Juglandis Mandshuricae Cortex is the bark of Juglans mandshurica Maxim., which has been used as a folk medicine plant in China and India. In this study, an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography–quadrupole/orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry method was developed to clarify and quantify the chemical profiling of Juglandis Mandshuricae Cortex rapidly. A total of 113 compounds were characterized. Among them, seven flavonoids were simultaneously quantified in 15 min, including myricetin, myricetrin, taxifolin, kaempferol, quercetin, quercitrin, and naringenin. The method was validated for accuracy, precision, and the limits of detection and quantification. All calibration curves showed a good linear relationship (r > 0.9990) within test ranges. The intra- and inter-day relative standard deviations were less than 2.16%. Accuracy validation showed that the recovery was between 95.6 and 101.3% with relative standard deviation values below 2.85%. The validated method was successfully applied to determine the contents of seven flavones in Juglandis Mandshuricae Cortex from seven sources and the contents of these places were calculated respectively. This method provides a theoretical basis for further developing the medicinal value of Juglandis Mandshuricae Cortex. 相似文献
Instantaneous and precise velocity sensing is a critical part of research on detonation mechanism and flow evolution. This paper presents a novel multi-projection tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy solution,to provide a real-time and reliable measurement of velocity distribution in detonation exhaust flow with obvious nonuniformity.Relations are established between overlapped spectrums along probing beams and Gauss velocity distribution phantom according to the frequency shifts and tiny variations in components of light-of-sight absorbance profiles at low frequencies analyzed by the fast Fourier transform. With simulated optical measurement using H2O feature at 7185.6 cm-1 carried out on a phantom generated using a simulation of two-phase detonation by a two-fluid model, this method demonstrates a satisfying performance on recovery of velocity distribution profiles in supersonic flow even with a noise equivalent absorbance up to 2×10-3.This method is applied to the analysis of rapidly decreasing velocity during a complete working cycle in the external flow field of an air-gasoline detonation tube operating at 25 Hz,and results show the velocity in the core flow field would be much larger than the arithmetic average from traditional tunable diode laser doppler velocimetry. This proposed velocity distribution sensor would reconstruct nonuniform velocity distribution of high-speed flow in low cost and simple operations, which broadens the possibility for applications in research on the formation and propagation of external flow filed of detonation tube. 相似文献
Sediment-water interfaces are important interfaces for lakes, which are related to most environmental and ecological problems. Wind-induced waves cause secondary pollution via sediment resuspension. Since the coupling mechanism of water, resuspended sediments, and phosphorus affects the release of phosphorus (P) near the interface, a coupled model was explored for two sediment types with different adsorption-desorption capabilities to examine sediment resuspension and P release. The relationships among wind speed, wave characteristics, sediment distribution and P concentration were obtained. For different sediments, the unit sediment desorption release is negatively correlated with wind speed. When sediments are resuspended under low or moderate wind speed, the P concentration in the overlying water increases abruptly, hampering diffusion. P release exhibits the characteristics of concentrated release in a small region and changes the water environment rapidly.

Ketones have been considered as potential biofuels and main components of blend stock for internal engines. To better understand the chemical kinetics of ketones, ignition delay times of 2-pentanone (propyl methyl ketone, PMK) and 3-pentanone (diethyl ketone, DEK) were measured at temperatures of 895–1128 K under 10 and 20 bar, at equivalence ratios (?) of 0.5 and 1.0 in a rapid compression machine (RCM). To explore the impact of carbonyl functionality and resonance stabilized structures of fuel radicals on their combustion kinetics, high-temperature pyrolysis at 1130 K and relatively low-temperature oxidation at 950 K studies were performed in an RCM, and the time-resolved species concentration profiles under these two conditions were quantified using a fast sampling system and gas chromatography (GC). A new kinetic model containing low-temperature reactions was built aiming at predicting the pyrolysis and oxidation behaviors of both ketones. The consumption pathways of the resonance stabilization fuel radicals through oxygen addition and following reactions are promoted since the decomposition rates of these radicals are about 4 orders magnitudes lower than regular fuel radicals. The occurrences of the so-called “addition-dissociation reactions”, i.e., ketones reacting with a hydrogen yielding aldehyde or reacting with a methyl radical yielding shorter-chain-length ketones, are verified in pyrolysis experiments. Based on experiments and model analysis, the carbonyl functionality in both ketones is preserved during the process of β-scissions of fuel radicals and α-scissions of fuel-related acyl radicals, resulting in the direct formation of CO and ketene. However, the position of carbonyl functionality has a significant impact on the species pools. 相似文献
In the presence of closely located inclusions of the extreme material property, the physical fields, such as the electric field and the stress tensor, may be concentrated and arbitrarily large in the narrow region between two inclusions. Recently there has been significant progress on the quantitative characterization of the field concentration in the contexts of electrostatics(Laplace equation), linear elasticity(Lamé system), and viscous flow(Stokes system). This paper is to review such progress in a coherent way. 相似文献
A novel solid-phase microextraction coating of phosphorous-containing titanium oxide composite was developed using titanium fiber as a support and a titanium source by hydrothermal oxidation in a phosphoric acid solution containing hydrogen peroxide. The morphology of the fiber coatings was controlled by the conditions of the hydrothermal oxidation reaction. The oriented nanofiber coating was employed to extract several types of representative aromatic analytes. The experimental results demonstrated that the as-prepared fiber exhibited excellent extraction efficiency toward polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Combined with high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection, main extraction conditions were optimized, including pH, ionic strength, extraction temperature, stirring rate, extraction time and desorption time. The established method presented good linearity from 0.05 to 200 μg/L with limit of detection ranging from 0.012 to 0.126 μg/L. This convenient and green procedure was suitable for the selective extraction and determination of typical polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in environmental water samples. The relative recoveries of 85.8–112% were obtained for the determination of target polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water samples spiked with 5.0 and 15.0 μg/L. Moreover, the as-prepared fiber showed at least 210 extraction/desorption cycles due to its high mechanical and chemical stability. 相似文献
