A number of oxotitanium(IV) complexes of the type TiOL with bis‐unsymmetric dibasic tetradentate Schiff base (LH2) containing ONNO donor atoms have been synthesized. Mono‐Schiff base (OPD‐HNP) was prepared by the condensation of 1:3 molar ratio of 2‐hydroxy‐1‐naphthaldehyde (HNP) with o‐phenylenediamine (OPD). Dibasic unsymmetric tetradentate diamine Schiff bases were prepared by the reaction of OPD‐HNP with 2‐hydroxyacetophenone, 2‐hydroxypropeophenone, benzoylacetone, acetylacetone and ethylacetoacetate. Further, titanylacetylacetonate was reacted with these ligands to obtain their metal complexes. On the basis of analytical and physiochemical data, the formation of complexes as TiOL was suggested having square pyramidal geometry. Quantum mechanical approach also confirmed this geometry. The assessment of the synthesized ligands and their complexes showed that some behave as good inhibitors of mycelial growth against selected phytopathogic fungi but weak inhibitors against some selected bacteria. Pure positive electrostatic charges (PPECs) show suppressive effect on the proliferation and metabolism of invasive cancer cells without affecting normal tissues. PPECs are used for the delivery of drug-loaded polymeric nanoparticles (DLNs) capped with negatively charged poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and Poly(vinyl-alcohol) PVA into the tumor site of mouse models. The charged patch is installed on top of the skin in the mouse models' tumor region, and the controlled selective release of the drug is assayed by biochemical, radiological, and histological experiments on both tumorized models and normal rats' livers. It is found that DLNs synthesized by PLGA show great attraction to PPECs due to their stable negative charges, which would not degrade immediately in blood. The burst and drug release after less than 48h of this synthesized DLNs are 10% and 50%, respectively. These compounds can deliver the loaded-drug into the tumor site with the assistance of PPECs, and the targeted-retarded release will take place. Hence, local therapy can be achieved with much lower drug concentration (conventional chemotherapy [2 mg kg−1] versus DLNs-based chemotherapy [0.75 mg kg−1]) with negligible side effects in non-targeted organs. PPECs have many potential clinical applications for advanced-targeted chemotherapy with the lowest discernible side effects. 相似文献

We prove an invariant Harnack’s inequality for operators in non-divergence form structured on Heisenberg vector fields when the coe?cient matrix is uniformly positive definite, continuous, and symplectic. The method consists in constructing appropriate barriers to obtain pointwise-to-measure estimates for supersolutions in small balls, and then invoking the axiomatic approach developed by Di Fazio, Gutiérrez, and Lanconelli to obtain Harnack’s inequality. 相似文献

The electrochemical behaviors of pure Al, Al–6%Si, Al–3%Cu, and Al–3.7%Cu–0.9%Mg–0.8%Pb–0.6%Fe alloys were investigated in
the chloroaluminate ionic liquids 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride [BMIm]Cl/AlCl3 (40/60 mol%) and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride [EMIm]Cl/AlCl3 (40/60 mol%). Electrolytic extraction of copper from Al–Cu alloys in the employed ionic liquids was explored. The alloys
were anodically dissolved in the ionic liquids and then pure copper was recovered under potentiostatic conditions. Due to
the large difference between the deposition potentials of Cu and Al, pure Cu can be obtained without Al contamination. Electrorefining
of Al–3%Cu and Al–6%Si alloys was also investigated in [BMIm]Cl/AlCl3 (40/60 mol%) at room temperature. High purity aluminum deposits were obtained with significantly low energy consumption of

A colloidal solution of gold nanoparticles in deionized nanopure water was produced by laser ablation technique without the
use of any chemical/surfactant. Spectral characterization and morphological studies of these nanoparticles were carried out
by UV-Vis Spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy, respectively. A number of variables of the ablating laser pulse have
been used to control the size of the fabricated nanoparticles. Excellent correlation between ablating laser pulse parameter
and optical and morphological parameters of the gold colloids were obtained. The peak of the extinction spectra shows a monotonic
blue shift for laser fluence of 410 J/cm2 and above. Below this the extinction peak remains fairly constant in wavelength. Blue shifts of the extinction spectra were
also observed with increasing re-ablation time of previously ablated gold colloids. Possible explanations of all these observations

Acidic ionic‐liquids (IL) supported on metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have been shown to be beneficial for adsorptive desulfurization. A remarkable improvement in the adsorption capacity (ca. 71%) was observed in for ILs supported on MIL‐101 compared with virgin MIL‐101. The improved adsorptive performance might be explained by the acid–base interactions between the acidic ionic liquid and basic benzothiophene (BT). Moreover, from this study, it can be suggested that porous MOFs, supported with ionic liquids, may introduce a new class of highly porous adsorbents for the efficient adsorption of various compounds. 相似文献

Liquid-phase dehydration of sorbitol has been investigated in wide reaction conditions especially under microwave irradiation in the presence of acidic resin catalysts. From the selectivity for sorbitan and isosorbide, it can be understood that the dehydration is a consecutive reaction (sorbitol to sorbitan, and finally to isosorbide) and that the sorbitan is an intermediate of the dehydration. By using microwave irradiation, the dehydration can be accelerated by around 20?C34 times compared with the rate by conventional electric heating at the same temperature, or the reaction temperature can be decreased by around 40 °C for the comparable conversion in a similar reaction time. However, the microwaves do not have noticeable effects on the selectivity for isosorbide or sorbitan. The accelerated dehydration under microwaves is mainly due to decreased activation energy. 相似文献

In this paper, we describe a new computer simulation technique of generating Fresnel diffraction images from rectangular apertures of arbitrary dimensions by using Fresnel integrals instead of the more common fast Fourier transform methods. The simulation can be performed in almost any PC using the software MATLAB. Diffraction images can be generated for any wavelength of light and for any aperture–screen and aperture-source distances. Images for rectangular obstacles can also be simulated. Details of the algorithm and program are presented, as well as the interesting insights than can be gained from using the program. Finally, it is shown that the simulated images reduce to the simple Fraunhofer diffraction patterns for certain limiting situations. 相似文献

We discuss the notion of spin squeezing considering two mutually exclusive classes of spin-s states, namely, oriented and non-oriented states. Our analysis shows that the oriented states are not squeezed while non-oriented
states exhibit squeezing. We also present a new scheme for construction of spin-s states using 2s spinors oriented along different axes. Taking the case of s=1, we show that the ‘non-oriented’ nature and hence squeezing arise from the intrinsic quantum correlations that exist among
