The H-point standard addition method (HPSAM), based on a spectrophotometric measurement for the simultaneous determination of hydrazine and acetylhydrazine, is described. This method is based on the difference between the rates of their reactions with N,N-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde (DAB) in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) in acidic media. The results showed that hydrazine and acetylhydrazine could be determined simultaneously in the range of 0.020 - 0.70 and 0.20 - 5.0 mg L(-1), respectively. Under the working conditions, the proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of hydrazine and acetylhydrazine in several synthetic mixtures and plasma and water samples.  相似文献

We report in this article the design and calculated molecular properties of 18 new mono-cyclic β-lactams 4–21, on the basis of one hypothetical antibacterial pharmacophore structure designed to interact with both of Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria. The in vitro biological evaluation of these compounds allowed us to point out new potential non-nucleoside hits, with MIC values in the range of 2–8 μg/mL active against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. A correlation structure/antibacterial activities relationship of these monocyclic β-lactams is described.

Abstract

Novel derivatives of diethyl (4-oxo-2-phenylchroman-3-yl) methyl phosphonate have been synthesized under optimal conditions using domino-Knoevenagel-phospha-Michael reaction catalyzed by nano-zinc oxide. The combination of recovery and reusability of catalyst, simple and applicable approach, good reaction time and good yields of products make this method as a suitable route for this purpose. The structures of the products were determined by FT-IR, 1H-, 13C- and 31P- Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopies, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

The widely utilization of phenol and its derivatives such as 3-nitrophenol (3-NP) has led to the worldwide pollution in the environment. In this study, Ti/TiO2 photoelectrode was prepared with anodic oxidation of Ti foil electrode and then the photoelectrocatalytic (PEC) degradation of 3-NP was performed via this electrode, comparing with photocatalytic (PC), electrooxidation and direct photolysis by ultraviolet light. A significant photoelectrochemical synergetic effect in 3-NP degradation was observed on the Ti/TiO2 electrode and rate constant for the PEC process of Ti/TiO2 electrode was about three times as high as its PC degradation process. 3-NP concentration monitoring was carried out with differential pulse voltammetry. Results showed that PEC degradation has highest effect on concentration decreasing of 3-NP at solution and degraded it about 38 %, while other processes degradation efficiencies were about 4, 7, and 12 % for electrooxidation, direct photolysis and photocatalytic degradation, respectively. Finally, effects of solution pH and applied potential on degradation efficiency were studied and results showed that optimum pH for degradation is equal 4.00 and optimum potential is 1.2 V vs. Ag|AgCl|KCl (3M) reference electrode.  相似文献

Thiocarbonyldiimidazole has been found to be an efficient acid activator for the synthesis of β-lactams by ketene-imine cycloaddition at room temperature. The experimental procedure is simple and results in excellent yields of the products. All products were characterized by spectral data and elemental analyses.  相似文献

An ionic liquid containing copper(I) is introduced as a new, green, homogeneous, and reusable catalyst for click synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted-1H-1,2,3-triazoles from α-azido ketones and terminal alkynes in various solvents, especially in [bmim]BF4. These cyclization reactions were efficiently performed in the presence of introduced ionic liquid catalyst with short reaction times and good yields. This catalytic ionic liquid exhibits excellent activity and can be simply recovered and reused for at least five runs without any loss in its activity.

In this work, a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with poly (diphenylamine)/multi-walled carbon nanotubes-β-cyclodextrin (PDPA/MWCNT-β-CD) film was constructed and used for the determination of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP). Diphenylamine was successfully electropolymerised onto MWCNT-β-CD-modified GCE by cyclic voltammetry in monomer solution and 5 mol L?1 H2SO4. The surface morphology of PDPA/MWCNT-β-CD film was characterised using scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. After adsorption of 4-NP on PDPA/MWCNT-β-CD at 0.2 V for 150 s, it showed a well-defined reduction peak in phosphate buffer solution at pH = 7. The PDPA/MWCNT-β-CD film enhanced the reduction peak current due to the complex formation between β-CD and 4-NP, presence of conductive polymer film as electron transfer mediator and also ability of MWCNTs for strong adsorptive and catalytic effect. Peak current increased linearly with 4-NP concentration in the range of 0.1 to 13.9 µg L?1. The detection limit was obtained as 0.02 µg L?1, which is better than other reported detection limits for the determination of 4-NP. The results showed that modified electrode has good sensitivity and selectivity. This sensor was used for the determination of 4-NP in water samples.  相似文献

A simple and highly sensitive method developed for preconcentration and spectrophotometric determination of ultra trace amounts of azide ion (N 3 ? ) in water and biological samples using dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) technique. The method is based on ion association formation of azide ion with malachite green and extraction of the ion pairing product using DLLME technique. Some important parameters, such as reaction conditions and the kind and volume of extraction solvent and disperser solvent were studied and optimized. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.5–50 μg/L of azide ion. Also, the enrichment factor and extraction recovery obtained were 24.7 and 98.7%, respectively. The method was applied to the determination of azide ion in water and biological samples.  相似文献
