A model of subphtalocyanine molecules ordering on Ag(111) is proposed. We have demonstrated that the driving force of the ordering into honeycomb and hexagonal close packed patterns is a balance of intermolecular and subphtalocyanine-Ag interactions which can be generally expressed by a potential with infinite exclusion in a sufficiently large number of nearest coordination spheres of Ag(111) lattice and oscillatingly decaying behavior outside the sphere of exclusion. To cope with computational problems due to large size of the molecules compared to the substrate lattice period, we introduce the rescaling of Ag(111) lattice, and took into account an infinite exclusion of first, second, and third neighbors, attraction-of fourth and fifth, and repulsion-of sixth and seventh. The phase diagram is obtained by the lattice gas model using Monte Carlo simulations. Very strong first order phase transitions, causing the two-phase coexistence, were found between disordered and honeycomb as well as between disordered and hexagonal closed packed phases.  相似文献

The adsorption of -histidine on a copper electrode from H2O- and D2O-based solutions is studied by means of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy. Different adsorption states of histidine are observed depending upon pH, potential, and the presence of the SO2−4 and Cl ions. In acidic solutions of pH 1.2 the imidazole ring of the adsorbed histidine remains protonated and is not involved in the chemical coordination with the surface. The SO2−4 and Cl ions compete with histidine for the adsorption sites. In solutions of pH 3.1 three different adsorption states of histidine are observed depending on the potential. Histidine adsorbs with the protonated imidazole ring oriented mainly perpendicularly to the surface at potentials more positive than −0.2 V. Transformation of that adsorption state occurs at more negative potentials. As this takes place, histidine adsorbs through the α-NH2 group and the neutral imidazole ring. The Cl ions cause the protonation and detachment of the α-NH2 group from the surface and the formation of the ion pair NH+3 … Cl can be observed. In the neutral solution of pH 7.0 histidine adsorbs through the deprotonated nitrogen atom of the imidazole ring and the α-COO group at E ≥ −0.2 V. However, this adsorption state is transformed into the adsorption state in which the α-NH2 group and/or neutral imidazole ring participate in the anchoring of histidine to the surface, once the potential becomes more negative. In alkaline solutions of pH 11.9 histidine is adsorbed on the copper surface through the neutral imidazole ring.  相似文献

Abstract

The performance of a flow-through mercury coated reticulated vitreous carbon (RVC) electrode in the potentiometric stripping analysis (PSA) of trace metals has been examined. A wall-jet glassy carbon cell was used for the comparative experiments. Experimental parameters influencing the stripping signals have been optimised in order to use the stripping analysis after the preconcentration and matrix isolation by supported liquid membrane (SLM) technique. The SLM with di-2-ethylhexyl-phosphoric acid (DEHPA) as the extractant in the membrane liquid for proton driven transport of trace metals across the membrane has been chosen. Results presented for lead determination in river water demonstrate the analytical advantages of coupled technique SLM-PSA.  相似文献

Mg- and Si-doped GaN layers deposited by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition method were irradiated with femtosecond pulse duration laser of three different wavelengths 1,030, 515 and 343 nm. Both single and multiple shot laser induced damage thresholds of doped GaN layers were evaluated and discussed. The scanning electron microscopy employed with electron beam induced current and energy dispersive X-ray techniques were used to study laser damage morphology. It was observed that ablated area and laser-induced damage increased with irradiation fluence. The mechanism of damage generation by Gaussian beam profile laser was considered.  相似文献

In this paper we present an independent scheme for constructing fractional parentage coefficients using symmetry group apparatus in translationally invariantmodel space, suitable for the six-particle system composed of three-particle bi-clusters, where the presented subsystems have their own intrinsic clusterization. Simple expressions for corresponding antisymmetrization procedure are presented as well as computational results.

The object of this research in the sphere of queueing theory is the law of the iterated logarithm under the conditions of heavy traffic in queues in series. In this paper, the laws of the iterated logarithm are proved for the values of important probabilistic characteristics of the queueing system, like the sojourn time of a customer, and maximum of the sojourn time of a customer. Also, we prove that the sojourn time of a customer can be approximated by some recurrent functional. We also provide the results of statistical simulations for various system parameters and distributions.  相似文献

The W-1%La2O3 alloy has been irradiated by a single laser pulse (λ = 1064 nm) to simulate transient thermal loads of high energy occurring in a tokamak under operative conditions. A zone with a diameter of ~2 mm, namely, much larger than the focal spot, results to be affected by the pulse, and a crater of about 300 μm is observed in its center. La2O3 particles are not present inside the crater. The change of surface morphology is accompanied by elemental redistribution. Multipoint XPS analysis evidenced that the concentration of La is very low in the crater and increases moving toward the border of the affected zone while that of W shows an opposite trend. The composition changes involve only the outmost 5 nm of the sample: through depth profiling, no differences of chemical composition were detected deeper in the alloy between the center and external border of the affected area.  相似文献

Star‐shaped charge‐transporting materials with a triphenylamine (TPA) core and various phenylethenyl side arm(s) were obtained in a one‐step synthetic procedure from commercially available and relatively inexpensive starting materials. Crystallinity, glass‐transition temperature, size of the π‐conjugated system, energy levels, and the way molecules pack in the solid state can be significantly influenced by variation of the structure of these side arm(s). An increase in the number of phenylethenyl side arms was found to hinder intramolecular motions of the TPA core, and thereby provide significant enhancement of the fluorescence quantum yield of the TPA derivatives in solution. On the other hand, a larger number of side arms facilitated exciton migration through the dense side‐arm network formed in the solid state and, thus, considerably reduces fluorescence efficiency by migration‐assisted nonradiative relaxation. This dense network enables charges to move more rapidly through the hole‐transport material layer, which results in very good charge drift mobility (μ up to 0.017 cm2 V ?1 s?1).  相似文献

Thin films of barium fluorides with different thicknesses were deposited on GaAs substrate by electron beam evaporation. The aim of the work was to identify the best growth conditions for the production of coatings with a low work function suitable for the anode of hybrid thermionic-photovoltaic (TIPV) devices. The chemical composition and work function φ of the films with different thicknesses were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS). The lowest value of φ = 2.1 eV was obtained for the film with a thickness of ~2 nm. In the valence band spectra of the films at low kinetic energy, near the cutoff, a characteristic peak of negative electron affinity was present. This effect contributed to a further reduction of the film's work function.  相似文献
