An amorphous magnetic material system(Co_(20)Fe_(47)Ta_(20)B_(13))_(1-x)O_x is fabricated by magneto sputtering. Three stages of magnetization behavior exist when oxygen content changes in the system. As the oxygen increases, the absence of percolation effect of magnetic nano-particles makes the multi-domain structure broken so that high coercivity appears in the samples with proper oxygen content. A temperature-dependent Stoner–Wohlfarth model is used to explain the magnetization properties at relatively high temperature. Magnetizations with magnetic field in and out of the sample plane are also investigated to prove the mechanisms. This work provides a systematic study of a new kind ofv amorphous magnetic system and is helpful for us to know more about this type of material.  相似文献

Two-dimensional(2D)magnets provide an ideal platform to explore new physical phenomena in fundamental magnetism and to realize the miniaturization of magnetic devices.The study on its domain structure evolution with thickness is of great significance for better understanding the 2D magnetism.Here,we investigate the magnetization reversal and domain structure evolution in 2D ferromagnet Fe3GeTe2(FGT)with a thickness range of 11.2-112 nm.Three types of domain structures and their corresponding hysteresis loops can be obtained.The magnetic domain varies from a circular domain via a dendritic domain to a labyrinthian domain with increasing FGT thickness,which is accompanied by a transition from squared to slanted hysteresis loops with reduced coercive fields.These features can be ascribed to the total energy changes from exchange interaction-dominated to dipolar interaction-dominated with increasing FGT thickness.Our finding not only enriches the fundamental magnetism,but also paves a way towards spintronics based on 2D magnet.  相似文献

The effect of anisotropy caused by a confining potential on the properties of fermionic cold atoms in a triangular optical lattice is systematically investigated by using the dynamical cluster approximation combined with the continuous time quantum Monte–Carlo algorithm.The quantum phase diagrams which reflect the temperature–interaction relation and the competition between the anisotropic parameter and the interaction are presented with full consideration of the anisotropy of the system.Our results show that the system undergoes a transition from Fermi liquid to Mott insulator when the repulsive interaction reaches a critical value.The Kondo effect also can be observed in this system and the pseudogap is suppressed at low temperatures due to the Kondo effect.A feasible experiment protocol to observe these phenomena in an anisotropic triangular optical lattice with cold atoms is proposed,in which the hopping terms are closely related to the lattice confining potential and the atomic interaction can be adjusted via the Feshbach resonance.  相似文献

随着能源危机的加剧,太阳能电池作为开发和利用太阳能的一种普遍形式, 日益受到世界各国的重视.随着太阳能电池向着高效率、薄膜化、无毒性和原材料丰富的方向发展, 单纯的硅系太阳能电池已经无法达到这样的要求,因此新的材料和工艺的开发利用迫在眉睫. 本文研究了碳材料在硅异质节上实现光伏效应的改善及其可能在太阳能电池上的应用. 采用脉冲激光沉积方法制备的Co2-C98/Al2O3/Si异质结构在标准日光照射 (AM1.5, 100 mW/cm2)条件下,可获得0.447 V的开路电压和18.75 mA/cm2的电流密度, 转换效率可达3.27%.通过电容电压特性和暗条件下的电输运性能测量, 证明了氧化铝层的引入不但对单晶硅的表面起到了物理钝化作用,减小了反向漏电流, 使异质结界面缺陷、界面能级和复合中心减少,还起到了场效应钝化作用, 增加了异质结界面的势垒高度,增加了开路电压,使异质结的光伏效应显著增强.  相似文献

La1-xTexMnO3(x=004,01)是一种具有钙钛矿结构的电子掺杂型锰氧化物.实验结果表明:在这种锰氧化物中同时存在庞磁阻(CMR)效应和低场磁电阻(LFMR)效应.在整个实验温度范围(5—300K),LFMR随温度升高而发生了如下变化:出现—消失—出现,在LFMR消失的温区又恰好能观察到明显的CMR.对其原因给予了解释. 关键词: 庞磁电阻 低场磁电阻 La-Te-Mn-O  相似文献

Fe-doped amorphous carbon films of about lOOnm in thickness are deposited on n-type silicon substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD), and positive magnetoresistance (MR) is observed for these Fe-doped amorphous carbon/n-Si heterostructures under current-perpendicular-to-plane configuration at forward bias. Two MR peaks are observed in the temperature range 40-120 K and the positive MR varies with applied bias voltage. This bias voltage controlled MR may be related to the maguetic-field-controlled freeze out effect and recombination through the deep trapping states in the Fe-doped carbon films.  相似文献

运用原子模拟技术考察了La1-xCaxMnO3(x≤1/3)中Ca的分布,发现低温下掺杂的Ca离子倾向于团簇化分布,形成纳米尺度的团簇.对加压和温度下团簇的稳定性也进行了研究,发现这种团簇在3 GPa和120 K下是稳定的.这种化学相分离可能是造成La1-xCaxMnO3中结构和电磁性质不均匀的原因之一. 关键词: 原子模拟技术 锰氧化物 团簇 相分离  相似文献

ZnO纳米线/纳米棒混合阵列的制备及其光致发光性能研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
使用无催化剂热蒸发法,在ZnO/Si薄膜衬底上制备了ZnO纳米线/纳米棒混合阵列.其中,纳米线的直径为10~20nm,纳米棒的直径为60~160 nn,二者混合在一起垂直生长于衬底表面.从衬底的上游到下游位置,混合,阵列中纳米线的含量逐渐下降,纳米棒逐渐增多.室温光致发光测试发现尺寸较小的纳米线阵列的紫外光发光强度比大尺寸纳米棒阵列高约5倍.持续激发光照射下,纳米线阵列的发光强度逐渐上升,停止光照后又逐渐下降到初始值,这可以用纳米线表面O2分子的解吸附和吸附过程来理解.  相似文献
