Tbx(Ni0.8Fe0.2)1-x films with x≤0.14 are fabricated and the anomalous Hall effect is studied.The intrinsic anomalous Hall conductivity and the extrinsic one from the impurity and phonon induced scattering both increase with increasing x.The enhancement of the intrinsic anomalous Hall conductivity is ascribed to both the weak spin–orbit coupling enhancement and the Fermi level shift.The enhancement of the extrinsic term comes from the changes of both Fermi level and impurity distribution.In contrast,the in-plane and the out-of-plane uniaxial anisotropies in the Tb Ni Fe films change little with x.The enhancement of the Hall angle by Tb doping is helpful for practical applications of the Hall devices.  相似文献

Co2FeAl0.5Si0.5 (CFAS)-based multilayers sandwiched by MgO layers have been deposited and annealed at different temperatures. Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) with the magnetic anisotropy energy density Ku ≈2.5×106 erg/cm3 (1 erg = 10-7 J) and the coercivity Hc = 363 Oe (1 Oe = 79.9775 A · m-1) has been achieved in the Si/SiO2/MgO (1.5 nm)/CFAS (2.5 nm)/MgO (0.8 nm)/Pt (5 nm) film annealed at 300 ℃. The strong PMA is mainly due to the top MgO layer. The structure can be used as top magnetic electrodes in half-metallic perpendicular magnetic tunnel junctions.  相似文献

Pb(Zr0.53, Ti0.47)O3 (PZT) films were directly deposited on Si substrates without a buffer layer by pulsed laser deposition. Only(110)-oriented PZT peaks (other than Si substrate peaks) were observed from the XRD data. The electrical properties of the PZT/Si capacitor were characterized in terms of both the capacitance versus voltage (C-V) and current versus voltage (I-V) measurements. The clockwise trace of the C-V curve shows ferroelectric polarization switching, as is expected. From the I-V curves, the Schottky emission and spacecharge-limited-current behaviour are found to be the mainly leakage current mechanism in a certain electric field range in the negative and positive bias, respectively.  相似文献

稀土镍基钙钛矿氧化物RNiO_3(R为稀土元素)可以在温度触发下发生从电子游离态到局域态的金属绝缘体转变,这一特性在传感器,数据存储,调制开关等方面具有可观的应用价值.本文通过脉冲激光沉积法,在钛酸锶(SrTiO_3)、铝酸镧(LaAlO_3)单晶衬底上准外延生长热力学亚稳态镍酸钐(SmNiO_3)薄膜材料,利用薄膜与衬底间晶格失配引入界面应力,实现对SmNiO_3电子轨道结构与金属绝缘体相变温度的调节.结合电输运性质与红外透射实验的综合表征研究,论证了双向拉伸应变引起的晶格双向拉伸畸变,可以引起SmNiO_3的禁带宽度的展宽,从而稳定绝缘体相并提高金属-绝缘相转变温度.进一步结合近边吸收同步辐射实验表征,揭示了拉伸应变稳定SmNiO_3绝缘体相的本质在于Ni—O成键轨道在双向拉伸形变作用下的弱化,使得镍氧八面体中的价电子偏离镍原子从而稳定SmNiO_3的低镍价态绝缘体相.  相似文献

在铁磁/非磁金属异质结中,界面处的Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya相互作用会诱导诸如磁性斯格明子等手性磁畴壁结构的形成.当巡游电子通过手性磁畴壁结构时,会获得一个贝里相位,而相应的贝里曲率则等效于一个外磁场,它将诱导额外的霍尔效应,即拓扑霍尔效应.拓扑霍尔效应是当前磁性斯格明子和自旋电子学研究领域的热点之一.本文由实空间贝里相位出发,简要介绍了拓扑霍尔效应的物理机制;然后着重讨论了铁磁/非磁金属异质结中的拓扑霍尔效应,包括磁性多层膜中和MnGa/重金属双层膜中的拓扑霍尔效应.这两种结构都可以通过改变材料的厚度、种类、生长方式等调控界面Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya相互作用,从而有效地调控磁性斯格明子和拓扑霍尔效应.  相似文献
