Test of the LHAASO electron detector prototype using cosmic rays

The LHAASO project is to be built in south-west China, using an array of 5137 electron detectors for the measurement of incident electrons arriving at the detector plane. For quality control of the large number of electron detectors, a cosmic ray hodoscope with two-dimensional spatial sensitivity and good time resolution has been developed. The first prototype of the electron detector has been tested with the hodoscope and the performance of the detector is found to be consistent with the design.     

窄间隙室探测器性能测试

山东大学承担ATLAS实验T9型窄隙室TGC探测器的研制任务,本工作测量了TGC探测器在32?0?0V工作电压下的稳定性、漏电流和坪曲线,同时在相同工作条件下、相同时间间隔内测量各信号道的计数率的一致性.初步测量结果表明,由山东大学研制的T9型TGC探测器的各项性能指标达到实验设计要求.     

T9型窄间隙室探测器的研制与探测效率测试

山东大学承担了ATLAS实验中400个T9型窄间隙室(TGC)探测器的研制生产任务. 本文首先介绍了T9型TGC探测器的研制过程,然后对TGC探测器进行探测效率测试的方法进行了描述. 测试结果表明目前已经完成探测效率测试的288个T9型TGC探测器均表现出优于设计要求的高品质.     

Development of a sub-millimeter position-sensitive gas detector

Position-sensitive thin-gap gas detectors have been developed in the laboratory, based on the ATLAS Thin Gap Chamber. The signal collection structure has been redesigned while retaining other configurations to keep the good time performance of the detector. The position resolution was measured using cosmic muons for two versions of the detector and found to be 409 μm and 233 μm respectively. This paper presents the structure of these two detector prototypes, with the position resolution measurement method and results.     

一种运动学拟合的新方法

介绍了在事例重建中使用的一种运动学拟合的新方法.在这种新方法中使用了ragulafalsi方法来处理约束方程,代替了常用的线性近似法.同时利用了E705/E771实验的J/ψ→μ⁺+μ^－蒙特卡罗数据检验了本方法,发现动量分辨率在新方法中有明显的提高.
