研制了一种新型的用于WDM全光网的全光型上/下载复用器,由一对相同的光纤环行器、串接其间的可调谐光纤Bragg光源、WDM复用器和解复用器构成。其中光纤Bragg光栅是用紫外光直写方式在普通单模光纤上制成。讨论了该利用器的工作原理、结构设计、性能和特点。利用磁极间磁场力使光纤光栅产生显著的波长偏移。用可编程磁 极调控光栅的波第偏移。其信道波长调谐速度快,装置无需外加能源即可保持信道波长的偏移。给出了其性能测试结果。信道波长间隔0.8nm,上/下载信道插入损耗1.5dB,通过信道插入损耗2.0dB,上/下端口隔离度30dB,串扰小于-30dB,可调谐信道波长范围6.0nm。其特点是结构简单,可靠。可实现信道波长再利用,从而提高网络的灵活性。 相似文献

本文给出了软X射线超光滑表面散射的一级近似的一般理论推导,从中给出软X射线的散射传输特性。通过实验测量了λ=24.3nm、25.6nm时具有超光滑表面的Mo、Si样品的反射率和λ=4.46nm时熔石英超光滑样品的反射单。对4.46nm进行了了散射测量,可以明显观察到软X射线的非正常反射现象。 相似文献

In this paper, a distributed Bragg reflection (DBR) type Er~(3+)/Yb~(3+) co-doped fiber laser of high output power and high slope efficiency was developed. Its gain medium was a 4.45-m-long Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped fiber. When it was pumped by a 1064-nm Nd:YAG, the linewidth of output laser was measured as 0.072 nm by 3 dB and 0.192 nm by 25 dB at 1552.08 nm. The maximum output power was measured as 69 mW. Its power stability was < 5%, side mode suppression ratio was 59 dB, and the output wavelength stability was ±0.01 nm. The laser had a threshold of 12 mW and a slope efficiency of 22%. 相似文献

A novel gain-clamped long wavelength band (L-band) erbium-doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) is proposed and experimented by using a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) at the input end of the amplifier. This design provides a good gain clamping and decreases noise effectively. It uses two sections of erbium-doped fiber (EDF) pumped by a 1480-nm laser diode (LD) for higher efficiency and lower noise figure (NF). The gain is clamped at 23 dB with a variation of 0.5 dB from input signal power of -30 to -8 dBm for 1589 nm and NF below 5 dB is obtained. At the longer wavelength in L-band higher gain is also obtained and the gain is clamped at 16 dB for 1614 nm effectively. Because the FBG injects a portion of backward amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) back into the system, the gain enhances 5 dB with inputting small signal. 相似文献
