Decomposition of ammonium heptamolybdate–hexamethylentetramine (HMTA) complex (HMTA)2(NH4)4Mo7O24·2H2O was studied as a function of treatment conditions in the range 300–1173 K. The evolution of solid products during decomposition was studied by thermal analysis and in situ EXAFS. Depending on the nature of the gas used for treatment, single phases of highly dispersed nitrides Mo2N, carbide Mo2C, or oxide MoO2 can be obtained. The nature of the products obtained was explained by qualitative thermodynamical considerations. Morphology of the solids considerably depends on such preparation parameters as temperature and mass velocity of the gas flow. For the nitride-based materials, catalytic activity was evaluated in the model thiophene HDS reaction. It was demonstrated that NH3-treated samples showed better catalytic activity than N2-treated ones due to cleaner surface and better morphology. Transmission microscopy, XRD and XPS studies showed that MoS2 is formed on the surface during HDS reaction or sulfidation with H2S. Optimized nitride-derived catalysts showed mass activity several times higher than unsupported MoS2 or MoS2/Al2O3 reference catalyst.  相似文献

The nature of epitaxial intergrowth of black (β) and red (α) modifications of zinc diphosphide is studied. The intergrowth of single crystals is shown to be caused by that the atoms-analogs form almost identical structural motifs in both structures. The black modification grows on the (001) plane of the red one so that its b axis is parallel to the (110) plane of α-ZnP2.  相似文献

We consider the formation algorithm for a random inhomogeneity field of dielectric permittivity of a medium that is used in simulations of the statistical characteristics of a wave that has propagated through a randomly inhomogeneous layer. We carry out a comparison of the statistical characteristics of a geometrical-optics wave, obtained via a numerical simulation, with the results of calculations of these characteristics by approximate formulae obtained using perturbation theory. It is pointed out that the applicability limits of the perturbation method, when solving geometrical-optics equations in a randomly inhomogeneous medium, depend on the formulation (one- or two-point) of the trajectory problem. It is shown that a calculation of the spatial correlation function of the field can be carried out using the perturbation method, even in the case of relatively strong fluctuations of dielectric permittivity. This is due to the fact that, in the region where this function differs markedly from zero, the correlation function of the eikonal obtained by the perturbation method is sufficiently accurate, and amplitude fluctuations are small.  相似文献

Ion hydration has been studied for potassium iodide solutions with concentrations from 0 to 51 wt.% at temperatures from 288.15 to 308.15 K based on ultrasonic measurements and molar adiabatic compressibility data. For hydration complexes, structural characteristics have been determined. The structure of noncoordinated water plays a significant role even in concentrated solutions. An electrostatic ion field has a strong effect on the temperature dependence of the molar volume of hydration water. A method for the precise determination of the total solvation boundary is presented.  相似文献

The invariant differential cross section, the tensor analyzing power A yy , and the vector analyzing power A y for the reaction 9Be(d, p)X are measured at an initial deuteron momentum of 4.5 GeV/c and a proton detection angle of about 80 mrad. The data obtained for the differential cross section are consistent with the results of measurements at 3.5 and 5.78 GeV/c and a proton emission angle of 2.5°. The values found for the tensor analyzing power A yy are compared with similar data obtained previously for the deuteron-fragmentation process occurring on a carbon target at various values of the initial deuteron momentum and leading to proton emission at zero angle. The data on the differential cross section for the reaction 9Be(d, p)X can be satisfactorily described within the relativistic impulse approximation by using standard deuteron wave functions; however, the approach based on this conceptual framework proves to be inadequate in dealing with data on the tensor analyzing power. These results indicate that it is necessary either to change the method for describing the relativistic deuteron or to take into account additional mechanisms.  相似文献
