玻璃波导光功分器的研制

本文报道了Na^ —Tl^ 离子交换的K9玻璃衬底光功分器（工作波长为1.55μm），分析设计和器件的制作，并对制作的器件进行了模式损耗测试。结果表明，器件达到了预定的要求。

穿过液膜的自发电势振荡

An artificial membrane consisting of pricramic acid in nitrobenzene was used as an oil phase imposed between two aqueous phases. The right one contained trimethyl-slearylammonium chloride and aicohol; and the left contained sucrose solution (or H_2O). We found that this system exhibited rhythmic oscillation of electrical potential. The amplitude of the oscillations was between 20—150 mV. The oscillations were observed even when ethyl alcohol was absent in the aqueous of trimethylslearylammonium Chloride, and the increase in amplitude of oscillation with time was found to be less in the presence of sucrose. Some of the expremental results have been explained.     

单分散交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯树脂的制备及亲合纯化伴刀豆球蛋白-A

采用一步种子溶胀聚合法制备了颗粒呈单分散的交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙南树脂，对其环氧基的组成比进行了表征，并以氨基葡萄糖为配基，首次制备了纯化粗品伴刀豆球蛋白-A(Ⅲ）(Con-A，Ⅲ)的聚合物基质的高效亲合色谱柱。配基在树脂上的键合量为8．2mg／g，对纯化后的Con-A（Ⅲ）的吸附量为13．4mg／g。使用该亲合色谱介质成功地从粗品Con-A中快速纯化了Con-A，电泳分析显示为一个主要的谱带，纯度从15％提高到95％。     

六元N-杂环配体TIAMPP的合成及其在不对称催化加氢中的应用

在三乙胺的作用下，利用（S）-3-羟甲基-1，2，3，4-四氢异喹啉（（S）-TicOL）和Ph2PCl缩合，得到六元N-杂环配体（S）-TIAMPP．研究了（S）-TIAMPP与Rh（I）形成的手性催化剂[Rh（（S）-TIAMPP）（COD）]BF。在脱氢氨基酸的衍生物中不对称催化加氢的对映选择性和适应性，以及该催化剂对N-苯甲酰基脱氢肉桂酸甲酯加氢过程中温度、压力、反应溶剂、底物与催化剂比例（S／C）对光学收率的影响．结果表明，在S／C=100，15℃，1．0MPa的甲醇溶液中，反应24h，[Rh（（S）-TIAMPP）（COD）]BF。对N-苯甲酰基脱氢肉桂酸甲酯加氢的光学收率可达到96％．     

高效液相色谱氮杂冠醚键合固定相的合成及性能研究

我们曾用γ－氯丙基键合硅胶（ＣＰＳ），在氢化钠（ＮａＨ）作用下合成了３－（氮杂－１８－冠－６）丙基键合固定相（ＢＣＰ）［１］．该固定相对碱基、核苷酸、硝基苯酚等有较好的分离选择性，但由于ＮａＨ对硅胶基质腐蚀作用较大，导致ＢＣＰ柱效及渗透性较低．本文采...

阿霉素在氧化铟锡电极上的电化学行为及其应用

阿霉素(ADM)在0.02 mol/L pH 7.50的NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4缓冲溶液中,用氧化铟锡(ITO)电极进行线性扫描伏安法测定,得到一良好的还原峰,其峰电位为-0.63 V。峰电流与ADM浓度在1.0×10-7~5.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-8mol/L。用循环伏安法研究了体系的电化学行为及电极反应机理。实验表明,该体系属两电子还原的不可逆过程。     

Radiation Vulcanization of Magnetorheological Elastomers Based on Silicone Rubber

介绍了两种制备磁流变弹性体的硫化方法即高温硫化和辐射硫化. 研究中采用动态力学分析仪(DMA)测量了样品的动态力学特性.特别是对样品的磁流变效应和耐久性进行了详细的测试. 实验结果表明,经过辐射硫化的样品具有更大的零场模量和磁致模量,以及更好的磁流变效应和耐久性. 为了解释这些结果,文章对样品的体积形变和增塑剂渗出都作了详细的分析. 在硫化过程中样品的体积保持稳定是辐射硫化样品具有大磁致模量的重要原因,而增塑剂渗透性小也是辐射硫化样品具有高磁流变效应和耐久性的重要因素.     

关于量子体系的高效相干能量转移的最优初始化的研究

For an energy transfer network, the irreversible depletion of excited electron energy occurs through either an efficient flow into an outer energy sink or an inefficient decay. With a small decay rate, the energy transfer efficiency is quantitatively reflected by the average life time of excitation energy before being trapped in the sink where the decay process is omitted. In the weak dissipation regime, the trapping time is analyzed within the exciton population subspace based on the secular Redfield equation. The requirement of the noise-enhanced energy transfer is obtained, where the trapping time follows an exact or approximate 1/Γ-scaling of the dissipation strength Γ. On the opposite side, optimal initial system states are conceptually constructed to suppress the 1/Γ-scaling of the trapping time and maximize the coherent transfer efficiency. Our theory is numerically testified in four models, including a biased two-site system, a symmetric three-site branching system, a homogeneous onedimensional chain, and an 8-chromophore FMO protein complex.
