A method of clarifying bioaerosol particles is proposed based on T-matrix. Size and shape characterizations are simultaneously acquired for individual bioaerosol particles by analyzing the spatial distribution of scattered light. The particle size can be determined according to the scattering intensity,while shape information can be obtained through asymmetry factor(AF) . The azimuthal distribution of the scattered light for spherical particles is symmetrical,whereas it is asymmetrical for non-spherical ones,and the asymmetry becomes intense with increasing asphericity. The calculated results denote that the 5 –10 scattering angle is an effective range to classify the bioaerosol particles that we are concerned of. The method is very useful in real-time environmental monitoring of particle sizes and shapes.  相似文献

在(2+1)维情况下,利用数值模拟研究了Kuramoto-Sivashinsky (K-S)与Karda-Parisi-Z hang (KPZ)模型所决定的非平衡态界面生长演化过程.结果表明,KPZ与K-S模型都表现出明 显的时间和空间标度特性.相对于KPZ模型而言,K-S模型所对应的表面具有更明显的颗粒特 征,当生长时间较长时,生长界面呈现蜂窝状结构.通过数值相关分析得到了生长界面的粗 糙度指数、生长指数和动态标度指数等参数.从两种模型对应的表面形貌特征和表面参数来 看,在(2+1)维情况下,KPZ与K-S模型所决定的表面具有完全不同的动态标度行为,属于不 同的两类物理模型. 关键词: Kuramoto-Sivashinsky (K-S)模型 Karda-Parisi-Zhang(KPZ)模型 分形 数值模拟  相似文献

研制了一种以上转换发光材料作为标记物的扫描检测系统,有别于传统的测量方法,可做出定量和多重分析.扫描检测系统以扫描方式逐点测量经生物反应而结合上去的UCP颗粒的含量,记录整个免疫试纸条的信息,计算出被测样品中特定生物分子的浓度.实验结果表明,该系统对兔抗鼠疫免疫球蛋白(IgG)标准样品的检测灵敏度达到百ng/mL量级,且具有变异系数小于6%的重复性,符合生物免疫测定的要求.  相似文献

 在传统哈特曼检验法基础上研制成功一种扫描型哈特曼检测新装置,可对最大口径为300 mm的聚焦镜在全口径范围内进行采样测量。该检测装置由大口径标准平行光管、扫描式哈特曼光阑、被检聚焦镜、CCD摄像机及计算机组成,在水平和垂直两个径向上开有等间距排列且相互错开半个间距的小孔,并且在步进电机的驱动下绕光轴旋转,可对被检聚焦镜进行全口径连续采样。对有效口径为154 mm的斐索平面干涉仪非球面准直物镜的球差及焦斑能量集中度进行了测量,进而由球差计算得到了波像差,并用干涉法对该准直物镜进行了测量。球差的理论值与测量值最大偏差为14.6%;由新装置测量并计算得到的波像差PV值与干涉法测量并计算得到的PV值偏差为11.5%;实测的80%的能量集中在34 μm的范围内,而计算得到的80%的能量集中在28 μm之内,最后对结果进行了分析并提出了进一步改进的意见。  相似文献

An optical biosensor with up-converting phosphor (UCP) marker is developed for the sensitive rapid immunoassay to the specific biomolecule. UCP can emit visible light when excited by infrared light. Through detecting and analyzing the content of UCP particles on the test strip after immunoreaction, the concentration of target analyte in the sample can be obtained. The detection sensitivity to plague IgG is better than 5 ng/ml; to plague FI-Ab is better than 100 pg/ml; to plague Yersinia pestis cell is better than 3×104 CFU/ml. Good linear response characteristics and an excellent correlation (R2≥0.95) have been verified by quantitative detection results. In the practical application, detection results to 167 analytic samples have an excellent consistency with those obtained by reverse hemagglutination test. The up-converting phosphor technology (UPT) based biosensor has stable, reliable, and sensitive performances. It can meet the need of various bioassay applications.  相似文献

利用反应离子束溅射、反应磁控溅射和电子束蒸发在K9基底上沉积ZrO2薄膜,并用原子力显微镜对薄膜表面形貌进行测量。通过数值相关运算,对不同工艺条件下薄膜生长界面进行定量描述,得到了薄膜表面的粗糙度指数、横向相关长度、标准偏差粗糙度等参量。由于沉积条件的不同,薄膜生长具有不同的动力学过程。在反应离子束溅射和反应磁控溅射沉积薄膜过程中,薄膜生长动力学行为均可用Kuramoto-Sivashinsky方程来描述,电子束蒸发制备薄膜的过程可以用Mullins扩散模型来描述,并发现在沉积薄膜过程中基底温度和沉积过程的稳定性对薄膜表面特征影响很大。  相似文献

A method for compensating the measuring error of the grating displacement measurement system with absolute zero mark is presented. It divides the full scale range into piece-wise subsections and compares the maximum variation of the measuring errors of two adjacent subsections with the threshold. Whether the specified subsection is divided into smaller subsections is determined by the comparison result. After different compensation parameters and weighted average values of the random errors are obtained, the error compensation algorithm is implemented in the left and right subsections, and the whole measuring error of the grating displacement measurement system is reduced by about 73%. Experimental results show that the method may not only effectively compensate the spike error but also greatly improve the precision of the measuring system.  相似文献

为实现对特定生物分子的高灵敏度快速检测与分析。采用上转换发光材料作为标记物,研制成功一台基于上转换发光技术的新型光学免疫生物传感器。该传感器利用上转换发光材料在红外光激发下发射可见磷光的特性,通过对免疫层析试纸条上经生物反应而结合上去的上转换发光材料颗粒的含量进行检测,计算出被测样品中特定生物分子的浓度。实验结果表明,该传感器具有较好的生物特异性,对兔抗鼠疫免疫球蛋白(IgG)标准样品的检测灵敏度达到ng/ml量级,并在200~6000ng/ml浓度范围内具有良好的线性响应特性,相关系数R^2≥0.95;对鼠疫耶尔森氏菌抗体的敏感性明显高于间接血凝实验,且与免疫印迹检测实验结果具有较好的一致性。该传感器具有稳定、可靠、灵敏的工作性能,符合实际检测与分析的要求。  相似文献

The surface morphology of lateral flow (LF) strip is examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the diffuse reflection of porous strip with or without nanogold particles is investigated. Based on the scattering and absorption of nanogold particles, a reflectance photometer is developed for quantification of LF strip with nanogold particles as reporter. The integration of reflection optical density is to indicate the signals of test line and control line. As an example, serial dilutions of microalbunminuria (MAU) solution are used to calibrate the performance of the reflectance photometer. The dose response curve is fitted with a four-parameter logistic mathematical model for the determination of an unknown MAU concentration. The response curve spans a dynamic range of 5 to 200 μg/ml. The developed reflectance photometer can realize simple and quantitative detection of analyte on nanogold-labeled LF strip.  相似文献
