As trail to overcome on the antimicrobial drug-resistance problems, new functionalized 2-pyridinone and 2-iminochromene derivatives bearing morpholine moiety were designed and synthesized. The 2-pyridinone derivatives were obtained through the cyclization of cyanoacetohydrazone of 4-morpholinylacetophenone with 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, α,β-unsaturated nitriles or 2-(arylidene)malononitriles. The 2-iminochromene derivatives were synthesized through the ring closure of cyanoacetohydrazonewith salicylaldehyde derivatives. The antibacterial and antifungal activities for the synthesized 2-pyridinone and 2-iminochromene derivatives were investigated. Most of the tested compounds showed moderate activity against P. vulgaris. Compounds 4a,b and 5a,b showed moderate activity against G −ve bacteria. All iminochromene derivatives showed moderate activity against C. albicans. Compound 8c was the most active compound.  相似文献

Organic superbases are a distinct and increasingly utilized class of Brønsted base that possess properties complementary to common inorganic bases. This Concept article discusses recent applications of commercial organic superbases in modern synthetic methodologies. Examples of the advantages of organic superbases in three areas are highlighted, including the discovery of new base-catalyzed reactions, the optimization of reactions that require stoichiometric Brønsted base, and in high-throughput experimentation technology.  相似文献

The nonlinear interaction of electron beam with inhomogeneous semi-bounded collisional magnetized warm plasma under external static magnetic field has been studied. The second-harmonic generation at the beam entrance into the plasma is considered. This process leads to an increase in the amplitude of the electric field in the inhomogeneous region and, in turn, to higher absorption.  相似文献

Metal-carbon nanotube-graft-polymer (MCNT-g-P) nanocomposites were synthesized and characterized successfully. In this work, multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) were opened using HNO3/H2SO4 mixture and filled by metal nanoparticles such as silver nanoparticles through wet chemistry method. Then MWCNT containing metal nanoparticles were used as macroinitiator for ring opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone and MCNT-g-P nanocomposites were obtained. Length of grafted polymer arms onto the MWCNT was controlled using MWCNT/ε-caprolactone ratio. Structure and properties of nanocomposites were evaluated by TEM, DSC, TGA, and spectroscopy methods.  相似文献

Melamine-type dendrimers are grafted to mesocellular siliceous foam (MCF) with ultralarge mesopores by stepwise alternating treatments of the substrate with 2,4,6-trichlorotriazine and ethylenediamine. MCF grafted dendrimers up to 4th generation are prepared and characterized. Very high organic loadings (55 wt% at the 4th generation) are achieved, with half of the initial substrate mesopores volume remaining unoccupied—leaving room for the rapid ingress and egress of small gas molecules. The product materials possess relatively high thermal stability—their decomposition starts at around 300 °C. Adsorption measurements suggest that only the primary amine groups of these melamine type structures are active for CO2 chemisorption. The CO2 adsorption capacities of these adsorbents are improved relative to the unfunctionalized MCF, especially when considered on a wt% substrate basis.  相似文献

where \(\alpha ,\beta \in (0,1]\) such that \(\alpha +\beta >1\), \(D^{\beta }\) and \(D^{\alpha }\) stand for the standard Riemann–Liouville fractional derivatives and ab are nonnegative constants such that \(a+b>0\). The function g is a nonnegative continuous function in \([0,\infty )\) that is required to satisfy some suitable integrability condition. Using estimates on the Green’s function and a perturbation argument, we prove the existence of a unique positive continuous solution, which behaves like the unique solution of the homogeneous problem.

Much progress has been made in the development of methods to both create compounds that contain C−F bonds and to functionalize C−F bonds. As such, C−F bonds are becoming common and versatile synthetic functional handles. This review summarizes the advantages of defluorinative functionalization reactions for small molecule synthesis. The coverage is organized by the type of carbon framework the fluorine is attached to for mono- and polyfluorinated motifs. The main challenges, opportunities and advances of defluorinative functionalization are discussed for each class of organofluorine. Most of the text focuses on case studies that illustrate how defluorofunctionalization can improve routes to synthetic targets or how the properties of C−F bonds enable unique mechanisms and reactions. The broader goal is to showcase the opportunities for incorporating and exploiting C−F bonds in the design of synthetic routes, improvement of specific reactions and advent of new methods.  相似文献

The structure of the chaotic attractor of a system is mainly determined by the nonlinear functions in system equations. By using a new saw-tooth wave function and a new stair function, a novel complex grid multiwing chaotic system which belongs to non-Shil’nikov chaotic system with non-hyperbolic equilibrium points is proposed in this paper. It is particularly interesting that the complex grid multiwing attractors are generated by increasing the number of non-hyperbolic equilibrium points, which are different from the traditional methods of realising multiwing attractors by adding the index-2 saddle-focus equilibrium points in double-wing chaotic systems. The basic dynamical properties of the new system, such as dissipativity, phase portraits, the stability of the equilibria, the time-domain waveform, power spectrum, bifurcation diagram, Lyapunov exponents, and so on, are investigated by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations. Furthermore, the corresponding electronic circuit is designed and simulated on the Multisim platform. The Multisim simulation results and the hardware experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical simulations of the same system on Matlab platform, which verify the feasibility of this new grid multiwing chaotic system.  相似文献

This article explores Darcy–Forchheimer 3D flow of water-based carbon nanomaterial (CNTs). A bi-directional linear stretchable surface has been used to create the flow. Flow in porous space is represented by Darcy–Forchheimer expression. Heat transfer mechanism is explored through convective heating. Results for single-wall (SWCNTs) and multi-wall (MWCNTs) carbon nanotubes have been presented and compared. The reduction of partial differential system into nonlinear ordinary differential system is made through suitable variables. Optimal homotopic scheme is used for solutions development of governing flow problem. Optimal homotopic solution expressions for velocities and temperature are studied through graphs by considering various estimations of physical variables. Skin friction coefficients and local Nusselt number are analyzed through plots. Our findings show that the skin friction coefficients and local Nusselt number are enhanced for larger values of nanoparticles volume fraction.  相似文献
