for latent fingermark development across varied donors and surfaces was tested at the introductory level. The formed spherical particles were in the range of 200 to 400 nm, as confirmed by FESEM and HRTEM analysis. Minimising the degree of silica nanoparticle agglomeration notably affected their selectivity to fingermark residue. There was a striking improvement in the selectivity of the silica nanoparticle to fingermark residue. The improvement was attributed to the strong interaction between the silica nanoparticle and the lipid components in the fingermark residue, as compared to the commercial white powder that works solely based on mechanical adherence. Additionally, the size and morphology of the fabricated silica nanoparticle were optimised to enhance the clarity of the developed fingermark. Findings of this study could improve quality of fingermarks obtained in a crime scene due to considerably lower background interference without compromising the effectiveness of fingermark development.  相似文献

Dinuclear tin(IV) dicarboxylate complexes of the types [(n-Bu)2Sn(oda)(4-pic)]2·2H2O (1) and [(n-Bu)2Sn(pda)(H2O)]2 (2) [H2oda = oxydiacetic acid; H2pda = pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized via physicochemical and spectroscopic studies. The spectroscopic results indicated that Sn is seven-coordinate having pentagonal bipyramidal (pbp) geometry in both complexes. The X-ray study of complex 2 further specified pentagonal bipyramidal geometry with dinuclear structural arrangement due to the involvement of carboxylate bridges formed by pda2? moiety. The crystal structure is further stabilized by different weak interactions viz., C–C?H, C–C?O, C–H?O, C–C?O, and C–H?H. These interactions are further supported by Hirshfeld surface analysis along with 2-D fingerprint plots of complex 2. In vitro DNA-binding studies of both complexes were evaluated using spectroscopic techniques (absorbance and fluorescence) which ascertained optimum binding affinity of both complexes. However, cleavage activity of the complexes was assessed using supercoiled DNA (pBR322) via gel electrophoresis technique which demonstrated significant cleavage pattern of both complexes at different concentrations. Furthermore, chemotherapeutic potential of complexes 1 and 2 against MCF-7 and Hep carcinoma cell lines also suggested significant antiproliferative effect of complexes. These results revealed momentous exploration of drug–DNA interactions which may engender new insinuation for the advancement of metallo-pharmaceuticals.  相似文献

This study investigated the organic and inorganic constituents of healthy leaves and Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (CLas)-inoculated leaves of citrus plants. The bacteria CLas are one of the causal agents of citrus greening (or Huanglongbing) and its effect on citrus leaves was investigated using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) combined with chemometrics. The information obtained from the LIBS spectra profiles with chemometrics analysis was promising for the construction of predictive models to identify healthy and infected plants. The major, macro- and microconstituents were relevant for differentiation of the sample conditions. The models were then applied to different inoculation times (from 1 to 8 months). The models were effective in the classification of 82-97% of the diseased samples with a 95% significance level. The novelty of this method was in the fingerprinting of healthy and diseased plants based on their organic and inorganic contents.  相似文献
