A route to the synthesis of novel 5,7-diazapentacenes and some preliminary studies on their properties is reported. A single crystal X-ray diffraction study of the dihexyl derivative showed it had formed a dimer during the analysis. The materials possess lower lying frontier orbitals than pentacene and may have potential applications in organic electronic devices. This synthetic method may be applicable to the synthesis of other azaacenes.  相似文献

We consider the random‐cluster model (RCM) on with parameters p∈(0,1) and q ≥ 1. This is a generalization of the standard bond percolation (with edges open independently with probability p) which is biased by a factor q raised to the number of connected components. We study the well‐known Fortuin‐Kasteleyn (FK)‐dynamics on this model where the update at an edge depends on the global geometry of the system unlike the Glauber heat‐bath dynamics for spin systems, and prove that for all small enough p (depending on the dimension) and any q>1, the FK‐dynamics exhibits the cutoff phenomenon at with a window size , where λ is the large n limit of the spectral gap of the process. Our proof extends the information percolation framework of Lubetzky and Sly to the RCM and also relies on the arguments of Blanca and Sinclair who proved a sharp mixing time bound for the planar version. A key aspect of our proof is the analysis of the effect of a sequence of dependent (across time) Bernoulli percolations extracted from the graphical construction of the dynamics, on how information propagates.  相似文献

The hydrodynamic control of buoyant nonpremixed flames is investigated by injecting high-momentum fluid through a central microjet. The resulting flame characteristics are mapped for jets of different strengths. The flame height decreases linearly with an increase in the microjet Froude number as the flow changes from a buoyancy-dominated to a momentum-controlled regime. The flame luminosity is reduced by injecting stronger microjets. The jets alter the flame structure by establishing strong entrainment of the ambient air from the quiescent surroundings. The introduction of an inert species as the microjet fluid has a similar qualitative effect as air. Microjet assistance is as effective as partial premixing for reducing the flame height and luminosity.  相似文献

Iodine is found to promote quantitative N-acylation of primary and secondary amines (aliphatic and aromatic) in a very short time with an equimolar amount of acetyl chloride and benzoyl chloride under solvent-free conditions at room temperature. This catalytic acylation of amines offers an additional useful method for the acetylation using acetyl chloride instead of acetic anhydride and other acetylating agents. This method is also useful in the N-acylation of heterocycles. Mild reaction condition, high selectivity, efficiency, and good yields are some of the major advantages of the procedure.  相似文献

A chiral oxazoline‐based organocatalyst has been found to efficiently catalyze asymmetric Strecker reactions of various aromatic and aliphatic N‐benzhydrylimines with trimethylsilyl cyanide (TMSCN) as a cyanide source at ?20 °C to give α‐aminonitriles in high yield (96 %) with excellent chiral induction (up to 98 % ee). DFT calculations have been performed to rationalize the enantioselective formation of the product with the organocatalyst in these reactions. The organocatalyst has been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, as well as by other analytical methods. This protocol has been extended to the synthesis of the pharmaceutically important drug molecule levamisole in high yield and with high enantioselectivity.  相似文献

In this article, we propose a stochastic search based method, namely genetic algorithm in conjunction with density functional theory to evaluate structures of water‐halide microclusters, with the halide ion being Cl?, Br?, and I?. Once the structures are established, we evaluate the infrared spectroscopic modes, vertical detachment energies and natural population analysis based charges.
