精细化工行业蓄热式热氧化炉系统安全设计优化

基于当前精细化工行业蓄热式热氧化炉(Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer,RTO)运行过程中安全事故频发现状,从废气输送管道设计、RTO系统主体设计、RTO系统调试三个方面探讨了RTO系统的安全设计优化方法。结果表明,废气输送管道应设置压力监控、排凝、阻火、压力泄放、防静电等措施,并从材质选型、内部结构、LEL在线监控联锁系统、UPS备用电源等方面优化RTO系统主体设计,规范空载调试、进气调试和运行调试工作程序,进一步提高RTO系统的安全性和稳定性。     

Application of Connection in Molecular Dynamics

The evolution of electronic states in molecule has two origins: dynamical one produced by Schr¨odinger equation and kinematical one caused by base transformation due to nuclear motion.In current theories,the former gets analytic expression; the latter depends on heavy numerical calculation,which contains uncertainty.By using connection of fiber bundles,this paper establishes an analytic formula for the latter,and the numerical work is simplified.It shows the mathematical structure of molecule is fiber bundle.     

A general method for large-scale fabrication of Cu nanoislands/dragonfly wing SERS flexible substrates

Noble metal nanorough surfaces that support strong surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) is widely applied in the practical detection of organic molecules. A low-cost, large-area, and environment-friendly SERS-active substrate was acquired by sputtering inexpensive copper(Cu) on natural dragonfly wing(DW) with an easily controlled way of magnetron sputtering. By controlling the sputtering time of the fabrication of Cu on the DW, the performance of the SERS substrates was greatly improved. The SERS-active substrates, obtained at the optimal sputtering time(50 min),showed a low detection limit(10~(-6)M) to 4-aminothiophenol(4-ATP), a high average enhancement factor(EF, 1.98 × 10~4),excellent signal uniformity, and good reproducibility. In addition, the results of the 3D finite-difference time-domain(3 DFDTD) simulation illustrated that the SERS-active substrates provided high-density "hot spots", leading to a large SERS enhancement.

准一维体系的电子关联函数

本文求解了在相关基函数理论框架下得到的实空间关联函数的积分方程,得到了金属铝(r_s=2.07)和铯(r_s=5.65)的关联函数,关联能和多体波函数。改进了其它多体理论,本文得到的关联函数是恒正的,并且满足归一化条件。 关键词：

Photoinduced Transformation between Charge Carrier and Spin Carrier in Polymers

By dynamical simulations, we show a transforming process between neutral soliton （spin carrier） and charged soliton （charge carrier） in polymers via photo-excitation, taking a polaron as the transitional bridge. It is photoinduced transformation between spin carrier and charge carrier. In this way, we demonstrate an access for polymers to be applied to spintronics.     

太空诱变桔梗的X射线荧光光谱的测定分析

选用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF),对我国独创的第4代太空诱变育种桔梗、地面组桔梗和桔梗对照品的元素种类和含量进行测定与分析。结果表明,太空组桔梗中与桔梗理气、化痰功效相关的Zn,Mn,Fe等元素分别比地面组提高了1.9,2.4,0.6倍,其中Zn和Mn元素比对照品分别提高了0.6和1.9倍。即与地面组相比,太空组桔梗更趋近于或优于对照品桔梗。太空组桔梗中多种元素指标得到了大幅度的提升和优化。XRF方法具有方便快捷、灵敏度高、元素和含量范围广以及再现性好等特点,可用于一切能制成粉末样品的其他中药的测定分析。     

球幕投影光学系统的设计与研究

设计了一种飞行训练使用的球幕投影仪光学系统.系统焦距为5.5mm, 相对孔径为1/4,全视场角175°,光谱范围为可见光波段,采用了3组10片的反远距型结构.与普通投影系统不同之处在于,该系统在保证大视场的前提下有效地减小了场曲对像质的影响.给出了球幕结构对场曲影响的定量分析以及较为方便的屏幕半径选择方法.因全部采用国产玻璃而同时满足了国产化的要求.
