对5 kW横流CO₂激光器脉冲预电离过程进行理论分析和实验研究.表明了预电离过程中电子密度的重要作用,它能为下一步的主放电提供良好的条件.结果表明理论分析与实验结果相符合.     

Ni包MoS2添加剂对镍基涂层的摩擦磨损性能影响

以Ni包MoS2为润滑剂,Ni60粉末为基体,利用超音速火焰喷涂技术制备镍基固体涂层,研究了Ni包MoS2对Ni60涂层和Ni60/MoS2涂层的显微组织、力学性能以其摩擦磨损性能的影响,并探讨载荷对Ni60/MoS2涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜观察涂层的磨损表面形貌并分析其磨损机制.结果表明,Ni包MoS2的加入可以降低Ni60涂层的结合强度和显微硬度,使其摩擦系数和磨损率明显降低;Ni60/MoS2涂层的摩擦系数与载荷无关,其磨损率随载荷增加而增大;Ni60涂层的磨损机制主要为疲劳磨损和黏着磨损,Ni包MoS2的加入减少了Ni60/MoS2涂层的黏着磨损.

Study on eight-pass dual-frequency laser interferometer with nanometer precision

Dual-frequency laser interferometer has the advantagesof wide measuring scope, high speed, and high preci-sion. It is widely applied to the precision and super-precision length measuring, especially used in locatingof wafer stage in high precision step and scan lithog-raphy, which is un-substitutable. 硅片表面球形粒子散射研究

为求解硅片表面微小粒子在任意线偏振平面入射光照射下的散射光光强分布,选择了基于Mie散射的杨氏模型为依据,推导了该模型下散射光强空间分布的计算方法,并给出了0.54 μm球形粒子在垂直、倾斜入射下光强空间分布的模拟计算结果，以及入射平面第一象限内散射光强与国外已发表实验结果的比较.     

Study on the response characteristics of adaptive focusing system for flying optics

The ABCD law of parameter q for fundamental-mode Gaussian beam is deduced in this paper. The result shows that the changes of focal length and focal depth are not related to the orders of the Gaussian beam modes when focus lens moves along optical axis in a large range, indicating that the ABCD law of parameter q can be used for any order modes. A laser focusing setup is designed, and the response characteristics of oil pressure system therein are also studied.     

自适应控制飞行光学聚焦特性

 在对高阶模飞行光学聚焦特性进行研究的基础上，提出了应用自适应飞行光学聚焦系统来解决飞行光学聚焦特性的问题，对自适应飞行光学聚焦系统的调节特性进行了数值模拟，结果表明该系统能够实现对长距离飞行光学激光加工过程中焦点位置与焦斑大小的控制。

小麦粉中过氧化苯酰测定影响因素的探讨

过氧化苯甲酰系面粉中国家严格控制添加量的面粉添加剂之一，在GB／T18415—2001小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰的测定方法中已给出检测方法。在运用其第一法进行检测时，通过对比研究发现：可以用沸程为30-60℃的石油醚代替沸程为60-90℃的石油醚进行测定；并且当色谱柱的分离效果不好，还原反应温度低于15℃时，前者的检测效果明显比后者好；此法检测的结果受还原反应温度和净化提取温度的影响很大，还原反应最佳检测的环境温度在15℃以上，净化提取温度在30℃以下。
