We are interested in the laws of multiple stable stochastic integrals defined by LePage series representation (see [1,6]). We continue the study begun in [1] giving conditions ensuring absolute continuity of joint laws of stable integrals. Upon treatment with tBuOK/H2O, a variety of ω-halo-β-keto-ketals undergo smooth cyclisation, affording in excellent yields mono-protected [n,m] spiro bicyclic diketones. This transformation is highly stereoselective producing, in all cases, the diastereoisomerically pure spiro derivatives.  相似文献

We report here on an integrated microfabricated device dedicated to the preparation of biological samples prior to their on-line analysis by electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). This microfluidic device is fabricated using the negative photoresist SU-8 by microtechnology techniques. The device includes a chromatographic module plus an ESI interface for MS. The chromatographic module is dedicated to sample purification and is based on a polymer monolithic phase which includes hydrophobic moieties. The ESI interface is integrated onto the chip and is based on a capillary slot. We present here the integration of these different modules onto a single system that is fabricated via a SU-8-based microtechnology route. We present also their testing for the purification of peptide samples. This started with a partial integration step with the combination of at least two of the modules (microsystem + monolith; microsystem + nib) and their test before the fabrication and testing of fully integrated microsystems.  相似文献

The General Rate model has been developed and solved to describe protein adsorption in an expanded bed. The model takes into account axial and local variation of particle size distribution (PSD), external and intra-particle mass transfer resistances, and dispersion in liquid phase. The influence of PSD on breakthrough profiles has been analysed. The simulation results show that for a significantly high expanded bed the lower part of the breakthrough curve profiles, calculated for local particle size distribution (LPSD) and for axial average particle size distribution (APSD) are very similar. However, the upper part of breakthrough profiles calculated for LPSD approaches inlet concentration much more slowly than those calculated for APSD. The retention times of the lower part of uptake curves calculated with average particle diameter are constantly shorter than those obtained from LPSD. For the calculation of the dynamic capacity (DC), the LPSD can be replaced by APSD for large expanded bed heights. Using breakthrough profiles calculated for average particle size, DC values are constantly underestimated.  相似文献

A stereoselective synthesis of tricarbonyl-[((1RS,2RS,4RS,5RS,6RS)-C-5,6,C-η-(5,6,7,8,-tetramethylidenbicyclo[2.2.2]octan-2-ol)]iron ( 11 ),and of its tosylate 12 and benzoate 13 is reported. The bulk of the ‘endo’-Fe(CO))3 moiety and of the ester groups in 13 renders its Diels-Alder additions to methyl propynoate ( 15 )), butynone ( 16 ), and 1-cyanovinyl acetate highly ‘para’ regioselective. The cycloadditions of diene-alcohol 11 are either ‘meta’- or ‘para’-regioselective depending on the nature of the dienophile. In the presence of BF 3. Et 2O, the addition of 11 to methyl vinyl ketone is highly stereo- (Alder mode) and ‘para’-regioselective, giving adduct 52 (tricarbonyl [((1 RS,4RS,8RS,9RS,10RS,12RS)-C,9,10,C-η-(12-hydroxy-9,10-dimethylidenetricyclo[6.2.2.02,7]dodec-2(7)-en-4 yl methyl ketone)]iron) whose structure has been established by single-crystal X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Actinide +VI complexes ( = , and ) with dipicolinic acid derivatives were synthesized and characterized by powder XRD, SQUID magnetometry and NMR spectroscopy. In addition, and complexes were described by first principles CAS based and two-component spin-restricted DFT methods. The analysis of the 1H paramagnetic NMR chemical shifts for all protons of the ligands according to the X-rays structures shows that the Fermi contact contribution is negligible in agreement with spin density determined by unrestricted DFT. The magnetic susceptibility tensor is determined by combining SQUID, pNMR shifts and Evans’ method. The SO-RASPT2 results fit well the experimental magnetic susceptibility and pNMR chemical shifts. The role of the counterions in the solid phase is pointed out; their presence impacts the magnetic properties of the complex. The temperature dependence of the pNMR chemical shifts has a strong contribution, contrarily to Bleaney's theory for lanthanide complexes. The fitting of the temperature dependence of the pNMR chemical shifts and SQUID magnetic susceptibility by a two-Kramers-doublet model for the complex and a non-Kramers-doublet model for the complex allows for the experimental evaluation of energy gaps and magnetic moments of the paramagnetic center.  相似文献

We review recent findings about the behavior of emulsions made of droplets suspended in liquid crystalline materials. By contrast to classical emulsions, which are usually made of isotropic oils and water, liquid crystal emulsions exhibit a variety of structures result in the ordering of the continuous phase. The droplets induce the formation of topological defects and distortions that lead to strong and anisotropic elastic forces between the particles. These elastic forces govern the stability and the ordering of the particles. This is observed in aqueous emulsions as well as in non-aqueous emulsions obtained from phase separation phenomena. It is shown that phase separations in liquid crystals can lead to the formation of highly ordered arrays of uniformly sized droplets. More generally, ordered structures seen in liquid crystal emulsions are of interest as examples of topologicallv-controlled organizations; they are also of potential practical importance as a novel way to control both the stability and the structures of colloidal particles.  相似文献
