With the development of device engineering and molecular design,organic field effect transistors(OFETs)with high mobility over 10 cm2 V-1-s-1 have been reported.However,the nonideal doubleslope effect has been frequently observed in some of these OFETs,which makes it difficult to extract the intrinsic mobility OFETs accurately,impeding the further application of them.In this review,the origin of the nonideal double-slope effect has been discussed thoroughly,with affecting factors such as contact resistance,charge trapping,disorder effects and coulombic interactions considered.According to these discussions and the understanding of the mechanism behind double-slope effect,several strategies have been proposed to realize ideal OFETs,such as doping,molecular engineering,charge trapping reduction,and contact engineering.After that,some novel devices based on the nonideal double-slope behaviors have been also introduced.  相似文献

Conjugated polymers feature promising structure and properties for photocatalytic water splitting. Herein, a hydrolysis strategy was demonstrated to rationally modulate the surface hydrophilicity and band structures of conjugated poly-benzothiadiazoles. High hydrophilicity not only enhances the dispersions of polymeric solids in an aqueous solution but also reduces the absorption energy of water molecules. Besides, both theoretical and experimental results reveal that a more positive valence band potential is generated, which contributes to enhancing the photocatalytic water oxidation performance. Accordingly, the surface-modified conjugated polymers show largely promoted photocatalytic water oxidation activities by deposition of cobalt oxides as cocatalysts.  相似文献

The spectroscopic characterization (1H, 13C{1H} NMR, UV–Vis) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction (scXRD) analysis accomplished by inspection of the Hirshfeld surface of bis(3-thienoyl) disulfide (1) is described. The title compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n. The unit cell parameters are a?=?7.9959(3) Å, b?=?6.4348(3) Å, c?=?22.4924(9) Å, β?=?100.108(4)°, V?=?1139.32(8) Å3, Z?=?4, Rgt(F)?=?0.0278, wRref(F2)?=?0.0667. The packing of 1 is dominated by S?O and S?S interactions, giving a 2D layer structure parallel to (101). The X‐ray crystal structure analysis revealed the packing of 1 is dominated by S?O and S?S interactions, giving a 2D layer structure parallel to (101). The intermolecular interactions in 1 were analyzed using the Hirshfeld surface method including 2D fingerprint plots and enrichment ratios (E), which shows that the most favored intermolecular contacts are the O?H and C?S indicated by E values above 1.30. The interaction energies between molecular pairs revealed the importance of the weak O?H and C?S interactions in stabilizing the molecular structure of 1.

Background

High-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF)-sprayed metallic coating can be used to create a surface layer that plays a significant role in enhancing the overall strength, stiffness, and fatigue life of the treated material. The micro-deformation around a single impacted particle is a critical factor that must be considered for the optimization of the HVOF process.

Objective

In this study, the micro-deformation field of stainless steel impacted by a ceramic particle was characterized at the micro-scale.

Method

A grid with a frequency of 1200 lines/mm was fabricated on the surface of stainless steel specimen. The microscopic deformation field formed on the substreate surface, induced by the impact of micro-particles with a diameter of 18 µm, was determined using the electron moiré method and numerical simulations.

Results

The in-plane plastic strain around the impacted particle was found to be as high as 9.1%, and the value sharply decreased with the increase of the distance to the edge of the impacted particle. The diameter of the plastic area was about 40 µm, which was approximately 2.2 times larger than the particle size. The experimental results were compared with numerical simulation results, and good agreement between the results was found.

Conclusions

The electron moiré technique can be a useful tool for the measurement of the deformation field induced by an impacted particle in a very local area with a size on the order of microns.

Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) with long-term stability and reversible high water uptake properties can be ideal candidates for water harvesting and indoor humidity control. Now, a mesoporous and highly stable MOF, BIT-66 is presented that has indoor humidity control capability and a photocatalytic bacteriostatic effect. BIT-66 (V3(O)3(H2O)(BTB)2), possesses prominent moisture tunability in the range of 45–60 % RH and a water uptake and working capacity of 71 and 55 wt %, respectively, showing good recyclability and excellent performance in water adsorption–desorption cycles. Importantly, this MOF demonstrates a unique photocatalytic bacteriostatic behavior under visible light, which can effectively ameliorate the bacteria and/or mold breeding problem in water adsorbing materials.  相似文献

本文选取白银、铝和铜三种供应链金融质物作为研究对象,在分析三种质物收益率统计特征的基础上,引入Copula模型刻画供应链金融业务中质物收益率的“尖峰厚尾”特征以及质物收益率之间的非线性相关结构;采用Monte Carlo模拟方法测度考虑到极端情况下的质物组合价格风险值CVaR;利用时间平方根法则测度长周期视角下质物组合的价格风险。将CVaR与VaR测度结果进行对比,比较分析短期价格风险与长期价格风险,将Copula模型与传统风险测度方法下计算出的风险值进行对比,以期选取最优测度供应链金融质物组合长期价格风险模型。研究结果表明:从单一质物价格波动特征来看,三种单一质物的收益率均存在非正态分布和“尖峰厚尾”特征,具有一般金融资产收益率分布的特点。从模型的有效性来看,第一,CVaR比VaR能够更好地、全面地测度供应链金融质物组合的价格风险;第二,基于Copula模型的风险测度结果比传统集成风险测度结果的准确性高;第三,平方欧式距离法结果表明在五种Copula模型中,t-Copula是最优刻画供应链金融质物组合收益率间的相依关系的模型。从长短期风险测度结果来看,随着风险期限的增加,质物组合的价格风险值随之增大,以往研究中用短期风险测度往往会低估商业银行所面临的价格风险,不利于商业银行资金信贷的优化配置。得到的结论对我国商业银行开展供应链金融业务防范价格风险提供了量化支持。  相似文献

With the infection rate of Bordetella pertussis at a 60-year high, there is an urgent need for new anti-pertussis vaccines. The lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of B. pertussis is an attractive antigen for vaccine development. With the presence of multiple rare sugars and unusual glycosyl linkages, the B. pertussis LPS is a highly challenging synthetic target. In this work, aided by molecular dynamics simulation and modeling, a pertussis-LPS-like pentasaccharide was chemically synthesized for the first time. The pentasaccharide was conjugated with a powerful carrier, bacteriophage Qβ, as a vaccine candidate. Immunization of mice with the conjugate induced robust anti-glycan IgG responses with IgG titers reaching several million enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) units. The antibodies generated were long lasting and boostable and could recognize multiple clinical strains of B. pertussis, highlighting the potential of Qβ-glycan as a new anti-pertussis vaccine.  相似文献

无绝缘高温超导线圈具有良好的电热稳定性和机械紧凑性,但其充电过程中却有明显的磁场延迟现象。为详细了解无绝缘高温超导线圈励磁过程的瞬态特性,建立了无绝缘高温超导线圈的同轴圆环等效电路模型。通过绕制一个670匝的无绝缘高温超导双饼线圈,在液氮温度下进行不同充电速率的励磁实验,初步验证了等效电路模型的正确性。基于该模型,针对线圈励磁过程的充电和恒流阶段,仿真得到了线圈各匝的径向电流分布规律和电热损耗特性。  相似文献

A platform technology for the creation of spatially resolved surfaces encoded with a monolayer consisting of different metal complexes was developed. The concept entails the light‐triggered activation of a self‐ assembled monolayer (SAM) of UV‐labile anchors, that is, phenacylsulfides, and the subsequent cycloaddition of selected diene‐functionalized metal complexes at defined areas on the surface. The synthesis and characterization of the metal complexes for the UV‐light assisted anchoring on the surface and a detailed study of a short‐chain oligomer model system in solution confirm the high efficiency of the photoreaction. The hybrid materials obtained by this concept can potentially be utilized for the design of highly valuable catalytic or (opto‐)electronic devices.  相似文献
