大一学生实验室安全教育实效研究*

为考查线上线下混合安全教育模式实施后的实际效果,对天津理工大学化工、环安、机械、材料学院2020级大一学生进行实验室安全知识测试。结果表明:接受线上线下混合安全教育的大一学生安全知识的掌握情况较好;不足之处在于学生普遍对应急处置知识掌握较差。因此,在后续安全教育过程中,仍需进一步优化安全教育内容与模式,全面推进全员、全程安全教育。     

Artematrovirenolides A—D and Artematrolides S—Z,Sesquiterpenoid Dimers with Cytotoxicity against Three Hepatoma Cell Lines from Artemisia atrovirens

Inspired by the intriguing structures and remarkable activities of sesquiterpenoid dimers,12 new sesquiterpenoid dimers,artematrovirenolides A—D(1—4)and artematrolides S—Z(8—12),were isolated from the EtOAc fraction of Artemisia atrovirens through a bioactivity-guided approach.Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic data and absolute configuration was assigned based on single crystal X-ray diffraction data and ECD calculations.Structurally,all compounds are presumably formed via[4+2]cycloaddition involving three connecting model.Compounds 1—4 are four novel hetero-dimeric[4+2]Diels-Alder adducts dimerized from a rotundane-type unit and a guaiane-type monomer,and compounds 5—12 are eight new homo-dimeric[4+2]adducts derived from two guaianolide moieties.A putative biosynthetic pathway for compounds 1—4 was also proposed.Compounds 4,6,7,and 10 demonstrated moderate cytotoxicity against HepG2,SMMC-7721,and Huh7 cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 9.3 to 62.3μmol/L.Interestingly,compounds 5 and 11 manifested cytotoxicity with IC50 values of 13.6 and 12.8(HepG2),18.5 and 13.1(SMMC-7721),and 16.5 and 19.4μmol/L(Huh7),respectively,which were equivalent to the positive control,sorafenib.This investigation suggests that compounds 5 and 11 might be considered as potent antihepatoma candidates and deserve further structural modification and mechanism study.     

Multi-variable special polynomials using an operator ordering method

Using an operator ordering method for some commutative superposition operators, we introduce two new multi-variable special polynomials and their generating functions, and present some new operator identities and integral formulas involving the two special polynomials. Instead of calculating complicated partial differential, we use the special polynomials and their generating functions to concisely address the normalization, photocount distributions and Wigner distributions of several quantum states that can be realized physically, the results of which provide real convenience for further investigating the properties and applications of these states.     

Heterobimetallic Cluster-Based Coordination Polymers: Assembly,Structures and Third-Order Nonlinear Optical Properties

Reactions of (NH₄)₂WS₄ with CuCN, CuCN/1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (bppa) or [Cu(MeCN)₄]PF₆/bppa under different reaction conditions afforded a set of two- or three-dimensional W/Cu/S cluster-based coordination polymers including {[Et₄N]₂[WS₄Cu₄(μ-CN)₂(μ-I)₂]}_n ( 1 ), [WS₄Cu₄(μ-CN)₂(bppa)₂]_n ( 2 ) and {[WS₄Cu₄(bppa)₄](PF₆)₂}_n ( 3 ), respectively. Compound 2 can be readily formed from reaction of 1 with bppa under solvothermal conditions. Compounds 1 and 2 feature two-dimensional networks with a “sql” topology, while 3 possesses a two-fold interpenetrated three-dimensional net with a rare “reo” topology. Compounds 1 – 3 in DMF exhibited different third-order nonlinear optical responses, and they all showed a reverse saturable absorption while 2 held a strong self-focusing effect.

基于宏微辨析核心素养分析高中《化学1(必修)》教材*

教材分析是连接教材和课程的桥梁,基于宏观辨识和微观探析核心素养,比较分析了2004年版和2019年版高中《化学1(必修)》教材的特点。通过运用“三序结合”原则,从静态视角对比教材栏目设置、内容组织形式、核心素养呈现方式、学生认知水平以及作业布置形式等5个维度要素在宏微辨析核心素养领域的建构。分析结果显示,2019年版《化学1(必修)》教材在以上要素方面均围绕宏微辨析核心素养,呈现不同水平阶梯型设置。建议在“宏微符”概念形成的过程中增设更为细致的过渡内容,以及更为详尽的与教材配套的辅助内容,便于教材的二次开发。     

高校实验室安全教育在线资源调查研究*

对国内高校实验室安全教育在线资源现状进行调研。调查结果表明:在线资源主要有慕课、虚拟仿真实验及安全教育考试系统。因此,在安全教育过程中,可充分利用现有线上资源,弥补线下教学因时间有限、容量有限导致的不足,从而提高安全教育实效。线上、线下安全教育如何有机结合从而最大限度地发挥其在高校安全教育中的作用,仍需不断探索。     

以四乙基氢氧化铵为模板并通过转晶法合成高硅铝比的SSZ⁃13沸石分子筛

使用四乙基氢氧化铵为有机模板剂,以低硅铝比(nSiO2/nAl2O3)的Y分子筛为铝源,通过转晶法制备结晶度良好的SSZ?13沸石分子筛。从凝胶配比方面考察了不同原料组成对分子筛合成的影响,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及电感耦合等离子体(ICP)表征水热反应过程中的物相、形貌、硅铝比等变化,揭示分子筛合成过程。氨选择性催化还原(NH3?SCR)反应显示该分子筛具有优异的催化活性,为其工业上的广泛应用提供了可能性。     

苯并䓛盘状液晶: 合成、柱状相和光物理性质

盘状液晶分子由稠环芳核和围绕的多条柔性链构成, 具有独特的自组装有序超分子结构、半导体性质和光学性质. 其可通过溶液或喷墨打印技术加工成为光电子薄膜器件, 具有低成本优势. 通过Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联和Scholl氧化环化策略, 合成了一系列新的具有苯并䓛结构的非对称酸酐、羧酸酯、酰亚胺和苯并咪唑稠环衍生物, 并对其液晶性和光物理性质进行了详细研究. 通过偏振光学显微镜(POM), 差示扫描量热法(DSC)和小角度X射线散射(SAXS)测试表明, 这些极性盘状化合物自组装堆积呈六方柱状(Col_hex)液晶相, 其中, 最宽的液晶温度范围达206 ℃. 官能团和共轭体系大小决定了相变温度和液晶范围. 荧光测试结果表明, 化合物溶液中绝对量子产率高达34%, 根据官能团不同, 这些化合物发蓝、绿和红光. 借助密度泛函理论(DFT)计算, 解释了该系列极性盘状液晶分子发光性质的差异. 基于本工作的合成方法, 从萘酸酐原料出发为构建结构多变、性质丰富的π-共轭(杂环)芳烃盘状液晶化合物提供了新途径.
