The thermoelastoplastic fracture mechanics problem of a thick-walled cylinder subjected to internal pressure and a nonuniform temperature field is solved by the method of elastic solutions combined with the finite-element method. The correctness of the solution is provided by using the Barenblatt crack model, in which the stress and strain fields are regular. The elastoplastic problem of a cracked cylinder subjected to internal pressure and a nonuniform temperature field are solved. The availability of both a tandem deuteron beam and a linac electron beam, the latter converted into Bremsstrahlung, at the new ALTO facility at IPN-Orsay offers a unique opportunity to compare the performance of a laser ion guide under different regimes. The ALTO accelerator has delivered its first electron beam at the end of 2005 and a design for a gas-cell prototype is being studied.  相似文献

A wide range of kraft pulps from radiata pine produced by low-temperature kraft pulping in flow-through reactors was assessed for carboxyl and hexenuronic acid (HexA) contents using the conductometric titrations and UV spectrophotometer, respectively. The Kappa number of pulps varied from 20.8 to 84.7 when using a cooking liquor of 1 M effective alkali as Na2O, 25% sulfidity, and cooking time of 100–250 min. The experimental results showed that the carboxyl groups (including HexA) and HexA groups dissolved and their residual values in the pulp samples correlate linearly with Kappa number and pulp yield. The dissolving rate of all carboxyl groups is much faster than the loss of HexA. The HexA/lignin ratio decreased non-linearly with Kappa number.  相似文献

Construction of C–C bonds at the α-carbon is a challenging but synthetically indispensable approach to α-branched carbonyl motifs that are widely represented among drugs, natural products, and synthetic intermediates. Here, we describe a simple approach to generation of boron enolates in the absence of strong bases that allows for introduction of both α-alkyl and α-aryl groups in a reaction of readily accessible 1,2-dicarbonyls and organoboranes. Obviation of unselective, strongly basic and nucleophilic reagents permits carrying out the reaction in the presence of electrophiles that intercept the intermediate boron enolates, resulting in two new α-C–C bonds in a tricomponent process.

α-Branched carboxylic acids and other carbonyls are readily accessed by a metal- and base-free deoxygenative α-alkylation and α-arylation of 1,2-dicarbonyls via boron enolates, resulting in a tricomponent coupling with unconventional electrophiles.  相似文献

Low molecular weight epoxidized natural rubber has been crosslinked within seconds by UV irradiation in the presence of a triarylsulfonium salt. The photoinitiated cationic ring-opening polymerization was studied quantitatively by infrared spectroscopy and shown to proceed with surprisingly long kinetic chains in such solid medium. The high conversion (60%) needed for complete insolubilization, together with the presence of tetrahydrofuran structures, argue in favor of an intramolecular polymerization process involving neighboring epoxy groups. The photoinitiator concentration has a strong influence on the rate and extent of the reaction, as well as on the depth of cure profile. Because of an efficient dark process, close to 100% conversion was reached upon storage of the irradiated elastomer at ambient, with a concomitant increase of the gel fraction and the polymer hardness. The grafting of pendent acrylate groups onto the polymer chain leads to a three-fold decrease of the initial rate of polymerization of the epoxide. The photocuring of natural rubber bearing both epoxy and acrylate groups generates a dual polymer network which combines the properties of the two moieties. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Abstract

North Vietnamese NR latexes were successfully epoxidized using peracetic acid at moderate temperature and pH range. The epoxide contents of pure epoxidized natural rubber (ENR) are from 5 to 70 mol%. The ENR products were characterized and determined by spectral and thermal analysis besides the chemical titration. Conditions of longlasting or excessive temperature, or high acidic pH led to side ring opened products, proved easily by IR, 1H-NMR, and DSC analysis. The ENR were vulcanized using a semiefficient system. The epoxidation increased the adhesion between rubber and tire cord and metal. This effect becomes stronger beyond 25 mol% and tends to be limited at over 60 mol%. The ENRs were used to formulate special-purpose adhesives. The shear strength of the adhesive ranges from 32 to 45 kg/cm2 for bonding rubber to nylon and rubber to metal, respectively.  相似文献

An extension of a capillary electrophoresis instrument coupled to a sequential injection analysis manifold was developed for automated measurements with on-line solid-phase extraction preconcentration. An in-house built capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detector was employed for sensitive detection with narrow capillaries of 25 μm internal diameter. The system was assembled into standardized 19 in. frames and racks for easy transport and mobile deployment. The system can be left running unattendedly without manual intervention with good operation stability. To demonstrate the application of the system, a method for the determination of four drugs, namely ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen and bezafibrate, was developed with enrichment factors of up to several hundreds. Detection of the drug residues down to the nM-scale was found possible and the method was found suitable for the detection of ibuprofen in the waste water of a hospital in Hanoi.  相似文献
