We consider systems of stochastic differential equations of the form d X t i = j = 1 d A i j ( X t ? ) d Z t j for i = 1 , ? , d with continuous, bounded and non‐degenerate coefficients. Here Z t 1 , ? , Z t d are independent one‐dimensional stable processes with α 1 , ? , α d ( 0 , 2 ) . In this article we research on uniqueness of weak solutions to such systems by studying the corresponding martingale problem. Infections associated with the emergence of multidrug resistance and mosquito-borne diseases have resulted in serious crises associated with high mortality and left behind a huge socioeconomic burden. The chemical investigation of Lavandula coronopifolia aerial parts extract using HPLC–MS/MS led to the tentative identification of 46 compounds belonging to phenolic acids, flavonoids and their glycosides, and biflavonoids. The extract displayed larvicidal activity against Culex pipiens larvae (LC50 = 29.08 µg/mL at 72 h). It significantly inhibited cytochrome P-450 monooxygenase (CYP450), acetylcholinesterase (AChE), and carboxylesterase (CarE) enzymes with the comparable pattern to the control group, which could explain the mode of larvae toxification. The extract also inhibited the biofilm formation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by 17–38% at different Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations (MICs) (0.5–0.125 mg/mL) while the activity was doubled when combined with ciprofloxacin (ratio = 1:1 v:v). In conclusion, the wild plant, L. coronopifolia, can be considered a promising natural source against resistant bacteria and infectious carriers.  相似文献

A mathematical formulation for the contact of rough surfaces is presented. The derivation of the contact model is facilitated through the definition of plastic asperities that are assumed to be embedded at a critical depth within the actual surface asperities. The surface asperities are assumed to deform elastically whereas the plastic asperities experience only plastic deformation. The deformation of plastic asperities is made to obey the law of conservation of volume. It is believed that the proposed model is advantageous since (a) it provides a more accurate account of elastic-plastic behavior of surfaces in contact and (b) it is applicable to model formulations that involve asperity shoulder-to-shoulder contact. Comparison of numerical results for estimating true contact area and contact force using the proposed model and the earlier methods suggest that the proposed approach provides a more realistic prediction of elastic-plastic contact behavior.  相似文献

In this paper we obtain a time-uniform propagation estimate for a system of interacting diffusion processes. Using a well defined metric function h , our result guarantees a time-uniform estimate for the convergence of a class of interacting stochastic differential equations towards their mean field limit, under conditions that ensure that the decay associated to the internal dynamics term dominates the interaction and noise terms. Our result should have diverse applications, particularly in neuroscience, and allows for models more elaborate than the one of Wilson and Cowan. In particular, the internal dynamics need not be that of linear decay.  相似文献

We present the results of three-dimensional simulations of quasar polarizations in the presence of pseudoscalar?Cphoton mixing in the intergalactic medium. The intergalactic magnetic field is assumed to be uncorrelated in wave vector space but correlated in real space. Such a field may be obtained if its origin is primordial. Furthermore we assume that the quasars, located at cosmological distances, have negligible initial polarization. In the presence of pseudoscalar?Cphoton mixing we show, through a direct comparison with observations, that this may explain the observed large scale alignments in quasar polarizations within the framework of big bang cosmology. We find that the simulation results give a reasonably good fit to the observed data.  相似文献

Trace rare gas optical emission spectroscopy (TRG-OES) is carried out to determine the excitation temperature, vibrational temperature, dissociation fraction and nitrogen (N) atom density in 50?Hz active screen cage nitrogen plasma, as a function of discharge parameters (current density and fill pressure) and hydrogen concentrations. The excitation temperature is determined from Ar–I emission lines and is found to increase with hydrogen mixing. In a similar fashion, the vibrational temperature of second positive system is determined and found to have increasing trend with hydrogen addition. The dissociation fraction increases with hydrogen concentration up to 40% H2 in the nitrogen plasma, so as the nitrogen atom density.  相似文献
