7,3′-二甲氧基-4′,5′-次乙二氧基黄烷酮的合成

以香草醛和问苯二酚为原料,经7步反应合成了新的苯并二氧六环新木脂素黄酮类似物7,3′-二甲氧基-4′,5′-次乙二氧基黄烷酮,总收率16．1％,其结构经^1H NMR,IR和MS证实。

Two new ent-kaurane diterpenoids taihangexcisoidesin A and B(1 and 2),were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the leaves of Isodon excisoides.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic methods.     

Three New Diarylpropanes from Dioscorea composita

Three new diarylpropanes were isolated from the dried rhizomes of Dioscorea composita Hemsl., and their structures were determined as 1, 3-bis-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl) propane (1), 1, 3-bis-(2, 4-dihydroxyphenyl)propane (2), 1-(2′-hydroxy-4′-O-β-D- glucopymnosy-phenyl)-3-(2“, 4“-dihydroxyphenyl)propane (3), by spectroscopic analysis, respectively.     

Three New Diterpenoids from Euphorbia wallichii

Three new abietane diterpene lactones, 3α-hydroxyjolkinolide A (1), ent-8α, 14β-dihydroxy-13(15)-ene-16(12α)-abietanolide (2) and ent-8α,14α-dihydroxy-13(15)-ene-16(12α)-abietanolide (3) as well as a known abietane diterpene jolkinolide A (4) were isolated from the roots of Euphorbia wallichii. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.     

5种重要农艺性状基因在水稻重组自交系群体中的定位

通过抗病虫害水稻品系“B5”与籼稻品种“明恢63”为亲本进行杂交，得到一个187个F8代的重组自交系群体。利用重组自交系群体构建的分子连锁图，对水稻抽穗期、株高、穗长、剑叶长和剑叶宽的性状进行了QTL分析，分别检测到影响抽穗期、株高、穗长、剑叶长和剑叶宽的农艺性状2、2、4、4、4个QTLs，并分别解释各表型性状总变异的50．6％、74．9％、34．1％、47．3％和46．2‰．其中，控制抽穗期的Hd-6基因，控制株高的Ph7基因和控制剑叶长的Fll-2b基因分别是效应值较大的主效座位，其余的为微效基因座位。相关性状的QTLs大多聚集在染色体的相近或相同区间，表现出成簇分布的现象。这些重要农艺性状的分析，可以为水稻分子标记辅助选择育种提供有用的遗传信息。     

A Novel Cardiac Glycoside from Parepigynum funingesis

From the dried aerial part ofParepigynumfuningesis Tsiang et P. T. Li (Apocynaceae),a new cardiac glucoside, named parefuningoside (1) had been isolated. Its structure was determined by means of hydrolysis and spectral analysis.

A novel use of cobalt(III) meso-tetraphenylporphyrin as a chiral shift reagent

The NMR spectra of the diastereomeric complexes formed by the coordination of nitrogenous enantiomeric bases with cobalt(III) meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (CoTPP) allow the immediate differentiation of these complexes. The spectra are interpreted on the basis of symmetry (RR and SS) and pseudo-chirality (RS and SR) considerations. The effects are observed in both the proton and carbon spectra and the complexes are stable in both CDCl₃ and DMSO-d₄ solution. This technique, in principle, allows the ready determination of the optical purity of multifunctional ligands.
