Flow visualization of supersonic mixing layer has been studied based on the high spatiotemporal resolution Nano-based Planar Laser Scattering(NPLS) method in SML-1 wind tunnel. The corresponding images distinctly reproduced the flow structure of laminar,transitional and turbulent region,with which the fractal measurement can be implemented. Two methods of measuring fractal dimension were introduced and compared. The fractal dimension of the transitional region and the fully developing turbulence region of supersonic mixing layer were measured based on the box-counting method. In the transitional region,the fractal dimension will increase with turbulent intensity. In the fully developing turbulent region,the fractal dimension will not vary apparently for different flow structures,which em-bodies the self-similarity of supersonic turbulence.  相似文献

Based on the investigation of a non-ionic surfactant-salt-H2O liquid-liquid extraction system, general rules concerning salt selection are concluded and the mechanism of phase separation is explained. The extraction behavior of chlorpromazine hydrochloride (CPZ) and procaine hydrochloride (PCN) in such a system is studied. Research shows that the extraction efficiency of CPZ can amount to 96% by twice extraction, which means that quantitative extraction is realized, while that of PCN is 77%. This system produces distribution coefficients (KD) of 12.3 and 2.6, respectively, for CPZ and PCN. Extraction mechanism is deduced according to ultraviolet absorbance; and molecular fluorescence spectra change of the drugs in the system studied.  相似文献

The parameters of instability wave of supersonic mixing layer(Mc=0.5,M1=3.5/M2=1.4) are measured by flow visualization and calculated by means of two-dimensional direct numerical simulaitons of the compressible Navier-Stokes equations.In both cases of the mixing layer with harmonic disturbance or not,the comparative results indicate that the wavelength of the two-dimensional wave is equal to the vortex spacing in the streamwise direction because the difference between them is less than 1%.However,the measur...  相似文献

Complex oxides have rich functionalities and advantages for future technologies.In many systems,quenched disorder often holds the key to determine their physical properties,and these properties can be further tuned by chemical doping.However,understanding the role of quenched disorder is complicated because chemical doping simultaneously alters other physical variables such as local lattice distortions and electronic and magnetic environments.Here,we show that spatial confinement is an effective approach to tuning the level of quenched disorder in a complex-oxide system while leaving other physical variables largely undisturbed.Through the confinement of a manganite system down to quasi-one-dimensional nanowires,we observed that the nature of its metal-insulator phase transition exhibits a crossover from a discontinuous to a continuous characteristic,in close accordance with quenched disorder theories.We argue that the quenched disorder,finite size,and surface effects all contribute to our experimental observations.Noticeably,with reduced nanowire width,the magnetoresistance shows substantial enhancement at low temperatures.Our findings offer new insight into experimentally tuning the quenched disorder effect to achieve novel functionalities at reduced dimensions.  相似文献

Thin films of polystyrene (PS)/poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) blends were prepared by spin-coating and characterized by tapping mode force microscopy (AFM). Effects of the relative concentration of PS in polymer solution on the surface phase separation and dewetting feature size of the blend films were systematically studied. Due to the coupling of phase separation, dewetting, and crystallization of the blend films with the evaporation of solvent during spin-coating, different size of PS islands decorated with various PCL crystal structures including spherulite-like, flat-on individual lamellae, and flat-on dendritic crystal were obtained in the blend films by changing the film composition. The average distance of PS islands was shown to increase with the relative concentration of PS in casting solution. For a given ratio of PS/PCL, the feature size of PS appeared to increase linearly with the square of PS concentration while the PCL concentration only determined the crystal morphology of the blend films with no influence on the upper PS domain features. This is explained in terms of vertical phase separation and spinodal dewetting of the PS rich layer from the underlying PCL rich layer, leading to the upper PS dewetting process and the underlying PCL crystalline process to be mutually independent.  相似文献

Pure Al coatings were deposited by direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering to protect sintered NdFeB magnets. The effects of Ar+ ion-beam-assisted deposition (IBAD) on the structure and the corrosion behaviour of Al coatings were investigated. The Al coating prepared by DC magnetron sputtering with IBAD (IBAD-Al-coating) had fewer voids than the coating without IBAD (Al-coating). The corrosion behaviour of the Al-coated NdFeB specimens was investigated by potentiodynamic polarisation, a neutral salt spray (NSS) test, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The pitting corrosion of the Al coatings always began at the voids of the grain boundaries. Bombardment by the Ar+ ion-beams effectively improved the corrosion resistance of the IBAD-Al-coating.  相似文献

HIV-1通过其包膜糖蛋白跨膜亚基gp41介导的病毒-细胞膜融合进入和感染靶细胞.HIV-1融合抑制剂以gp41为靶点,通过阻断病毒与宿主细胞膜的融合,在感染的初始环节切断HIV-1的复制周期.2003年,首个多肽类融合抑制剂T-20获美国食品药物管理局(FDA)批准上市,但其易被体内蛋白酶降解、临床剂量大、耐受性差,且耐药性HIV-1毒株也很快出现.针对这些缺点,近年来在融合抑制剂的作用机制研究和新融合抑制剂的研发等方面取得了重要进展.以gp41不同功能区为靶点,具有高活性和更好代谢性质的多肽及多肽类似物候选分子不断被发现,成为抗HIV药物研究领域的热点之一.本文综述了多肽和类肽类融合抑制剂的研究进展,为相关的药物开发和基础研究提供参考.  相似文献
