Seven new highly oxygenated nortriterpenoids, rubriflorins D–J ( 1 – 7 ), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Schisandra rubriflora, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive analysis of spectroscopic data. These new compounds feature the opening of ring A compared with related known nortriterpenoids isolated from the genus Schisandra and showed weak activity against HIV‐1. 相似文献

A reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC) method coupled with an ultraviolet detector was developed to determine triclosan which had migrated into foodstuffs from packaging materials. The method includes extraction with hexane, followed by evaporation to dryness and residue re-dissolution in ACN 90%. Chromatographic separation was performed with a Kromasil 100 C18 column (15 cm x 0.4 cm ID, 5 microm particle size) at 30 degrees C and using ACN and water as mobile phases. Regarding recoveries, good results (higher than 83% and lower than 112%) were obtained for the three representative food matrixes selected (orange juice, chicken breast meat, and Gouda cheese). 相似文献

An application of a partial least squares calibration method for the simultaneous voltammetric determination of indomethacin, acemethacin, piroxicam and tenoxicam is suggested. It was shown that it is possible to resolve complex mixtures of analytes even when they have strongly overlapped signals. In order to check the proposed method, statistical analysis of the results was performed by mean of hypothesis tests. The method developed was applied to the electrochemical reduction region of four anti‐inflammatory drugs and allowed the drugs to be quantified at concentrations between 0.52 and 4.09 μg mL?1 for acemethacin, 0.44 and 3.50 μg mL?1 for indomethacin, 0.43 and 3.40 μg mL?1 for piroxicam, and 0.42 and 3.30 μg mL?1 for tenoxicam with good results. The average absolute value of relative errors was 2.25%, 4.31%, 1.68% and 2.49%, respectively. 相似文献

Two new 4‐hydroxyisoflavanes, cordifoliflavanes A and B (1 and 2), were isolated from the roots of Codonopsis cordifolioidea. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR techniques. Compounds 1 and 2 were tested for their anti‐HIV‐1 activities and anti‐tobacco mosaic virus activities. The results showed that compounds 1 and 2 have modest anti‐HIV‐1 activities and anti‐tobacco mosaic virus activities, respectively. 相似文献

A simple, rapid, and highly sensitive method for simultaneous analysis of anti‐inflammatory drugs (naproxen, ibuprofen, and mefenamic acid) in diluted human serum was developed using the electrochemically controlled solid‐phase microextraction coupled to ion mobility spectrometry. A conducting molecularly imprinted polymer film based on polypyrrole was synthesized for the selective uptake and release of drugs. The film was prepared by incorporation of a template molecule (naproxen) during the electropolymerization of pyrrole onto a platinum electrode using cyclic voltammetry method. The measured ion mobility spectrometry intensity was related to the concentration of analytes taken up into the films. The calibration graphs (naproxen, ibuprofen, and mefenamic acid) were linear in the range of 0.1–30 ng/mL and detection limits were 0.07–0.37 ng/mL and relative standard deviation was lower than 6%. On the basis of the results obtained in this work, the conducting molecularly imprinted polymer films as absorbent have been applied in the electrochemically controlled solid‐phase microextraction and ion mobility spectrometry system for the selective clean‐up and quantification of trace amounts of anti‐inflammatory drugs in human serum samples. Triazolo‐fused 2′,3′‐cyclic nucleoside analogs were synthesized by an intramolecular 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of nucleoside‐derived azido alkynes in a regio‐ and stereospecific manner. The uracil base in these target compounds was successfully transformed to the corresponding cytosine. The synthesized compounds were examined in a MAGI assay for their anti‐HIV activities, and in a H9 T lymphocytes assay for their cell toxicities. 相似文献
